Stayed for an overnight with my son. We had a very nice stay. The beds were super comfy, the room very clean and quiet. I will recommend this wonderful place to friends and family.

Convenient place to stay. Decent price and value. Bistro was a disappointment. Not much selection and kitchen closed 30 minutes before breakfast ends.

This was my first time at this property and won’t be my last! The staff was really friendly, the room looked and smelled clean! I was There for a romantic night with my partner and it was perfect!

It is too expensive for the condition of the property, the area, and stiff

First time staying in this hotel, but I really did enjoy my five-night stay. It is clean and very well taken care of. Also, the staff is very nice. Will stay here again on my next visit.

Overall clean and updated. There was a room key hiccup where they randomly stopped working but that was a quick fix with the front desk. Room layout was quite strange through.

Hotel waa nice. Bar closed ridiculously early 10pm. And the room amelled like armpits the whole week. It never went away.

Everything was great, the only thing we did not like was the check in time and the check out time.
4pm to check in and 11 am check out.

Check in was smooth, and room smelled clean and amazing.

The bed was comfortable - and that is the only thing I can say that is nice about this property. The photos make it seem to be contemporary. It is not. They give you the false impression that the amenities are decent - they are not. The pool is hot tub sized. The bad is a breakfast nook. The gathering place is the lobby. The rooms are run down and far smaller than they should be for the middle of nowhere.

A fine stay. Wad given a handicap acesdible room (wasnt necessary) and the room was unremarkable other than being sblebto hear the other oarties through the bathroom wslls. Very noisy

First hotel in quite awhile where we stayed with no free breakfast. However, the convenience of the location to Sesame Place was nice. Family and kid friendly resort therefore not as quiet as most other places we have stayed in the area. Kids make noise and the walls are thin. Overall was a great stay, room and public areas were clean. They have a bistro for limited food options for a price and parking is free and ample. We would stay here again.

We were only there overnight during a longer trip. Glad we chose this place. Couldn’t ask for more. Employees were very nice and especially liked the bar/bistro for a drink and snack after the drive.

This is a quiet facility, conveniently located, and easy to get in and out of. The road leading to the hotel is unfortunately not well-lit, but the parking lot for the hotel is brightly lit.

My daughters wedding was at Falls Manor in Langhorne and she and fiancé were staying in a suite which girls would get ready in and I chose the same for men to get ready in. Everything was perfect !! Lovely rooms and housekeeping.
We stayed Thurs thru Saturday night and loved seeing all the young ones eager to go to Sesame Place. Which we had also done about 25 years ago with our daughters, probably staying at same hotel!!!

Very clean

The room is dirty, my daughter’s socks are all black after walking on the carpet. The room is so dark, no floor lamp, only two light by the beds. The fridge is tiny and not cold, it can barely used for store anything. The front desk Alina is not friendly, not helpful, always on the phone , not greeting and welcoming when we check in. Overall it’s a not pleasant staying , no breakfast provided. I have never been to a hotel like this with this amount of money that I have spent !!! I would Never come to this hotel anymore and I won’t recommend anyone to stay there. The only thing is good was the hotel very close to sesame place.

The stay was great! The one issue I had was the food selection for dinner and breakfast. The quality wasn’t there as the sausage was burnt and rubbery, the French toast sticks were also burnt, the eggs didn’t taste good at all and the cost of the breakfast was too high for the quality of food.
Overall, the room was great, the lobby, staff, and the hotel grounds also.

Very convenient to the park. The only complaint would be is that the walls are thin. But that's most hotels nowadays

I don’t like the prices of the items in the restaurant. The maid was amazingly nice and got everything we needed in a timely fashion.

Loved the amenities and the description on site was exactly as described. Loved the location; close to all that we wanted to get done as a family. The front desk left a lot to desire. No information was provided upon check in such until what time pool or exercise facility was open until, no information on room service (if available) or until what time the bar or food was available until. Also no information was given about check out

My family and I stayed 2 nights. The hotel grounds from the outside look nice, the staff greeted us pleasantly. Once you go into the room it’s all carpeted and the room smelled like cat pee, humid and musty. Also they have breakfast for the families that are going to Sesame Place the hot food was absolutely disgusting. Please get rid of the carpet and update the furniture.

The location is perfect for a family trip to Sesame Place. Parking is ample, check in was smooth, rooms were immaculate and well-maintained.
The in-hotel dining leaves a lot to be desired ... very high priced, mediocre fare. This is especially true of the $17 dollar a person breakfast buffet in a cramped conference room.
On the whole though, it was an absolutely safe, clean, comfortable location for our 2 night stay.
5.0
Noisy from other rooms. Too much furniture in the room, not easy to maneuver. Needs a microwave.

Changed my room from 2 bed to a single handicap enabled room ..and at checkin tried to hide this by presenting this as a upgrade. Had to insist to get the room inreserved.
