Stay was ok, Friendly staff, Rooms were average, repairs needed in some areas - Plumbing leaked - Entry door had gaps - not fitted to door frame

It's just an average hotel, not bad... just a learning experience. The lesson for me being never try to save a few dollars if you have been in nicer hotels, its hard to drop back in room quality once you experience better. The hotel served its purpose for 1 night, was safe and had a breakfast included.

Taking a weekend trip with my husband for our 14th wedding anniversary. The jacuzzi suite was wonderful. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Also have nice sized TVs.

The sliding doors were not working. It was very hard to manage opening and closing with luggage and my baby. Ice maker didn’t work on either floor. Toilet ran all night. Drapes would not fully close. It was peaceful though and I slept great. Breakfast was mediocre. No sugar free choices. Indoor pool was a plus but not very private.

Easy access from interstate. Parking was right in front of building and well lit.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Our stay was great and very clean. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was so friendly no matter which shift it was. The cleaning staff were always smiling and very polite. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was without a doubt the filthiest hotel We have ever stayed in. The blanket was torn, the towels had some kind of yellow stain on them. The floor wasn't cleaned once in a week. Some kind of black funk was inside the faucet. We have pictures of everything and will provide if asked.

Our room 329 could use some maintenance and carpet cleaning. Our shower did not drain so you would be standing in water I'm glad we did short showers. The shower stall floor had been repaired and should be replaced due to poor repair.The toilet handle needed adjusted to flush. On the plus side big tv with plenty of channels. The breakfast staff was awesome! The price is way to high for the quality of room.

Pictures on orbitz site was nothing like it actually looked. Outside was very rundown. Air conditioners were noisy and room smelled moldy. Didn't eat the breakfast, eggs were runny and sausage looked nasty

The checkin and checkouts were done very quickly. Breakfast was great. There was no fan or window in the bathroom. The air condiitioner from unit above dripped and made noise all night. The walls were paper thin and we could hear too much from next door tenants and across the hall.The room smelled musty.

Toilet would not stop running, screws holding up shower curtain rod falling out of wall, food and junk on top of cabinet, and very limited items for the breakfast.

Bedding was worn and shabby, pillows were small and flat. Bed wasnt very comfortable because it was to hard for me.

The front desk people need help on customer curtesy.
Went to the front desk and show the attendant (male) was sleeping.
When we were departing the older lady "what do you want!" I replied "I wanted to check out".
the room was clean but some repairs are required. The shower curtain needs replacing. Tub had a crack in it right side. Window treatments were hard to work. No security box to use for our things. A little table in the kitchen area with two chairs would have been useful.

Overall it was ok. The room smelled musty. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. So after a shower, it was a steam room. Everything in there was covered in wetness. The bed was comfortable. For the second night in a row, staying at a Comfort Suites, we had to make noise or say hello loudly to get someone to come to the front desk when we checked in.

The first night we got locked out of our room for more than 4 hours! We had small children who were in wet swimsuits and had wet towels around them so they were so cold they had blue lips! Bryson put us in a different room so we could get them out of the cold clothes, wrap them in warm towels and get them under covers. He also brought them snacks and drinks! All while trying to get us into the original room that all of our belongings were locked in. A few hours later they were able to access the original room and we got everything moved to the new room and settle back in. The owner did comp is for that night and we were able to stay in the replacement room for an extra night! The situation was not really anyone's fault and I feel the staff did their best to help out as much as they could!

My stay was quite nice. The room was more of an executive suite type room than I am used to. It had its own wet bar, as well as a very comfy bed.
The only problem was not being able to use a gift card from hotels.com because my trip, as I was told, "was prepaid." Unfortunate for me.

The property seemed fine; however, we had an apparent sprinkler problem with water flooding the lobby when we checked in that lead to no water for a few hours in the room. The following day the city had water issues that resulted in no water that evening and would have extended into the next day resulting in our early check out.

This location is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in period the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend staying here because everything is right next to it. Thank you so much for all of your hospitality. I look forward to staying many more times as I come to Morganton on a regular basis

Manager was wonderful and willing to accommodate me by switching me to a double bed bc my travel plans changed last minute when a friend arrived. Loved the good eateries nearby, Lowes across street, Dunkin Donuts, gas station across street, highway accessible. Really nice area and friendly staff overall.

Decent breakfast if you can find it. Not sure what language the staff speaks but I attempted English and Spanish. Walked up and down the stairs and finally found the room. It’s not a bad place to stay for a night if you’re passing Thru
