I stayed with my family and everithing at the front desk and Valet parquing was great. One day we enter to our room and it was not done. My kids were on white socks all the time in the room, and they were completely dirty after a while walking on the carpet. But the service at the bistro was great and the people who attended us were all the time very kind.

We took the road with my wife to drop some friends. We drove nonstop 12 hours and hoping to get some rest but unfortunately we had a very noisy people around our room with loud music,screaming and talking load after midnight and on top of that we had an overcharge for parking $82 for 12 hours stay. Absolutely ridiculous and not nice relax night! Very disappointed

Location was great. Very walkable area. About a 5 minute walk to Dadeland mall. Publix is right next door also. Inside the hotel, the room was just average for the price but fine. The bed was super hard for me. The air conditioning was very loud so l had to turn that off. I question the cleaning as there was a piece of tape randomly stuck to the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom had a faint mildew smell in sink area. The hotel did accomodate all my special requests...microwave, fridge, extra blanket. There is a small bistro in the hotel for food options with Starbucks coffee. Pool is small but it works. Staff is very friendly. Overall good option for location. Most reasonable in area.

There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling in the shower which made me sick I made the front desk know even called to follow up and they basically told me I was wrong. Disappointed with the marriott expected better.

Fine hotel, 2 minutes walk to Metrorail, that brings you to MIA airport, Miami downtown, Brickel. Also a 5 minute walk to Dadeland Mall.

Bathtub was slippery and very narrow. Took a very painful fall. No matt in tub. Staff was nice but still in a lot of pain from fall. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

No water in rooms. I had to walk down to front desk to get some water for coffee. TV options are narrow. As a Marriott disappointed I have to got thru this so far not good. I paid 29.00 for valet and service is terrible, weather now is cold and room has no heater. Marriott should be aware of this situation for us guest.

I really like the area. It felt safe. I was able to walk to the shopping mall. They have great shops and restaurants. I also liked riding the subway. I would say the hotel needs to be updated but it was clean. Marriott needs to update all of their hotels.

We would love to come back again but definitely not staying near the elevator as our room has noises from storage room every night at 11pm-12 AM sharp & banging on the dry wall which was annoying. Besides that would love to come back again.

i liked the instalations but i didn't like that the reservation by phone was one and when we got there they told me that the parking was not include, it was very unconfortable the news when in reception they informed me the cleaning was one day yes and one day no, terrible. because all of hotels that i have been the cleaning is always everyday

The hotel did not have my configuration room as I booked it and didn’t fix it until the 3 rd night. Also I was not inform that this hotel does not offer daily house keeping service. The hotel is under staff so the quality of service was very poor.

Jamal was the Front Desk Agent. He is a Male Black, young at the desk. He had a stern face, didn't do a proper greeting, and he had very little interpersonal communication skills. He is not a good fit for the hospitality industry. The valet driver in the morning (older Male Hispanic was nice). Unpleasant check in. Pleasant check out because of the valet person. Room was nice. The location was nice.

I made a reservation for 6/26, but the airline pushed back my flight 3 times. I did not make it to Miami until 6/27 @ 11 pm after a long flight that took over 12 hr. When I got to the hotel, I was told that my reservation was canceled for a no-show and that I had to follow up with Hotels.com for a new reservation. I called hotels.com, and the call-taker did call the hotel. Yet I was not granted the service and had to leave. However, the hotel still charged me 100%(5 nights) and refused to refund me. It was a terrible service. The staff did not help me or make any attempts to serve me that night. It was the first time receiving such treatment from a hotel service.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Everything was easy: the vending right in front for all your late necessities or better yet to order through Uber eats. But the highlight of our stay there was when it was not reflected on my email confirmation from Expedia that I purchased breakfast for 2, but the manager did not think twice to give us vouchers for breakfast. I think that was excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend and stay at the Courtyard by Marriott at Dadeland.
