The room was clean,but the linens were old and towels were especially worn , small.

I like that it was pet friendly, but I didn’t like the bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on, there wasn’t even a drink glass in the room

Cheap is cheap, but this was too awful. What motel doesn't provide washcloths or hand towels? Two bath towels were all we got. The floor in our room was filthy, the shower had other people's hair in it, and the other guests were noisy. The only positive was the front desk staff, who were friendly and helpful. Not recommended.

Our room had been newly refurbished and nicely done… I think the air conditioners are new in and haven’t been properly fixed in yet… they will certainly need to be before the winter hits… the fact of gaps around the edges which were roughly plugged with strips of rubber didn’t feel very secure but we had no security issues while staying for a couple of nights… felt it wiser to take our valuables with us. The toilet seemed to have a layer of cigarette ash around the waterline… cleaners need a decent means of cleaning the loos to get under the rims too… I assume they don’t have.. and some strong cleaner! Apart from that everything was clean. The outside area had a very bumpy surface and external bins by the rooms were very full. Most reasonable price in Spokane but the most we have paid in 3 weeks of travels and no coffee/hairdryer/fridge in the room which seems to be pretty standard now. Not necessary, but for that price? However the fittings in the room were of a very reasonable quality and someone had done a very good paint job. Last thing, if you’re on the second floor, people smoking walk past your room and it comes in the gaps…if you’re a smoker you wouldn’t notice of course…. Fine the second night but not the first we stayed there… depends who your neighbours are 😁

Property seemed in ill-repair. Hinge broken on bathroom door so it would not close. Plywood in one window pane instead of glass. Curtain broken on one side. Ceiling with obvious water damage (bubble & peeling in one spot). Walls marred. Shower unit looked to be recently replacement (good), but installer got putty or something in sink & on walls. One of the two towels as stained and looked like it had been used to clean up oil or something black.

It was clean. It was an older hotel. It can use a much needed renovation. Otherwise it what we needed for a work trip. A shower and a bed. Both were clean and quiet.

Price was good.. but pay a bit more and get a clean room that is in good working order

Our check in was good, front staff was very pleasant and friendly.. however room/location were not what we were expecting. Rooms need work and were not clean for the duration of our visit. Our room was in a back alley and it was not secure as part of the window was plywood.

This property is unacceptable it needs a complete redo. I had to cancel rebook hotels after my first night. I could go into details but I’ve been a traveler for about 200 hotel stays in my life this might be my worst and I was expecting the cheapest hotel in town.

I had a cold and did not notice they put me in a smoking room.. All my stuff smelled of old smoke. I didnt notice till I got home my car and everything had to be cleaned.No wash cloths, no clean towel service. Not a good stay. Will never use a motel 6 again. High rates and crappy service

I was very grateful that they were able to check me in so late because I didn’t arrive til about midnight. The lady in the morning also gave me coffee after they put it away. Also I couldn’t get a ride out right at 11 checkout time and she gave me a little extra time. Very helpful.

We reserved a non-smoking room with a queen bed. When we arrived we were told there were none available and they substituted a different room which was inconvenient for us. If we had a room reserved and paid for why would this happen?

Former housekeeping manager here - the room was not as clean as I’m used to. BUT the staff there are the sweetest. I had the pleasure of running into 3 different front desk agents and all 3 ladies were amazing.

The building are old not so clean.

Stayed here 2 contiguous nights upon arrival to the area and booked a single third night the following week before flying back out of Kalispell Pros- front desk staff was very friendly, convenient location, affordable, clean bedding and decently comfortable mattress. Cons- housekeeping staff does a horrible job of cleaning the floor, dog feces all along grass strip surrounding the property where parking is located, room was non smoking but weed and cigarette smoke infiltrated into my room horribly from neighbors to the point of being almost nauseous and I'm a cigar smoker, towels stained and small, bathroom fan and HVAC vents appear not have been cleaned in years. I decided to cancel the reservation for the third night prior to flying out of Kalispell due to being just generally grossed out from previous 2 nights. It could be a great place if had new towels, better housekeeping and just a thorough deep clean.

Over the last 10 days we have stayed in 6 properties. We were looking for a reasonably priced motel or hotel. The price was not that great but ok it was close to Glacier National Park. But the rooms were really disappointing beginning with going to the room where the bedding appeared to be dirty. The room curtains were falling down and there were no amenities.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean, missing towels and toilet paper. Windows have A/C hanging out with plywood covering the rest. Hopefully the Motel 6 people improve.

The motel was disgusting with bugs all over the floor and dirty towels and ripped bedding!

Room was in poor condition. Covers stained, dead bugs, loud window ac, falling shower curtain.

I opened the door, sat on the edge of the bed and started to cry. Then I put the room key on the counter, left the premises and paid for a room down the street at another hotel. I will never go to motel 6 again. The room was the size of a walk-in closet, freezing cold, smallest TV in the world bolted down so you couldn't even elevate it to make it comfortable to lay down and watch without your feet being in the way and there was NO Frig! It reminded me of the old Brothel houses. Just horrid and unrefundable 😣

All Very old and very dirty

I was not impressed with there only being 2 small towels and no face clothes in the room. There should be bath towels , beach size towels and facecloths for each room. There is a pool but no towels for it. The bed spread had burn marks on them. Seems very pricey, $200. Per night and shoddy rooms. I don’t think I would refer any friends to go there.

The floors were dirty. The price was hugh.

Towel rack fell off onto the floor. I had to fix that. Didn’t want to get charged for that. Toilet paper holder was almost falling off the wall. I think they must have been doing some repairs.

The night shift staff were very helpful at check-in. We got in super late but they were flexible and understanding. However, the morning staff were very eager to get us gone at check-out, hours before the check-out time. For a Motel 6, it wasn't bad. Bring your own soap.

The hotel is in very bad shape...needs a major makeover.. no refrigerator, MW, or coffee maker. A very small room. The towels were lke rags

My room was rather stark (no amenities whatsoever, not even a picture on the wall), but clean. The first night I had to ask at the office for toilet paper(none in the bathroom). I was given one roll, sufficient for the length of my stay, but seemed a little stingy for no room service. On the 2nd morning of my stay, I got up early and when I went to take a shower I discovered there was no hot water! A very cold and abbreviated shower is not the way to start the day! I will say the room rate was better than other motels in the area, but I guess you get what you pay for. I won't stay there again, I'll pay a little more to get better accommodation.

Very expensive for what you got. Should be half the price it is
