Hotel was super easy to find. Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here in the future

We had a bit of a wait for rooms to be cleaned for check-in, but the staff was great and you could see them pitching in in other areas to make it happen as quickly as possible.

Not much to say..just a typical marriott hotel..bathrooms need update..but check in was easy and hotel seems to be clean..so that is a good thing!

Restaurant/cafe was a huge disappointment , especially breakfast. Understaffed and staffed poorly trained. Both good items I ordered were not available but was only told after they had rang me up and I had been waiting at my table 20 minutes. Food items way overpriced!
Desk staff at check in and check out was amazing. A huge asset to your hotel!

Booked this hotel for a doctor visit next day , I actually lived 1and a half hour away so made a reservation. I needed a pool for disability exercises and there was no pool available because of construction. There was no notification while making reservations. Had to make get another room at another place. Very Very disappointed and hotel was not accommodating at ALL or apologetic at all.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful. The room (double queen) was clean, spacious...the bathroom was clean and spacious, great shower head, and the tub was a low step.

Nice place to stay while doing some furniture shopping with my sister. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff pleasant, and the back courtyard was lovely to sit outside in the evening. Pool was under construction so that was a bit disappointing but we loved that we could print our boarding passes ourselves in the lobby. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Excellent front-desk service and limited but great food and drink options at bistro. Wish the mall across the street was still open. Makes the hotel feel like it’s in a sketchy area when it’s not… great shopping areas nearby though! Would stay again.

Location very convenient to High Point U and short drive to eateries and attractions. Unfortunately, the mall across the parking lot is completely closed except one clearance store.

needed to find another hotel in an area already heavily booked since water was out at this hotel. Feel staff could have helped us find another hotel with running water. Just gave us a few numbers. Also, pool was closed for renovations. Had not been notified of this. If we had stayed there, grandkids would have been very disappointed. Should have let us know this ahead of time. Staff could have been more helpful.

Check in was fine. The next day the hotel turned off the water. I was working from the hotel that day while my daughter was at camp. I couldn’t flush the toilet or take a shower. I would have never booked this hotel if they would have told me at check in. Sorry but when I complained they said I used a 3rd party to book hotel and they couldn’t do anything. I’m so disappointed in Marriott and Expedia.

The beds were very uncomfortable, very mushy. The bistro was out of most of the items, and the food that we did order was terrible. The grilled cheese was made with white cheese which we weren’t expecting, and it was not good, and the tomato soup was terrible.

Room was clean, spacious and the front desk staff were great!
I really wish we would have been told about two things.
1) The mall is ABANDONED
2) The pool is CLOSED
If we would have know abut the pool, we would not have booked, but they seemed to forget that bit of information.
