Clean, quiet and a great breakfast

We had reserve 2 double rooms, as that was all that was available. At check in, we were informed that there was 1 double available and would a king suite be suitable. Loved the upgrade, because that is exactly what we wanted in the first place.
Lobby/desk area clean, slightly outdated and not a good work flow for staff as she had to go to back office to code the room keys.
The rooms, while clean, are in serious need of renovation. The wall outlets are not near, or are blocked by the furniture, which is a problem when one needs CPAP. The king mattress was incredibly soft and the springs complained when sat upon. The sheer curtains in the room had multiple tears.
The complimentary breakfast was wiped out at 8 am and the only staff member working it, couldn't keep up with the replenishment.

The room was clean and comfortable. We selected a room with a sofa, kitchenette and desk; perfect for a teen to study and do homework. We were in the area for college visits and the location was perfect with plenty of food choices minutes away. The staff was warm and welcoming. Now if you could only have got the tweens to stop running and yelling in the halls (large group traveling for some type of school sports playoff). It did magically stop before bed.

MICE! Group stayed for a week in four different rooms and all of us encountered MICE both in the hallways and inside the rooms!! This place should not be allowed to stay open!

Dirty, I don’t think the sheets would change cause I found a piece of the odorant top between the sheets. The water in the bathtub didn’t go down for long time when taking a shower, and the bathtub was dirty.

The manager Mike was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant servers were extremely friendly. Loved the flax seed on the breakfast and the large assortment of items. Thanks guys for a most comfortable and quiet week!

As I was downloading the bonvoy app in my initial room, a mouse ran across shoes. All the receptionist offered was another room. I wasn’t even offered a refund of “incidentals fee”. Very poor customer service at the counter. I won’t be staying there again. Not only that while at the counter to at least get another room my girlfriend and I met an older couple that are bonvoy titanium members and they had issues getting their room. UNACCEPTABLE !

My stay was nowhere near as good as my stay was last year. Last year staff was much more nice and attentive the rooms were spotless clean housekeeping was available when needed and pool was also open. This stay was definitely my last my last stay at that location staff seem so annoyed when you asked questions i had to go to the lobby and retrieve my own towels and wash clothes my room was not so clean i had go behind and clean the bathroom myself. Also there was no indication on their website about the pool being closed indefinitely and that was my whole purpose of going and with the pool being closed my kids were very upset.

I don’t review hotels often but felt inclined to do so with this trip. The room was very dirty with used towels in room, large clump of hair in shower when I arrived, couch and floor with crumbs. All of these were noticed when I arrived to room. Breakfast also disappointing but I was most concerned with cleanliness of the room.

The hotel needs a little TLC and new rugs inside the rooms. We found long hair in the tub and our lock stopped working. After two sets of new card keys, it was determined that the electronic locks had an out of battery. As a consequence, we were given a new room but had to wait one hour until they were able to open the old room so we could move our personal items to the new room. Mind you, this happened at 1:AM in the morning.

The stay was good. Was for a friend who needed to get away for shelter. Only drawback was time to check in due to stay of a youthful sports team. Area was quiet and peaceful which allowed solace and a moment to reassess her situation.

I stayed here for a long weekend and the king suite was extremely roomy, comfortable and the bed mattress was great. Front desk staff were so accommodating when I was checking out and left my car keys in the room. They let me go back twice to find them. I will be back to this hotel. And convenient location too.

The property was spacious and had nice rooms. The issue i had was that when i arrived. The door was hard to open and i had no teash bags in my room. The riom smelled a bit dank when i first walked in as well. I also hate how slow the elevator is. It takes forever to come.

The welcome was fantastic, the room was comfortable and vlean. The night time was quiet....i actually slept not always the cade when away from home. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and kind and attentive.

This hotel needs a renovation. The photos on site doesn't even show any flaws.
Issues:
-outdated rug
-dimmed lights in hallway
-cracks in walls
-metal shelf in bathroom is broken
-pool was closed
-boards under the bed mattress
-clogged sinks
-broken microwave that sparks due to the broken frame
-stains on sheets and pillows
Breakfast was okay for most part. Checking in was okay. Customer service representative at front desk wasn't happy to see me check in. She might be having a bad day but at least be nice.

The room had a smell lingering and when we returned after being out from early morning the room wasn’t cleaned.
The room my daughter was in had a mouse running around in it and she didn’t say anything till the morning. I booked the hotel for the pool which, was out of order. Very disappointed

Was not a fan of the room set up. Also, I feel for $220 a room with double beds should be bigger. Staff wasn’t the friendliest.

We loved the layout of the room we stayed in, it was thoughtfully detailed. We expected a super basic continental breakfast, but were impressed with all the hot and cold food and beverage items.

Outdated and smelled quite stagnant. Toilet wouldn’t flush unless you pulled the handle 2-3x. Water went out mid shower and came back on. Also saw a mouse running in hallway.

Filthy. Bugs and other peoples hair in the room. Floors were not swept. Dirt and fingerprints on mirrors and walls.

There was a mice in my room, room 312. The front desk moved me to a room with a air conditioner unit filled with dust.

Our first trip to Philly and it was fantastic! Our room was clean and comfortable. The host at the desk was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast both days and everything was clean and neat. The food was good and the staff was so friendly. I would choose this hotel again!
