Cons: chain lock for the door was broken off, no shampoo/conditioner, long wait to check out, plugs on only one side of the bed, & roaches!

This hotel was the only thing avaliable due to sports tournaments in the location. Everything was dirty. Our sheets were dirty upon arrival. The bathroom was filthy. The pool was closed. The hallways were lined with trash. We had to go buy sheets and pillows because the replacements they brought were also dirty. I am usually not hard to please. Just a clean place to sleep. If my only other option wasnt driving 4 hours home each day of the tournament I would have forfeited the money since we were told we couldnt get a refund. This place should not be open. I wish I had taken pictures.

Sleep over accommodations are a lot about perception.
I needed a bed for the night. The bed was adequate, clean, comfortable. The shower stall looked brand new but I didn’t make use of it. The staff people in the office were nice.
As for the, rest everything looked dated starting from my drive into the lot including the building, lobby/office area, entrances, hall ways and the room. Everything seemed dim, dreary, and a little sketchy.
The neighborhood seemed ok as it was amoung shopping complexes.
For one night I would stay again. Not a horrible place, its condition gives a poor impression. If I were staying for longer I would choose another place. No

I visit family, when I stay. I wasn't there much, but I slept like a log . The bed was very comfortable.

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Shower wouldn’t turn off. Floors were sticky. Sheets and blanket had cigarette burn holes in them. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were meh.

While the room appeared pretty clean i suggest a good wipe down of the walls or some fresh paint. Also could do without the smoke filled hallway. Id be mad if i brought my kids to a hotel and it stunk like pot. I will say bed was clean, clean towels and staff was friendly in afternoon and early evening.

This was awful, This has roaches and the sheets were dirty. It was nasty and the hotel smelled like smoke the entire time

Bed comforter had cigarette holes. White sheets were either stained or used. Wad of hair was under the comforter. Bathroom vent was very dusty. There was either feces or vomit all over the wall where toilet is and around the toilet paper holder and light switch. Hair & dirt in the shower. They refused to give me any type of refund. RUN from this property.

Clean rooms decent stay for the price just needed a place to sleep after a rock festival for the weekend was great for that!

Genuinely such a bad experience. Everything was dirty, there was hair in my bed and towels, the shower hadn’t been cleaned, people were constantly stomping around above and next to us and it reeked of cigarettes dispite us having a smoke free room. There was also ants.

I am just under 5’. The elevated beds had to be at least raised 3’ from the floor. Made for an interesting way to get into bed😀slept well

There was feces on the bathroom wall. I actually cleaned it myself because I could not bear it. I would not bring my luggage into the room. The comforter had several CIGARETTE burns which hardened to a scratchy abrasive texture. I did not want to risk the possibility of microscopic danger

I love how close to work it is, buh hate that they don't have early checkins. Nor speak English well. Thought it'd be cleaner, hallways were a bit trashed. Mirrors dirty in the rooms.

Pretty run down inexpensive hotel. Some holes in the wall some other holes has been fixed but not repainted over, holes in the bathroom flooring, lamps missing bulbs, etc.

Honestly RUN! The place was filthy! The pillows were yellow, floor was sticky, and the sheets all had stains and looked like they hadn’t been changed! There was smoke stains on the ceiling and the microwave was disgusting!
I asked for a new pillow that wasn’t yellow and new sheets, the OWNER called me a problem for asking for this.
My husband walked to the office and the OWNER told another man that he will get him a clean pillow soon.
NO REFUNDS and he will push you to get your credit card information for the $20 deposit. I would run there are so many better places out there for the price.

The first room had an open refrigerator with soaked towels on the floor. The second room table surfaces and floors were dirty. The bathroom sink had toothpaste stuck to the edges. Food from a previous customer was rotting in the fridge.

Cannabis smell throughout the evening. The smell from the hallways oozed into the room. Not my thing! But otherwise, this hotel was exactly what I expect from a bargain priced hotel. Had to ask for shampoo which was a bit much. No carpeting so the floors seemed clean.

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. They had mold mites. One of the drawers was broken off and laid on the coat rack. There wasn’t any shampoo. They made me deposit $25 after I had already booked the room. In which I received back but I had already booked the room.

There was no blow dryer in the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner, asked for extra pillow and blanket, didnt have any. It works if your looking for a cheaper stay.

Clean and comfortable room for a great price. Room had a small refrigerator and microwave oven but they did not provide shampoo and conditioner - just bar soap. I asked at the desk for shampoo and conditioner and they provided me with some very small bags of conditioning shampoo. It was not something that would work for me so I had to go out and buy shampoo/conditioner. For the price I would definitely stay again.

The place was dirty in commmons areas ,trash can sites ,back doors ,hallways.The place smelled like Marijuana (I know its legal in Michigan) The rooms.were.not as bad but still had issues in corners and under the bed .My wife was acosted by a large man wanting smoke or toke Iwatxhed her and went downstairs and he scurried off.The pool was covered and the area was filthy and there were three scary peolpe loitering it that area .
A COMICON EVENT WAS GOING ON SO WE UNDERSTIOOD ,IT IS A VOUXHER HOTEL ..
IT was OK for the price but you are better off going into Grand Rapids proper ,than staying at the Knights Inn..

Worst experience ever. This hotel attracts people who loiter next to the windows in the lot, partying until 3:00 AM. Every person walking in the lobby was loud, they were loud in their rooms, making strange noises in their rooms. I could go on. Manager offered little relief.

It looked fine in the picture, the lobby was filthy and run down which was the first clue something was amiss. The room had mice poop all over the floors, urine stains on the sheets, blood on the mattress cover, a hole ripped in the blanket and something gooey smeared all over the tv. I started to peek into the bathroom but changed my mind! I refused to stay!

A winter snow advisory struck the area during my stay. Staff cleared out all parking lots in the middle of the night and I was able to drive out w/ no issues in the morning. That was much appreciated, given the smaller size of my car. Staff at office was friendly as well.
