We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A nice variety of offerings! The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool, but having that available was nice. The location is also great for our needs.

Property needs to be upgraded and given at least a new coat of paint on the inside the outside.

Housekeeping walked in my room at 8am while I was sleeping.

This property didn’t have laundry plastic bag in closet and needs bigger waste basket by microwave. Overall service was wonderful and I love the breakfast ba.

The tub was clogged

Property was clean, fit the bill. However, a bit expensive. The business center was not operational. Wanted some print outs. Lady on the front desk told me the printer in not working, Good Luck, instead of helping. Next Day, Brandon Helped me out with printing and Copying some documents. Kris in the evening, who checked me in was very helpful. Thank you !

It was nicely decorated for the holiday. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and the service was great. The breakfast was good and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

It was ok. The bathroom sink faucet leaked on the countertop constantly. The shower water did not shut off completely. The bathroom door handle stuck in the open position. Room 214.

Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast decent, room clean. Our room was OK , smelly when we first got there but we carry air purifiers and used them. Bathtub was filthy inside and outside of tub. Didn’t complain to staff because too tired & busy to change rooms.

The staff was friendly and professional. The location was very convenient. The room was very clear and had a microwave and a small refrigerator. I was unlucky with the AC unit in the room. When it would turn on, it would rumble in a loud manner during the compressor cooling cycle. The noise made it difficult to fall asleep, but not impossible.

very disappointed in this property. Hotel had a foul odor in the hallways. Rooms were run down. green mold or something else around the tub. Bathroom door had a dent in it. Just disappointed and turning me away from Comfort Inn brand

Everything was great. It was quiet and clean. The only issue I had was the room had a Glade air freshener in it. I'm not sure what the scent was supposed to be but if you've ever smelled the cologne of a thrice divorced bald alcoholic then you know the smell. It was so bad I wrapped it up in all of the plastic bags I could find.

Front desk was friendly. The room was never cleaned and towels not replaced when needed. Breakfast was edible. Somebody was doing loud repair work at 5;45 in the morning and it woke me as it echoed thru the walls. Lasted about 15 minutes

I didn't get a receipt when I was ready to leave. There was a box on the counter to drop the key cards in and no one at the desk to give me a receipt.

Place is ok. The room lights weren’t working properly and the air sucker in the bathroom makes too much noise.

I’ve never been more rudely treated by a person working the front desk than I was last night upon arrival. As my husband and I walked in, we let her know that we were checking in, but needed to use the restroom first as we had a long car ride. She basically snapped at us that they don’t provide public bathrooms, to which I repeated that we’re not the public, we are guests checking in with a reservation. She asked what the last name was, I told her, and my husband politely asked again if we can please use the restroom before checking in, because it really seemed like she would not let us use the restrooms first. She then rudely gave me a key to the pool with directions of “Take a right down that hallway!” which we did. When we returned to check in, she did her job of checking us in, but her attitude/ demeanor never improved at all. I continued my efforts of speaking to her with decency, although I did not feel she was treating us the same. We got our room keys and when we opened the door to the room, we were immediately hit with the odor of a previous guest or guests who clearly smoked in the room. We asked each other if we really wanted to go back downstairs to ask the rude lady to change our room, because we almost didn’t want to speak to her ever again. We did go back and asked for a different room and why. Again, she seemed annoyed that we needed something from her, but did her job and got us a different room. Felt the check in agent was very cold and wasn’t at all welcoming

Room temperature was too hot! Could not get room cooled down therefore didnt sleep qell. Location good for our purposes. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Pool nice and warm. Breakfast buffet needed more variety.

The room was fine. Front desk employee was disinterested. "I need your ID and credit card" was how I was greeted.

We stayed here for a family trip to Jupiter. Staff was very friendly. Location convenient for all our schedules activities (marina, beach, putt putt). Lots of nearby dining options. Breakfast buffet had many upgrades from typical ones I've seen. Room was way quieter than I was expecting! Located off busy road but never heard road noise even in room at end of hotel. Yes carpet and some fixtures outdated. There were noticeable stains on older carpet but everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Good price, convenient to the activities we wanted. The key cards were A MAJOR headache. They never worked on the first try, sometimes not at all. We had to exchange keys around a dozen times.

I feel the price was too high. It cost too much to stay there. We wanted to be close to Cardinal spring training so we paid it.
