There nothing unique property,if was a average to be charitable.

Unfortunately upon entering our room we knew we couldn’t stay any longer than one day, cutting our reservation short. There were dead bugs all over the floor, like at least 10-15, there were gnats flying out of the drains, bugs crawling in the restroom. We picked all the bugs up and by the morning there were more bugs dead on the floor. What the heck…the microwave was dirty and had ramen noodles stuck to the top…this room looked untouched for months basically. Pubic hair all over the restroom floors and trash… the towels had stains and crusty marks on them. The walls were so dirty and when I say that is important is because the beds are pressed up against them and the first air conditioner. The pillows had brown stains and I was sketched out to sleep on them. Thankfully I brought Lysol and my own blanket to wrap myself in. I guess this is what you get at a motel 6.

I did not like the confederate flag right next to the hotel, I did not feel safe because of it. there was no option to put do not disturb on the door I kept getting woken up by cleaning staff.

This was low quality for even a Motel 6! They didn’t even bother to clean the dead insects from the room. The shower was filthy.

We stayed here for a quick night after a Baylor football game. Close proximity to McLane Stadium and very clean. Bed was pretty comfy too!

This place it’s full of roaches they were in our beds in the shower in the tables everywhere

Good place for a quick overnight. Disappointed that the pool was unavailable and there was a shortage of hot water. They did try to work on the problem quickly but it improved just enough for a warm shower.

There were roaches in the room and blood stains on my bed shests

The room was clean, but it smelt like an ashtray. I sprayed air freshener, and it still smelt bad.

Quiet and comfortable

The stay was ok.. But not the cleanest. The bed was very uncomfortable was supposed to be queen size, but i think it was a full size instead.

They continue to accuse me of smoking a cigarette in a room on my initial thing. I know for a fact I have never smoked in a hotel room and would never and the fact that they keep accusing me and try to put me in a smoking room because of that, I doubt I will stay here again, plus last time I stayed there was a man who kept watching me go in and out of my room and then follow me to my car.

No frills stay. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Everything worked as it should. Very convenient.

My stay was great I just didnt like they came knocking on my door early in the morning. I said check out is at 11 not 10 am. They said we know im just checking if you need towels. I responded with no if I needed towels i would have called for towels then I saw her go down every door knocking. That is uncalled for and rude. Then she came again and knock it was still 30 min before 11 am I said look we will be out at 11 go away and sure enough they came one more time and this time it was a different person. Thats when I said never again will I stay here. Waste your money somewhere else.

We had stayed here before without issue. But this time the property seems more run down and there’s no check on the other guests. Partying goes on all night. Didn’t get any sleep- loud music and noisy. Sad.

The motel was clean, the towels were awful…like sandpaper!! Great location and property was clean.

It was comfortable enough and I got a good night's sleep.

The lady that runs the place is very rude. I will not ever stay there again nor will I suggest this Motel 6 to anyone I know

I have utilized this hotel many times over the last 10 or 12yrs, always a really good place to stay when in town or the Waco area. The do not unfortunately offer a Military or LE discount.

Checked in at 7:30 pm and the clerk was sleeping. He was not friendly. Drove around back to find my room and there were people hanging around outside their rooms. I am a woman traveling alone and I never even got out of my car because it didn’t feel safe. Found another hotel in a safer location.
