The staff was very friendly. However, the plumbing was not great, as the tub wouldn't drain and chunks of gunk came up from the drain. Also, the light switch for the sink area was loose and would turn the light on and off if it was wiggled side to side.

Could of been cleaner, needed to be vacuumed and night stand wiped down. Tub and sink drains need repair.

This property is falling into disrepair! The pool & hot tub were out of order, jacuzzi tub was out of order & rooms were dirty!! This room was not worth $140 a night. It needs serious attention or the property should be closedđĄ

The place seemed dated although the photograph made it look great on the internet. We expected to be able to use the swimming pool, when in fact it was out of commission when we got there. The add said the swimming pool was included when it was not. It was a lot of money and I expected a bit more. The attendant seemed like a know it all, and didn't seem to know how to speak properly to customers. The nice thing was that it was the closest motel for our business in the area, so at least we didn't have to spin our wheels a lot while there.

The staff were very friendly and checked everyday if there was anything we needed.
The pool was out of service which wasn't a deal breaker for us, as thoigh we would have enjoyed using it, didn't make our stay any less comfortable. The food for the breakfast was fresh and consistently replenished. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms were more dated than others and a deep clean needed in some.
Otherwise, a nice place to stay.
I would definitely not hesitate to recommend staying there,but I would request a more recently updated room.

The staff (owners, I assume) were extremely rude!
The pool and hot tub were closed but this was not disclosed when I booked the room.
I said something about it to the staff and she told me to go stay somewhere else then.
They wanted to charge me for a very nasty, old roll away bed! We went to the front desk and asked for a blanket and they said they were out of blankets.
The free breakfast was nothing to write home about⌠some old fruit cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffle maker.
The room was dirty and outdated!

Our room was terribly damp. The sink drain & faucet were basically disgusting and in need of some major cleaning & repairs. Same for the bathtub drain. Our towels and washcloths all looked yellowish with water stains.
My pillow smelled like someone elseâs hair products.
Upon check-in, the employee seemed friendly, but there was no info given on breakfast details or if WiFi was available etc etc âŚ
There was a dirty bandaid stuck on a table in the pool room.
The mango juice dispenser didnât work- only water came out. There were 2 dry sausage patties in the breakfast warmer & thatâs it. There was a waffle maker but it didnât look appealing.
This hotel has potential, just needs better upkeep & maintenance.

The staff are amazing. However, it has the weirdest smell.. and place looks clean but also doesnât feel clean. I probably wouldnât stay here again

There was mold in the refrigerator and the phones did not work i would never go back.

The only negative I have is there wasn't really any breakfast ready for anyone. I went down twice to see if it was ready yet. They only had 4 sausages and no eggs out.

Check in was bumpy but they kept the pool open for us so our daughter could swim after getting in later than anticipated. Room was ok, but sheets were ill fitting with some stains noted. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and towels were very dingy. Our door didnât feel secure and looked like someone had previously broken in and easily could again.

Phenomenal experience. Man at desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. Called to our room to let us know that our van lights were on. If I come back for work, Iâll be staying here again.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I am always impressed with the customer service. The front desk people always go out of their way to have a nice conversation at check in and always take care of any concerns in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The king bedroom was spacious and well designed. Comfortable bed. Only negative was that the walls are on the thinner side but not enough to ruin my stay.

Cabinet fronts in the common breakfast area need to be cleaned. Lastly the room we stayed in had tile coming off the shower wall and i dont k ow if the handicap pull down chair would be safe to sit on. The bathroom fan was not working and probably not for quite some time given the rust that has form on the items in the bathroom.

Poll area was NASTY! Bathroom in the pool area had overflowed, towels all over the floor, pee all over the seat, dirty and gunk in hot tub, millipedes floating in the pool. The room wasnât too bad. The fridge did not work and had mold and smelt awful. Microwaves were too small to do microwave popcorn. Coffee maker in room left a weird film on top of it. Breakfast wasnât kept up with. Kids had fun though and that is all that matters. Growing up in the hotel business, I maybe a little more picky than the normal person and notice a lot more imperfections.

I would not recommend this hotel. We had multiple rooms during our stay and found half finished milk carton in one fridge, dirty, food splatter in a microwave and underwear in another room. There was broken furniture and dirty outdated carpet and curtains. Highly recommend the blow dryer as this was the only updated item. The âbreakfastâ had pour your own milk and juice bottlesand not individual bottles. This did not give the group the best feeling and most chose not to attempt to eat the breakfast.

Very disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The room had an odor, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling. The hallways were dirty, doors are unlocked leaving anyone access inside. The outside had trash on the grass, by the curb, etc. Would not recommend.

Instead of causing me additional frustration by having to call Expedia, they made the call for me. What a relief! We were in New Prague for three days for my brother-in-law's funeral. The professionalism and extreme kindness shown eased the sadness of our trip considerably. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very handy place to get to and good parking.
Got into our room late & there was no TV, Refrigerator or microwave that worked. Very disappointed about that. Went to check out and there was just a basket there to throw the keys in & nobody to tell about the room!!
