The motel was clean. However, the beds are rock hard and not comfortable at all. The air conditioner barely had any cold air coming out so the room was a little stuffy.

Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that their internet was down and it would be a “little bit” before they could check me in. After over an hour and a half waiting with no other option and the hotel unable to check ANYONE in. I left and made other arrangements

We had wanted to stay for 2 nights but did not. Found out the pool was closed due to lack of cleanliness and also the pool doesnt open until May. We had the kids and they were looking forward to swimming. The motel should out in the ads pool closed until a certain month. Also the sheets had yellow stains on them. Room was smaller than what the picture showed. Guess you get what you pay for. We ended up leaving and staying at a much nicer hotel, one with a working pool and clean room.

Check-in was a breeze. It’s an old building so doors are quirky. However the staff was wonderful and patient while I learned the “tricks.” I’d stay again if I needed to. The grounds were neat and clean for the most part.

Property said they our reservations but then once we arrived and checked in, they said they couldn’t accommodate our reservation. Tried to upcharge us. Stains on the bedding and couldn’t get into one of the rooms, ended up having to being refunded for one of the rooms.

Front desk agent was the lady with tattoos very very helpful gave me n my sister a late check out n was very understanding thank you 🙏

Moved us to building number 1in front of hotel
It was better but the shower drain was clogged and runs in the floor
Was not a good experience

My necklace got stolen the lady is hateful didn't want to look for it I got put off theirs bed bugs and internet doesn't work wash machines doesn't work

The room was extremely dirty. Roaches on the floor, paint on floor, not swept. Shower floor nasty and stained. Had to stand on towel in shower. Outlets on nightstand did not work. Sink sprayed water at you when turned on.

The people working here are amazing but the amenities were not functioning. No ice was closed. Door to my room did not shut fully at the top and the bottom just at one or the other handicap accessible shower. Had the shower installed out of reach facilities were dirty, no rails near the handicap accessible toilet for transferring. And the non-smoking room had an ashtray upon ride and cigarette burns on the comforter

I stayed upstairs but on getting in I went to use the toilet behold it was filled with farces and not flushed and that was the first time of experiencing such .I called the lady attendant downstairs so she came in and saw it herself before calling someone (a man) to fix it up .

The arrival was great the staff was friendly. We did request a room with 1 queens size bed and ended up having to get 2 doubles due to the overbooking. Once we got into our rooms, the bed covers on both beds had burn holes in them, mind you we were in a non-smoking room. The beds were extremely hard. I originally booked another hotel in town, but apparently there was a water main break so my original reservations was cancelled and this was the only thing that I could find. I will only stay here again as a last resort.

For the price, you get what you get. Motel 6 used to be a nice place to stay and this one was renovating. There is only one way to get to motel and the entrance road needed to be fixed. The room smelled of cigarettes and every time you opened the bathroom door, the smell was stronger and I had a baby and family with me. After we got home ended up washing all our clothes and extra blankets and pillows we brought with us. Reserved a deluxe room with a fridge and microwave but didn’t have one. Don’t think we will be staying there again.

We had to get a refund. Room bedding was dirty and smelled awful. The smoke smell was so bad.

The water was running for ever in the bathroom/toilet and it was so noisy and we could not sleep. The shower water flow was terrible and no hot water.

The room I was assigned the bed was broken, there was hair in the shower floor, towels and they wouldn’t move me to a different room.

I extremely dirty trash boxes and mattresses outside around the building. Customer service was on drugs and using foul language, I chose not to stay and ask for a refund. He said he would credit it and to call this company. I’m having a problem finding the number. But they really need to come off your list of properties. Truly, it was really not safe For anyone

When we got there, the office person was not a people person. He told me I could not pay as Hotels.com told me I could.
The room had a smell like someone had been smoking in it. We learned that they had full maid service only every 3 days. Towel exchange and waste basket dumping only. I had to go find the bath items when we got back. The water pressure was too high. No microwave or mini refrigerator. This is absolutely our last time to use this motel 6.

I didn't like anything about it. The room was filthy. I spent over $100 in cleaning and pest control supplies to clean it and eliminate the roach problem. The roaches never went away and the room's odor reappeared daily. The refrigerator worked poorly as did the microwave, which were also disgusting. There are smokers in adjacent rooms who smoke several times a day. That cigarette smoke permeated the room and got on all of my clothes, food, dishes and utensils. The owner of the property should not be allowed to remain in the hospitality business.

The check in process was great the room was nice but after we went to bed the german cockroaches came out everywhere in the bathroom, headboards, walls and trash cans but my niece stayed in the room next door and she did not see any

Room turned out to be a smoking room which I did not request. Unfortunately no non smoking rooms were available so we relocated to another hotel. Staff was nice and said they would refund my payment.
