Booked on here and when we got to hotel they never received our reservation and we paid for it, but stayed in the car instead.

It’s an older property, staff is amazing. The hallways smell, the room is very outdated. We stood in the second floor for 4 days and the people on top were extremely loud.

In short, we did have a very pleasant stay in this property.
The staffs are friendly and helpful overall. We checked in and interacted with the night-time receptionist Ms. Summer several times and she provided us exceptional and beyond expectation customer service. I hope this is the model of staffs or such good culture can persist in the staffs.
The continental breakfast is great, sufficient and enough variety of choices. Containers are almost never empty. Things are organized clean and neatly. This save us time for hunting breakfast cold outside. Great job to the kitchen staffs! This is for sure an important factor for some travelers like us when picking a mid-tier hotel stay.
The property, fixtures, furniture and so on do show their age. This is important to note, so it may not best fit those chasing after newest, latest and the most modern room/suite. However, giving the age of those "hardware", I can see this property gives and tries their best effort to keep up the condition. At least they are neat, tidy and clean.
The property is located pretty west of Denver, great location or almost the closest one still in Denver for traveling to the ski areas/resorts in the west. This is one of the reason we picked this property as well.
We like the breakfast, friendly staffs, location and comfortable space of the suite. The carpet, fixtures and furniture if can be replaced/upgraded, that will make it even better!
We will pick this property in the future if we can.

The room had a horrifying smell! Old moldy.. carpet was gross and old. Fire alarm went off at 6 am total inconvenience. I actually thought I made reservations at home 2 suits.. total mistake

Friendly and helpful staff - excellent room - weird parking and confusing navigation to get around all the parking lots in the dark.

Bathroom a bit dated and toilet runs....
Pillows need to be replaced.

Hotels.com overbooked stays and I didn't get what I requested/needed for my stay. I chose a two queen handicap accessible room for myself, my 9y/o son and my brother who has a prosthesis which is why I needed it to be accessible. We were only there for a Rugby game and arrived late, to receive a King bed that didn't even have a sofa in it. I was told it was the last room and by that time I was not going to drive around looking for a room at midnight. They offered me a dirty room, would change bedding, yeah NO. The three of us had to sleep on one bed bc the floor was too uncomfortable for my little guy...... Won't be using this site again. I had even called another hotel directly earlier in the day to make sure they had accessible rooms, they didn't which is why I went here for the comparisons...

I was charged at the hotel, but the room was already paid for. "Veronica" tried to fix it, but, I was still charged. I sure hope this gets fixed soon. The room itself was nice, clean.

Nice stay.

great location to visit Red Rocks. breakfast was good-typical selections- but get there early before things run out.
My traveling companion cleaned some gross stains on the couch before she could stay. the room was dated but functional. full size fridge was nice. The Chicago Pizza bar is just a short walk and very nice. The whirlpool tub is at temp and relaxing. pool is small and shallow but clean & nice. the location is kind of odd but easily accessible once you figure out where it is.

It was a great stay and the people at the front desk were amazing. Julie checked us in really early and then when we came back from the zoo her and Elizabeth were awesome in helping us though a difficult situation.

We liked the room except for the bathroom sink that would not drain. Good water pressure in the shower, very clean room, breakfast was good. Clean throughout the hotel. We will definitely be back.

Overbooked me and i was moved to the home2 suites. We walked into the room and it only had 1 queen bed and 1 pullout bed. We had 3 adults and requested 2 queens and a pullout.

Nice clean property. Beds were pretty hard, but that's pretty standard in hotels. Staff was friendly, but struggled a bit during check in. Maybe they were new? I didn't mind as they were apologetic about issues and very nice.

Decent value, about what you would expect.

room was good. breakfast was missing the eggs (or all eaten).

Just a little off kilter in all aspects of the stay. With the exception of the front desk lady upon check-out, who at least seemed intent on remedying the issues it was a rather disappointing stay. We had two rooms reserved and paid for but they tried charging us again at the front desk. My associate ended up paying twice because they told him it wasn't paid for. One of the rooms was supposed to sleep 5 but there was only one bed with no pull-outs. One of the elevators button wouldn't work for the lobby floor. We went to get breakfast half an hour before breakfast was over and the lady wouldn't heat up any more food for us telling us, "It is what it is." We were pretty sure there was supposed to be 24 hour coffee available in the lobby but that wasn't the case. The coffee creamers in our room had curdled solid. Took about 45 minutes to print a piece of paper off because their printer was out of ink and I had to help troubleshoot and fix it for them but they didn't have the right cartridge so I ultimately just e-mailed them the document to have them print it. I checked the next day and the printer was still hanging wide open with no attention given to it. I appreciate the sincerity of the lady at check out but only time will tell if corrections in habits and procedures will be made.

When we arrived we were told our room was not ready and that housekeeping left before cleaning the room. While the desk was polite, she was clearly overwhelmed as we were not the first guests to be told this. She booked us a room at Hampton Inn next door and she said she would get us a $40/night discount. Because it was 8:30 at night we just accepted, we didn’t want to scramble for another room. However, we originally paid for a suite style room, chose the hotel based on the pool and hot tub and had friends staying in the same hotel. We did not end up with a suite, the new hotel didn’t have a pool or hot tub and now we were staying away from our friends. The Hampton Inn also did not give us the promised discount but they did match the price. Very disappointed and I feel a phone call was warranted earlier in the day so we could have found accommodations the matched what we were looking for. According to the Hampton Inn this has been an issue all week.

Front desk was in chaos at check-in. Housekeeping had clocked in marked the rooms as cleaned and ready then left the premises. The room I booked was unavailable due to not being cleaned. I wasn’t the only one affected by this. The young woman at the front desk was valiantly doing her best switching things around to accommodate ppl with reservations. I’d like to know in a situation such as that where the manager was. We’ve traveled a lot and I don’t believe we’ve ever run into a Situation like that one. It was a good 45 min before I knew if we were going to have rooms or had to look elsewhere.

Very understaffed. Lots of rooms were still dirty while people were trying to check in at 7-8:00 pm. Not enough sleeping spots in the room for the size party we had. We were offered couch cushions from rooms that hadn’t been cleaned. The front desk girl was very sweet and tried to her to accommodate all the unhappy guests.
The hotel rooms are poorly designed. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed so we had to prop a suitcase in front of them to keep them closed. Expected more from a Hilton.
2.0
Highly understaffed, poor management with front desk staff having to bear the burden from unhappy customers

This hotel is extremely dated and worn and not at all worth the price per night. Staff is pretty much non-existent and they all dress very unprofessional. You have to search for them at the front desk. Some of the staff live at the hotel with their children. The halls smell, there is dog hair on the carpets and children running in the rooms at all hours of the night. Not sure what is going on here, but definitely would not stay or recommend to anyone.

Everything from the check-in to our suite to breakfast the next morning was fantastic. All staff were spot on andade us feel welcome. Not a single issue besides the dog in the room above us running laps for hours on end, but we did not complain about it.

We arrived late evening and had a hard time finding the hotel. No sign on Union Ave? Construction next door made parking tricky. The rooms were adequate but were quite small and tight. I also thought the pillowcases smelled with a strong aroma of bleach. Got better after aired out. Breakfast was quite good in a very pleasant dining room. Great coffee!

Very friendly check in staff
