Motel was fine. Hotels.com needs to update when amenities are not available.
Had three very disappointed kids upon check in when we learned the pool was unavailable.

Air conf didn’t work the compasses made a bi noise about every 20 minutes trying to engage

Quiet room, comfy bed, clean and spacious. Had a refreshing wonderful sleep. Been traveling Wisconsin to Seattle so the wonderful surroundings and quiet room was welcoming.

Was nice. Thought breakfast was included. It wasn't. It was VERY expensive. Refrig froze all our food. Coffee maker didn't work.

The bedding was stained, the floor was dirty, and had barely been vacuumed, the shower curtain was stained, and we were charged a ridiculous amount of money for a three night stay. Last stay at any Hilton.

I appreciated the free hot tea and coffee down stairs. The Desk gal was friendly and helpful. The cleaning crewmen were friendly. The room would get warm enough, wifi was good.

Check in time was at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:30, and the room was not ready. We had to leave and come back later to get our room. The front desk staff did not seem to care about this issue. I would like a discount on my room because of this difficulty.

The location was convenient for my visiting purpose. However, would've liked to see the hot tub as was advertised.

The room was nice, close to restaurant and casino within walking distance.
The only thing i didn't like was paying for parking as the cost for the room was high, would be nice to have parking included.

Great customer service at check-in.
Hotel is clean and nice, easy to get to. The rooms are good size and bathroom was nice. The beds and pillows are a little less desired. Made for a night of very little sleep.

Hotel was clean and service team was friendly. $16 for the breakfast was overpriced since the food offered was no different than what your competitors offer for free. One of your elevators was broken for most of our stay and that was an inconvenience. The Blue Canyon was recommended by the front staff and it was disappointing. There were 6 patrons and the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. I left there and dined at Chicago Pizza. I am not sure if you have a relationship with Blue Canyon but if you do, you should end it. I chose the Hilton Garden Inn, because I stayed their for business on multiple occasions about 9 years ago and felt it was a good value. You've raised prices since and have reduced the service offerings. Your strategy backfired as I will likely look to your competitors the next time I'm in town.

This is a mediocre hotel, would it kill them to leave complementary waters in the room at $300 per night. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to the restaurant nearly half the items were not available and the ones that were are not worth eating, looks great from the photos and booked the hotel based on having an integral restaurant but the food definitely does not match up. I would not come back.

Hotel was standard. Nothing terrible but nothing great either. Breakfast was not included - they charge $16 for the buffet and will also do made to order. We went to Starbucks instead. Room was ok but could use an update.

The first night, I had a mouse in my room!!! Changed rooms and liked the second room, very quiet and clean. The breakfast was not good at all....as it sat on the buffet, no one tended to it to keep it freshened up....like stirring the eggs, stirring the oatmeal, etc. It all just sat and dried up. Unless you ate within the first 15 minutes of it being put out, then it was awful. I think $16 for the buffet was outrageous, especially for having old, bad food.

The rooms were very nice. I wanted to go swimming but the pool water was too cold. Also, most hotels now have a free breakfast, but the breakfast buffet was $16, which I thought was too high, considering that the buffet was just mediocre, nothing great. The lobby area was very nice.

the hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants and close to the freeway but far enough not to hear traffic.

The hotel was very noisy. The walls and floors are very thin. I don’t think the room above us slept at all.

I had problems with the staff trying to tell me that they do not accept cash when I was trying to buy a bag of chips. I had to remind them that it was illegal to refuse cash as a form of payment.
The other problem is that the hot water is luke warm. I froze all day out in the weather and to jump in the shower and only have luke warm water was very dissappointing!
I pay the extra money for a comfortable, pleasant stay. I have a feeling management is the problem with this hotel. I have spent many nights at a Hilton and I have never been this disappointed.
Please do not waste your money!

I should have checked the reviews but I got this hotel for the hot tub and it’s covered and gone my rooms door had a lot of issues when I talked to the front desk after being unable to get in they sent me back up to try lifting the handle before opening the door witch worked they did try to charge $50 to check in then lowered it to 20 for some reason our room was clean though

Found a random charge on my credit card from the hotel. When I called, they said it was a parking charge. It says free parking on the booking. This was never mentioned at check in either.

The tub in the bathroom was supposed to be a jacuzzi tub, said tub was also broken upon arrival.

No hot tub as advertised, they didn't reserve our rooms next to each other even though we specifically listed having children.

I have been traveling to and through Missoula for two decades. I would say that this is my go-to hotel. They have put money into the hotel to keep it fresh. The last stay, the staff was warm and efficient as always. The waitress helping with breakfast was very nice and accommodating and the omelets were great
