They just downgraded my room without any compensation just because of a smoking preference which was asked to chose but wasn’t optional

Nice staff, nice room, nice food, everything was good. The only thing I found pity was that bath tub was cracked. Every time I took a bath, water leaked out and the bathroom became flooded. Wifi connection was no problem at all. I joined an international zoom meeting from my room but never lost the connection for the entire three hours.

Very well renovated hotel. In a super busy neighborhood , with lot of good restaurants around. In the main area. Has nice big rooms with good Wi-Fi. Overall good 3 star hotel

Well located and appointed hotel in the heart of Noida. Modern rooms with good wifi and pleasing decor. Breakfast buffet has a variety of fresh local and western delicacies but the service is hit and miss. Cable TV and bathrooms as to be expected of a local hotel - but with 5 star toiletries. Chocolates on arrival is a nice touch. Reception is very efficient and helpful. Highly recommended for a solo traveler or couple who wish to skip the usual chains and associated prices and experience a more local stay.

Hotel is Good with respect to accommodation, slightly over priced with respect to amenities, size of the room, furnishing in the room etc. Items in Mini bar in the room are exorbitantly over priced; what is the point in over charging the MRP Items. Some Front Desk Staff was very rude, arrogant and sort of threatening style of communication behavior. The Hotel should train its staff properly make learn them to behave respectfully & politely with the Guests or the Hotel should do away with such staff, who can not be pleasing & hospitable with the Guests.

I booked 2 rooms for my old parents as we attended a late night wedding at Noida. At our arrival, they refused to give us any room as they wanted hard copies of an ID for every single guest. I gave them my US DL but they said only acceptable proof of ID is a passport. I have extensively traveled in the world and in India and never I have been asked to provide IDs of every single guest. We were stranded late night with my parents and a 3-year-old. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the employees of this hotel was completely unwarranted and unacceptable.

Nice little boutique hotel, typical Indian. Modern rooms and equption. You get what you pay for and not more. Breakfast is not good, and in general the good is not good. But there are many restaurants near by. Loud Music from the restaurant almost every Night, stops at 11pm.

The official at the front desk needs some training in how to deal with customers. He told me that even after I vacated the room, I will have to wait for 10 minutes for the hotel to check the mini bar in the room etc. before The hotel could issue the final receipt for check-out. Eventually It did not take even a minute. Why make such false statements? The guy needs training.

I am writing this while I wait for the IT guy to come up to my room to check what's wrong with the wifi. I am a little tired as I was waiting outside for 15 mins as the door refused to be opened or maybe because I could not sleep well last night as the walls are made of paper ( I could actually hear the mosquitoes buzzing next door) or because every phone call made to reception takes at least ten minister to get answered. I know it's a very old hotel located at very prime location - but guys, common! Positives : Location and proximity to atta, GIP metro station.

Then it drops, then if you connect again it will become stable for a while.- When I was checking out, the front desk told me I have to pay one extra day. I asked why he said something like "retaining..."??. Then he checked with his manager and told me "mistake". Did not even say sorry.

Great hotel to stay if u really have to travel & explore the city, located within 100mtr of Sec-18 metro. Rooms r nicer at first 2 levels at least as compared to 5th n probably all above.

We were in Noida for a wedding. Mosaic was a great place to stay -- nice rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast (I even ate the fruit without any trouble).

i stayed in mosaic for a night as i came to watch a live concert nearby and decided to stay there overnight...i checked out the following day and went back to delhi but couldnt get the hotel out of my mind..i booked it again for 6 more days enjoying the vibe of the rooms, restaurant, gym...u name it..from the security to all indoor staff, all just so helpful and makes u feel at home not forgetting the lovely breakfast..cheerz guys..u guys are great...

Over all its good except for hot water. Well maintained. Linen is bit old and has previous greese marks. Wi-fi works great. bathroom doesn't drain properly.

The hotel staff were very responsive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the checkin and checkout processes were efficient. Great place to stay for Business visits.

Good location very close to sector 18 metro stop which allows travel into Delhi in about 25 mins. Staff friendly and courteous, and made us up a packed breakfast because we had to be out each day for our conference before 7am when the breakfast opened. Room very comfortable and quiet
