Just an overnight stay and had no real impression of the property.

The check-in was quick and easy. The amount of the hold stayed $50 on the credit card yerminal but the hold was actually $70. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. I asked for more towels and washcloths and was told to just find housekeeping on my floor and ask for them. The woman did not speak English and was trying to tell me I should go to the front desk. This was very annoying and fresh towels should be automatically brought to the room each day especially since you're too sorry to clean the room daily. The beds were comfortable at least.

It's and outdated property, can't hide it, which is OK, some areas has new floors and furniture, some others like elevator are old, over painted and ugly/over used rug foor. Really need a renovation. The only thing I did not like was some unscroupuluos guess smoking weed in a room. Our room got the smell too, terrible. The curtain shower in our room smelled bad, a sign of not changing it for a while To end, would I come back? Probably not. This property did not get more than 4 stars because it's not there yet. The cleaning people did not look like professional staff, more like insiders trying to help. We have stayed at different Fairfield and it has been very good.

I thought the property was well taken care of for the age of it. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly!

Price was cheaper than any hotel around rated an 8 or better. Rooms are dated a bit and breakfast needs to be better and replenished during the morning.

Generally acceptable even though it seems to be an older institution so some fixtures probably needs updates. My only issue was finding a bug on the bedside table that I had to get rid of. The place was clean and breakfast was reasonable.

Convenient location and easy access. Some areas could use sprucing up. Female staff very friendly, male staff just about did the basics. Free bkfst awesome but having to find a restaurant on a stormy night after hours driving was annoying. Snack availability with the usual processed foods. Room was comfortable and clean, bulk toilet items in shower a plus.

THIS HOTEL STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS AND LIES. I left behind a priceless, irreplaceable teddy bear belonging to a family member. Over the past 3 days I have spoken to 5 different people who have all given me the same answer: we will let you know if anything shows up. IF. IF. IT'S AT YOUR HOTEL. FIND IT. I have spoken to Lily twice over the phone and each time she has given me different answers. I asked her on Saturday if she could transfer me to a manager. "No that cannot be done." How about a housekeeping manager or supervisor? She told me she doesn't have that ability. Another customer left a review stating she asked to speak to a housekeeping supervisor and was transferred. Lily was dismissive, rude, and acted like she had zero time or interest to assist me in getting my property back that is at her hotel. She told me she could not ask the housekeepers if they found anything because different people work on different days. Nothing but lies. No one from management has reached out. I am truly appalled how a hotel has zero interest in helping someone get their property back that is at their hotel.

I enjoyed my stay as I did in 2019 at this property with 1 exception. When I checked in, I used my Mom’s credit card, but even though our last names were the same they said they would have to email her a form for her to fill out. She is an older lady, and this proved to be a hassle for her. Next time I will just pay in full prior to my arrival. Other than that issue, I had no problems at this hotel.

Hotel was expensive. Woke up to a roach on the wall - told staff and their response was "Okay we'll let management know." No attempt to give a discount or comp or anything which is pretty sad considering I paid hundreds of dollars to sleep with roaches.

This is an old hotel, which in my point of view was not an original Fairfield hotel. Towels really old, almost yellow color. The breakfast is horrible, nothing compared with the one we had in Fairfield Palm Beach, or Fairfield Naples. Our room was quite.
