Had to pay for breakfast and coffee as neither is included in the room rate. So, I skipped breakfast all 3 mornings and drank terrible coffee in the room. Poor business model for the business traveler I won’t stay here again.

We were there when the restaurant/cafe was in renovations, so instead of closing everything down they tired to accommodate that need by setting up something in the back so THANK YOU for doing that! Bed was comfy, room was emasculate, and hot tub was hot….checked all my boxes!

Hotel is clean; rooms clean and comfy. The staff is average, but tended to be stuck on their iPhones all the time, not welcoming, and seemed not happy at their job. Hotel in good location near stores. Easy drive to downtown and good restaurants.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I was particularly pleased with the senior friendly bathtub/shower. The lounge off the lobby was an unexpected bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions.

GM Michelle is awesome! I had a package delivered here and she was awesome getting it for me! One elevator and bar area out of order but they tried to make it all work!

Clean room with everything needed. Hotel has friendly staff. Pool/hot tub was lots of fun for the kids. Since we are at the end of our trip we utilized guest laundry, however the dryer did not dry our clothes at all even after two cycles.

The room was extremely hot upon arrival. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bedding was a very thin coverlet that was not comfortable. There was noise throughout the night.

Very quick and easy checkin, great staffer. Property easily accessible. Room very good, other than mattress could be improved and the room coffeemaker did not work correctly (if i didn't do something incorrectly with it). Disappointed there wasn't complimentary coffee for the guests in the lobby. Greatly appreciated the late check out, very accommodating and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay at the property again if it continues to be priced reasonably in the future.

We were always greeted by all the staff! I mean everyone! Well kept, we did have a tub that dripped. The hot tub had a lot of chemicals in it. Location was good for us and was a pleasant stay!!

This was the filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair all over the bathroom floor, in the tub, dried shampoo on shower walls, toothpaste spit behind the faucet, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned and that room hadn’t been dusted in months.

The young lady that assisted with check in, had a pierced tongue, which made it difficult to understand. The gentlemen who took her breakfast order, although polite looked like he just rolled out of bed. The gentlemen that served me was inappropriately dressed. I am tired of dogs being allowed to stay in hotels. I should not have to pay the price that I paid. Unprofessional, dogs do not belong in hotels. As I checked out the young lady refused to give me a receipt which is simply not true. It does not matter if the reservation is pre paid or not. I have received much better service at cheaper prices. Your company should all have the same standard. That's not happening. This hotel has always had a high standard.
