Hotel Needs renovation Old carpet, smell is not the best Pillows. Were half pillows Air conditioning is very noisy Its clean and ok if your on a budget but would avoid going back if i can find same price elsewhere

La Quinta is located in a great area with lots to do very close. Room was clean, but shampoo dispenser in bathroom was out, although mini bottles were provided. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast has hot and cold options and was delicious. This is our second stay, and we will likely stay here again in the future.

Room it self was very clean, no complaints… the property on the other hand seem subpar… zero art in the extremely long hallways… just seemed kinda sad.. outside seemed on the run down side as well… Staff was super friendly, checking in was a breeze and the breakfast was really nice

Bentonville is an amazing place to visit, especially for mountain biking! The Hotel was clean, comfortable and well located for easy access to restaurants, trails and other activities. Highly recommend!

The staff were extremely nice and helpful! Bed was comfortable room was clean, toilet didn’t flush half the time and it was very loud, almost like the ice machine was in our room.

The staff is very friendly, and the room was very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub and it was very well maintained. The breakfast was good, but it would be nice if they switched it up a little. We stayed 3 nights and it was the same every morning. They could have done something like french toast or pancakes as a variation. But it was still good. Overall great experience and I would stay here again.

Check in was fine. The room was clean. The AC unit under the window had the bottom piece hanging forward and open exposing some wires and the air filter access. I pushed it back in place but the next morning it was hanging open again. Fortunately, we didn't have any kids with us that might get curious. The rear entrance was broken and propped open w/ a rock 2nd day we arrived back at the room in the evening and noticed the room had not been serviced. The front desk said that the linens and towels are swapped out every 3 nights but that they should have cleaned the room. I asked for a few new towels, TP and soap. The TP was locked up so I didn't get that and had to go get some on my own. Yes, really. I asked if we could get the room fully serviced the next day and they said yes and wrote it down. Next day after returning again it still did not get serviced at all. Garbage cans all full. 2 days of towels on floor, etc. Front desk gave me new towels, some shampoo and a roll of TP. It seems that the guy the previous night "didn't look hard enough" or so I was told. 3rd day returned to room and it was finally cleaned. We checked out next morning and were asked how the stay was. I relayed the issues to a person who I believe was a supervisor. She apologized, reiterated that they should have cleaned and restocked the room with TP, soap etc every day. She took my # and said she would see if she could get me a discount. 4 days later no call and the full amount was charge to my card.

Everything was great with the exception of the fitness room. Two of the four pieces of equipment were not working and the pool was out of service. Everything else was excellent!

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Our bathtub was clean but it had some surface damage issues on the bottom of it. We were kinda sad the pool and hot tub was closed due to a pipe busting when that was the main reason my son wanted to choose the hotel for his birthday. We were still happy with our stay and the continental breakfast was very good! They had a buffet style with biscuits and gravy, Waffles you make with the waffle maker, Oatmeal, muffins and cereal to choose from. Also coffee and juices.

We had issues with our room getting cleaned after our first night’s stay. We had to call to get maid service and when the maid showed up, she only cleaned the bathroom and emptied trash, but did not vacuum the room or change bed linens or make the bed. We expected more from our experiences we had at other La Quinta Inns. Very disappointed. We also had a room refrigerator that acted more like a freezer and froze some fresh fruits and veggies we had with us which spoiled them. The bathroom tub bottom was chipped in several places and looked like there was no concern for negligent maintenance. It could have easily been repaired with little expense.

When you’re greeted with a bow on the end of your toilet paper, you know the experience will be special. Staff super helpful when we asked about activities in the area. Bentonville is such a gem!

Travelled to Bentonville to go to Crystal Bridges and the Listening Forest and chose this property because we wanted a hot tub. What a wonderful property. Nice & clean, check-in was easy & friendly and the breakfast was good, hot food and cereals, waffles and eggs. The pool & hot tub were sparkling, hot tub was perfect after a cold evening outside at the Christmas parade and Listening Forest. I enjoyed my one night stay here.

The room was in poor condition-uneven flooring, holes in the walls, mildew everywhere, flooring popped up in the bathroom, very thin walls, broken shampoo and conditioner holder, cracked shower.

The bed was terrible. The right side felt like a heavy person slept in the same position for a year. It was indented. I had to move to the opposite side in the middle of the night. The middle of the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The heater was noisy!!!

La Quinta's dog policy has changed. Each hotel can choose whether to charge for dogs/pets. This one now charges $25 per night. They can't charge you more than $75 for the entire stay. There is a really nice field behind the hotel that is great for walking your dog. The back door card reader was broke so you couldn't go in but you could go out. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broke. Breakfast was top notch for a hotel breakfast. Biscuits and Gravy, Crisp bacon, Sausage, eggs, waffles...

Pet fee was listed as none in two places… should have checked a third. Even after explaining this and showing staff they still charged us. Room has something in it. We all left with coughs, itchy eyes, and sore throats. Everything is just about average with a few things less than average. Wouldn’t want to stay here again.

It was nice. My only complaint is the tv was too dark and I couldn't adjust it. Chris Hemsworth looked like Don Cheadle and Don Cheadle was a floating eyeball, sometimes.

Very convenient location with lots of food and store options around. Starbucks is right beside it. But I only felt the doors could be a little more longer to touch the ground and it would reduce the noise from people walking and talking in the hallways and elevator.
