Very close to Cruise terminal and a very good transportation to cruise terminal for$20 per person. Pool and services including food service very good. Front desk very friendly

Great spot! Staff is very friendly. Lobby was busy with dinner guests and people relaxing. Property is very pretty. Room was comfortable.

Easy check-in. We got a shuttle to the airport at 4 am. I was surprised they offered that. They offer it 24/7 on the hour.

For some reason the room keys only worked for 1 day and had to be replaced every day a little frustrating but front desk was very nice. At times the elevators didn’t work. They needed service elevators for housekeeping because elevators were always very full

Airport pick up was a joke waited a 1/2 hour then when guy came vehicle wasn’t clearly marked asked driver if it was Daina beach Hilton said no called hotel again waited 1/2 hour again same guy shows up and finally understand s me said “ oh I’m sorry I misunderstood “ so waited 1 hr total
Them signed up for shuttle to boat dock ask for noon time pick up girl puts down 10:30 when I clearly said noon .that mix up caused confusion .and I’m sorry you can pick up from airport for free but charge20 .00 per person to drop off at boat dock that took about 6 minutes.I usually like Hilton s but never staying here again .I’ve already booked another cruise for 2026

Nice area, the hotel was very clean and well kept. The bed was a little hard for my liking. Great place if your preference is firm mattress

Our bathroom ceiling was leaking. We had to go to the desk 3 times before they decided they could not fix it and gave us another room. This was a serious safety issue as either of us could have slipped and fallen . There were no apologies or inquiries when we were checking out.

Convenient to cruise port, 15 minutes away. Near many restaurants. Parking was a challenge for handicapped passengers. Room was good, although had issue with TV. Bathroom was okay, but shower was not very clean on floor and doors.

The hotel took 1 hr to get us from airport even though I called and they said they would send shuttle, then the morning shuttle didn’t work either. The building is dirty and elevator in shambles. Avoid this hotel if you can

The hotel is in a great location . Close to port and airport. The receptionist at the desk needed a course in customer service. The other Receptionist was lovely though.

Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle runs on the hour every hour and is greatly appreciated and punctual. Only slight complaint is that the hot tub was cold.

Restaurant kitchen could not produce food for my wife and I at the same time. 15 minutes after my food was served I asked the waiter where my wife’s food was and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I told him to take mine back and have the chef remake both to come out at the same time. Fifteen minutes later both dishes (mediocre at best) were served. This was happening at other tables as well, with several people leaving.

The only complaint we would have is that you can't cover the window so you have complete darkness. The staff was very gracious and courtesies, giving us each a bottle of water which was much appreciated. They let us check out an hour and a half later than what is required. But best of all, when we got off the cruise ship & went directly to the hotel, they let us check in FIVE hours early. They bent over backwards to accommodate us!

As soon as we got our luggage we called for the shuttle ans by the time we got.to where we were told to meet it, it arrived, no wait, no muss, no fuss

I spent the night at the hotel to be close to the airport.
Great and pleasant customer service at the front disk.
Kids enjoyed complimentary mini cup cakes and pop corn machine at the lobby.
We enjoyed the pool. Wish if pool and hot tub are heated.
Big outdoor shopping mall close by.

The room and facilities were clean and had all the modern required amenities like microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Also on both sides of the bed were 2 usb outlets to charge our electronics.

It is close to the airport (free hotel shuttle) and cruise port. Staff and service was wonderful at the hotel

Stayed for one night before the cruise. In the morning took an uber to port which was 10 min away. Shopping very close so was able to get items i left at home. Would recommend!
