The whole hotel has a very happy feel and it is very clean both inside and around the building. Some buildings are kept very untidy outside but the fact that they care about the outside around the building and the landscaping is very important. The staff was very polite and personable. In addition the Air conditioning heating units in some hotels can be very noisy. This was not the case with my room, as it was very comfortable.

Travelers be aware of this Hotel. Bed Bugs infestation on the 5th floor. Management did not take the issue seriously even though I complained immediately. it was not until the day I checked out did the manager call me to discuss what happened. Thanks god I had pictures and a video to prove it.

I have checked in midnight and request late check out 12:00 pm to sleep well . But i fount door knocks for 3 times then a call ,with the same question and the same answer ( I m doing late check out )

While i know its not directly controllable. There were kids hockey teams staying at the hotel. That's not the problem as i used to play competitive sports. The problem is the kids were playing hockey in the hall ways while their parents stood their and openly drank until late at night. There was no supervision in the pool (it was WAY OVER capacity) and i got hit in the upper body 3 times by kids horse playing around. I understand it should be the discretion of the parents over looking their kids behavior, but if the staff of the hotel are aware of this many people staying there they should at the very least be checking the areas of where they are staying.

Very clean and quiet hotel and great price in the location it's in. Very accommodating and allowed me late check out. I will be back.

I have had to travel back and forth from home to Toronto for medical apts and this lovely hotel is only a half hour drive to downtown even during morning rush hour traffic. Love the pool and hot tub and work out room. The bar area is nice and quaint and the breakfast spread is very good for its value too

Was recommended by a medical clinic when I made the booking. It was close by and convenient for an early morning appointment.

The hotel offered everything we were looking for. The room was spacious, lots of parking spaces, and free wifi. The staff were very polite but and helpful. Additionally, for an extra $15, you can get a decent breakfast. Overall, it was an amazing hotel for the price they charge

Receptionist noticed guest using cane when checking in and offered an accessible room which was gratefully accepted. Very observant to offer and very much appreciated.

Very new. Very clean. Some oddly placed things (toilet was kind of in front of the sink and so close that you would touch the toilet). Bed and pillows were excellent.
The service unfortunately was below average. This is becoming the norm in Toronto where the employees hired do not understand what service and customer satisfaction is. Got some abrupt, and unhelpful support when I needed something. Check in was also not as pleasant as it could be.

The best part of our stay had to do with the Professional and compassionate staff on site. This ranged from front desk personnel to the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. Cannot say enough about the Housekeeping staff as well.They are excellent.

Dining room was like a cafeteria compared to other Hilton Garden Inns.
There were no movie options on the TV.
The Expedia booking page was VERY misleading and not user friendly. re: type of room/ pets/ breakfast....all additional $$$$ after your online search outlined these requirements.

At registration they sell you a discounted breakfast 3$ off the regular price for a full hot breakfast. Actually the breakfast is the run of the mill powdered eggs that is offered free elsewhere. But for 6$ more you can order two fried eggs...that is 24$ for the minimal buffet and two eggs. At their higher end competition 24$ gets you a full sit down breakfast with excellent service and very good coffee...
