Hottel was good. Friendly stay but hotels.com sade the pool area was going but it was under construction and this was why we piked this hotel and there were anys all over the bathroom floor at night time.

Basicly everything was excellent except for the fact the pool and hot tub were not open. My issue is with both the Hampton Inn and Hotels.com for not telling me up front that the pool and hot tub would be closed for renovations staring April 1. This was never communicated to me when booking and I specifically chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. NOT HAPPY!!!

The property is excellent inside and outside. The only thing that was disappointing was the pillows on the King sized bed. All 4 pillows were very small, completely flat and provided for an uncomfortable sleep for both of us.

We had an excellent stay. The room was super clean and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is the kids running and yelling in the hallway until almost 1am. The staff are super friendly.

Located in a convenient spot close to most amenities. Staff at front desk weren't very friendly. Pool area never had cleaned towels. We had to tell front desk staff 3 times during our stay that there were no towels. Front desk staff were annoyed when we asked. We were told there would be a treat for our dog when we arrived and they had none available the day we arrived. We requested an additional cot for our stay. The cot arrived full of dust and with a dirty pillow case. Breakfast was great, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. The only thing that was a bit disapponting was that there were strofoam panels on the ceiling and wall in the bathroom that were duct taped on. Not what i expected to see in a nice hotel.

The property is really showing its age, and white star are pleasant, there aren't many and people are doing double duty, resulting in not very clean rooms, common areas, and a general level of wear and tear.

We did not get the king size bed we requested. We discovered that it went to Hilton Diamond members who booked after us. That’s fine but the front desk was not honest about it saying that there was no reason or explanation. Also, this property is next to the busiest highway in Canada, yet Hilton didn’t bother to soundproof adequately. We listened to the roar of 18-wheelers and speeding cars all night long. We had pets and were given a reading of the riot act regarding our responsibilities and potential liabilities upon check in. I can only imagine what other irresponsible dog owners did before us, but we are not them.

Perfectly average in just about every way. Noisy children running in the halls and rooms that look like they're stuck in 1970. But nothing very objectionable.

Check if there are hockey teams staying at the hotel when you are there! The arena is across the street. Sooooo loud- not a great experience at all.

Hotel is okay. Location is convinient, close to highway, a walmart, dollar store and some other businesses. Some restaurants around the area.
Breakfast was okay, eggs, sausage, waffles etc.
The general condition of the hotel is good, one of the few things, I found it needed attention, was the walls/celing in the washroom, some repairs are needed.
I'd stay again here if in the area and if the price is right.
