They should reduce the starts to one. I can write a small book about the bad experiences we had but let me list some that comes to my mind. First their address is even written wrongly in Hotels.com after driving around and using the search in Google Map we found the hotel. when we informed the reception about the issue, he said Google is your friend ! We received only one card for the room even we were 3 persons and they dont give more. There is only one single soap in the bathroom and the washing liquid wich is 4 in one (shampoo, handwashm bodywash and balsam) is mixed with water! You need to pay deposit in Tunis Dinar (dont accept EU or USD) for beach towels and the room TV control! The "All inclusive" its not really All inclusive, you need to pay for all alcoholic beverages. The entertainment machines such as table ice hockey can eat your money and they just tell you it has a problem. The beach is full of plastic garbages and some spiky things goes to your foot. The food tastes very bad and I really suggest they need to change their head chef. such a large hotel doesnt have a single iron and they dont lend it to. There was one elevator and 8 floors (do the math with the waiting time) the entertainment at nights is given to super amatuer employees. There is a guy who is employee of the hotel and tries to sell you Pirate ship exusrion with dolphines and belly dance... We didnt see any dolphines and there were no belly dancer.

Staff are not service minded and you need to spend time to solve issues. I booked a family room with see view but we got room facing the street! Booked all-inclusive but had to pay for alcoholic beverages or cocktails. The food was just ok and not so good quality!

The hotel is well located and very affordable but the receptionist is the worse receptionist I have ever seen in my life. Slow and unprofessional. Many clients are standing or asked to wait for 30/45 minutes until he found the reservation. Despite confirmation from Expedia showed by many of them...he is not not busy but he asked customers to be patient for 45 minutes...other hotels in Sousse provide an email address and ask customers to forward confirmation received by emails to the email address... elsewhere in Sousse, the check In is fast. He gives a bad image of an hotel despite working for an hotel which is well located, very affordable and well equipped...customer service is the only star making an hotel shining!

Overall a really nice stay, the strip and shopping area is walkable distance. Sadly my room was dirty and full of sand when i arrived, and when the cleaners would clean the room they would only replace the towels and make the bed and not sweep/ mop the floor

Parking is terrible , if you don’t tip them they tell you there is no spots available! Every time you leave and come back no parking ! Pool is under construction, garden area is a disaster , under beds 1/2 inch of dust and filth , you have to pay 10 dt deposit to get a tv remote control that you never get back when you checkout because the receptionist will take it for him self , there is never any money available if you want to change some currency , not even $100 ! Breakfast has the worst coffe , cheap fruits and cheap pastries.
Peoples smoking everywhere and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care ! Smells like cigarettes everywhere, air conditioning is off ! Bar closes at 11.45 !

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great sea view and a private beach. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The decorations in the room was old and a bit dirty and the shower stand was broken. We enjoyed the buffet dinner (lots of vegetarian options) but we had to pay for water which was pretty annoying.

I booked one room for 2 person for my friend and myself through the hotels.com, but the receptionist made the room for one person because when I checked-in, my friend was late and only me was at the reception. He told me that he couldn't change it anymore and asked me to book another room for my friend. It was unacceptable behavior. I sometimes come to Sousse, but I never come back this hotel. They provide a similar Breakfast as other hotels in Sousse (= not very good). The room I stay didn't have a refrigerator / minibar.

Excellent price for half board (we stayed in January), large indoor heated pool and sauna, good situation with pleasant walk along sea front into town, nice rooms (best to pay supplement for sea side), very good buffet breakfast and dinner, pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommended ! Wished we could have extended our stay.

Despite always booking a double room, I've never yet been given a double bed on arrival.

Room very small and very dark only lights from bed lamps ,the furniture and bed sheets were very old , bathroom has only one light bulb the second one didnt work i reported to reception twice nothing been done . Wardrob door broke and fell over my Mrs ,food was terrible and almost the same everyday .the maid Walked in the room in the morning without knocking the door while i was in the bathroom. Untill 4:30 pm the room wasnt clean we had to wait till 5:30pm to have it clean . The towels in the bathroom were the worst quality i ever seen i bet they never changed them since the hotel was opened in the 70's. Upon check out no one bothered to ask how was it our stay .this property is only 2stars I was realy dissapointed!

We were not allowed to check in room until we provided a paper hotel confirmation. The email said no need to confirm, print OR keep this email. The email wasn't enough. This proved difficult and therefore waited one hour before check in. Apart from this everything was wonderful. Great hotel, Good food, friendly staff. Will return.

We booked bed and breakfast only, which was lucky for us as the breakfast was appalling so who knows what the rest of the meals were like. There was a lot of choice but none of it good except for the freshly cooked pancakes which were acceptable. It also meant we felt rather segregated as there were only certain bars that we could have a drink in! The rooms are very dated but nice enough, although my pillow comprised of a series of uncomfortable lumps so I did not sleep brilliantly. Also you have to pay extra for the air conditioning which is a total swizz! We enjoyed the balcony. The reception staff were not at all friendly when we arrived - no greeting or explanations (eg. what time breakfast is etc). We arrived early so had to wait for our room to be ready, but received no cohesive updates and eventually were offered another room that was ready after 2 hours of waiting and constant requests from us for an update. The room was kept clean and the hotel itself was too. The beach was very nice but very packed. Also there were not enough cushions for all the loungers so if you were not there early enough you had to make do with a rather uncomfortable lounger. On the whole the stay was pleasant and most of the staff were friendly and relatively helpful.

They gave us grief for not printing the hotels.com voucher. The room was miles away and even though it had sea views it had 2 single beds. Twice room service open the door without knocking and the overall service was quite poor. However, the beach and beach side is really nice and location is really good.

But the problems were all made up for by the fantastic food served in the restaurant, such a large choice of dishes left is all feeling very full.

Positive things:
- good food and plenty dish to choose from;
- the pool is gorgeous: big, lots of palms and little bridges;
- the staff is ok but they look like they are always expecting a tip, in fact, some of them have a spectacular change of attitude afetr you tip them.
Not so positive things:
- the cleaning service didn't satisfied me at all: we have the sheets changed after 5 days of staying and the cleaning lady kept the balcony door open with one of my shoes.
- the bed in our room was making all kind of noises.
