Breakfast was sub par at best. Food was cold and dried out. Ran out of several things. Took almost 20 minutes to get more coffee. Really not worth it. They should drop their pricea and eliminate that service because ot drags the whole experience down. Especially since ot was the last thing we did before checking out.

Only issue we experienced was back-up beepers on trucks in the lot adjacent to the window in our room started at 3:30 am .
This was due to construction and will likely continue for several months.

Highly don’t recommend. I have stayed with Marriot Bonvoy and Fairfield Inn from Eastern PA to Utah many times between business for corporate planet fitness operations management and family travel. This is our preferred choice for affordable and comfortable stays. I have never written a poor review for any one of them until now. Thick curly hairs in the pool, which I cleaned myself before my son swam. (He wouldn’t even put his head underwater after seeing what we pulled out.) Gym was filthy. Moldy and grimy shower liner and curtain. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone around 9pm l, when we found out there was no body wash. Beds were absolutely awful. My husband and I had a terrible night’s sleep. Spilled (soup?) and trash remained in the elevator for 24 hours. This is by far the most unclean and uncomfortable Fairfield Inn I have ever been to. As a business owner and previous ops manager myself, I believe in making the front desk staff aware first so that they have a chance to handle professionally themselves. After checking out, I acknowledged my concerns quietly and away from other guests. (My family and I were staying for my son’s state gymnastics meet and didn’t have time to switch hotels by the time we realized it’s condition. We did not ask for a refund or any anything except ownership.) Unfortunately, I received only poor excuses and a disrespectful attitude from the older woman at the desk. Thankful we will not be staying here again!

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Barhtub shiwed some patch work to repair something. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was nice with many options.

Check in couldn’t find my reservation, likely I kept confirmation;go to room one of the keys didn’t work; go in room, refrigerator is making loud noise, went back to check in & got another room; new room no hangers; and of course only one key worked; check out- no one there waited, called out, hello, hello? Cleaning saw me waiting, but made no attempt to find them; wrote note, left on keyboard.

The free breakfast was really good! Probably one the best we have had for a hotel. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Our biggest issue was with the key card locks ( it took 3 or 4 tries on average just to get the door open going in). The hotel is also older and could use some improvements. Our ceiling had a bad crack in the corner, it smelled stale (even with the AC running) and the bathroom vanity front was coming off. The staff was friendly and kind. The lady who checked us in said they got new locks for the doors but they haven’t been installed yet.

A great Fairfield Hotel in Williamsport, PA. Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly clientele. Good breakfast with hot foods. Coffee available anytime. Close to great restaurants. Right off Interstate. Definitely recommend this one.

The front desk clerk(Shelby) was a friendly and helpful face. Very apologetic for lack of working elevators

The entire hotel smelled bad.
The elevator was broken.
The pool was dirty.
The fitness center was unavailable throughout the stay.
The room keys consistently failed, even after repeated times exchanging the keys they still did not work in the room doors.
Staff was very nice and ffiendly.

We had a small problem with the Wifi. The desk clerk smoothed it out. Very nice staff. So clean and cozy. Thank you for a heating system that can work on chilly nights.

Decent hotel and quick check-in. I liked the room amenities. The only odd thing was it was a non-smoking room but we could smell faint nicotine odor-not sure why. Good location.

This hotel is located right near the Pennsylvania School of Technology. Easy access to high way, with many eateries close by. The room was immaculate, the staff professional and very kind. I am very pleased and will be back!

Property was close to downtown area and convenient. Staff were professional and very friendly especially Anna. Property was clean and tidy and breakfast was excellent A great placecto stay in Williamsport.

Good location. It is across the street from the Penn College of Technology. Convenient for anyone visiting the college. Our stay was as to be expected from a Marriott property: fine. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend packing a small humidifier, the air in the room was very dry from the forced air heat. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Loved having a bench in the room. Our physical needs require a sturdy bench for putting on braces and shoes. We could not get the guide to work on the TV so had to scroll through the channels. Room heated/cooled nicely but the unit was noisy. Ladies working the breakfast buffet were very nice and everything was clean. I would stay there again.

We thought this hotel was situated in the mountains and had "mountain views." We opened our window to see a tall fence and barbed wire rolled towards us like a prison fence. Needless to say, there was no view, and it was the worst stay in our 10-day vacation. The bathroom was dirty, and the tub was patched in the center with a silicone mat, and you could feel the crack under your feet and felt unsafe to use. The carpet was severely stained, unravelling and dirty to walk on. The staff was unapologetic and rude when we said the information about the hotel was untrue. We told the manager that we would be leaving a bad review and she mocked us and our choice to use a 3rd party (Expedia) and stated it was our fault. Do not stay here!

They just need a bell at the front desk. The person working was behind her computer screen and had no idea there was a line forming. I was also given a room that wasn't finished being cleaned yet. I did check in about twenty minutes earlier than check-in time but was a little irritated that I wasn't given a room that was already done. It made me concerned about a rush job. Other than that, everything was great. I did not opt for the free breakfast.

Welp… awful experience in this property. Got handed 3 sets of rooms keys that did not work. Night duty front desk was very helpful, & the whole situation was not her fault. I was told that the 1st room that we had (with the bad room keys) had a bad lock. Why not just flag it for repair before accepting a new guest? Next room that was given to us was completely dirty and was not yet cleaned by housekeeping. Dirty towels in the bathrooms and unmade beds… Then finally the third room we got was clean but smelled really musty since the AC was left off. This 3rd room just completely broke us and made us not trust the establishment anymore. Hopefully this review helps management to improve their service.
