Great location; clean rooms, rooftop restaurant with outstanding view, pretty good breakfast. Easy access to everythingtouristic food Starbucks subway and the best the service all the staff with an amazing attitude friendly joy to support you really feels like you be the only one guest! Solid hotel in an area very convenient to the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Great lobby staff (bellmen, reception, etc.). It might seem minor, but the towels were very coarse (I mean, we're in the land of Turkish towels, so step up the game a bit there, please), and the bathtub/shower was a difficult if you're at all movement impaired. Very good breakfast included. Room had all of the basic amenities. Price was competitive.

Was very noisy for an expensive room on the 5th floor where the breakfast was on the 6th and disturbed us every morning with the noise. There was no water on the last day & they kept saying they had fixed it but the shower & sink did not work. Would not recommend and regret staying there. Probably a lot of fake reviews giving it a high score.

Friendly staff, good quality hotel in a central location with a breakfast terrace with great views! The hotel offered an upgrade after declining our cancellation but the upgrade to a king room ended up being more of a downgrade to a much smaller room with a shower as opposed to bathtub and most of the space being taken by the balcony which we didn't need, especially in the cold season. Also, the light in the room entry way and bathroom area is operated by a motion sensor and keeps automatically switching on at the slight movement or trips to the bathroom. We asked for the motion sensor to be disabled but they said they could only do it the next day when the technician is here. We requested to be moved to the room we originally reserved but there was none available the first night. The next day they moved us to a room with an additional bed (for a 3rd person) which was taking up even more space in the room and this has affected the overall experience.

A lovely comfortable hotel with beautiful rooftop views. Had a really excellent stay; I cannot praise the staff enough - everyone without exception went the extra mile. I had a problem when out during the day and a member of the team returned with me to translate and help me get official documents sorted.

Okay hotel in a very good location. It doesn't give a feeling of 4-star although some of the staff delivery very good service. Others gave me at least very poor service and didn't appreciate their bad hospitality. Should look through your staff. However, the manager and two of the crew were very helpful, serviceminded and did their best to make our stay pleasent, appreciate that.

We arrived exhausted. The entire staff went above and beyond to welcome us, help us along the way, and answer every question. The hotel is walkable to every place we wanted to go, felt safe at night, and breakfast on the top level was a great way to start each day. Highly recommend.

A superb location - in the heart of the old town - ideally located for a short stay vacation. Wonderful views from the 6th floor restaurant. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Beds were extremely comfortable. We loved our stay

The property staff was accommodating and professional. The location allows easy access around town. Only slight inconvenience would be the hotel front pick-up or dropoff for transportation as it is a very small oneway dead end street.

This is by far the best hotel in Istambul. Friendly staff and every aspect of the hotel was top quality. The breakfast was amazing with a wonderful spread. The only thing which would have been good is that if there was at least one charging USB socket in the room, which you can easily update in the electric fixtures - would avoid international travellers having to carry local two-pin plugin.

The hotel was very conveniently located and rooms have a wonderful classy look. The hotel restaurant has a panaramic view of Sultanahmet including Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus. We were a short walking distance from both mosques, the Grand Bazaar and Topkapi. Many restaurants and shops were within a 10 minute radius. The staff was helpful in arranging transport from the airport, a guide for a private tour and a taxi to our Viking cruise ship at the Galataport.

LOVE this hotel . First off is the location ! Placed in the middle of the sultanhanmet area , all attractions are walkable. In the mornings, a buffet breakfast is given with one of the most stunning views. That alone should make you book your stay. In addition , The staff I can’t speak about them highly enough. They were all so helpful and friendly. Front desk is very knowledgeable.

The hotel was a great find. Absolutely elegant when you walk through the front door the staff extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again however, I would not have dinner there. Terribly expensive! A glass of wine was $14. They referred us to another restaurant food palace, which was ended up being $55 per person, including one glass of wine which was outrageously priced and the food was not that good.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the old city from its rooftop terrace breakfast restaurant where you can see the haga sofia and blue mosque during sunrise together. Our room service worker Aliye went above and beyond to accomodate us during our stay. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and can't recommend it enough!

Excellent location near the Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. The staff were friendly and our room upgrade was unexpected. The included breakfast was yummy typical Turkish fare, and the restaurant view was incredible.
