Price better than most equivalent hotelsin area

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean . The hotel was quiet. I enjoyed the food at the restraunts nearby.

Very nice and accommodating staff, spacious, well cleaned rooms, could improve small details such as malfunctioning tv remote, random hoses in pool area

Positives: The rooms are spacious. Towels were thick and clean. Negatives: The beds are decrepit. Spring mattresses that are sagging and noisy. Sink that doesn’t drain properly. The entire room needed a good deep clean. Bottom of bathroom door had a solid build up of dust and dirt combined with coffee spills. Hottub and pool had algae growing. Restaurant closed for the holidays. This not mentioned on website.

Great service, I thought the hotel was newer, needs some work on the venting. Overall great service being so close to the holidays. Thanks for being open.

The property and room were fine. There was no way to cool the room down. It was very hot, we opened the window (was then noisy) but it took till morning to actually cool the room. The bedding was clean but there were holes in the bottom sheet on one of the beds.

Quick check in. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Microwave didnt work, sink was leaky, garbage under pull out couch, front desk didnt want to give us a plate, fork & knife & was annoyed that we wouldnt take paper/plastic (visibly annoyed & scoffed at step dad). I liked the 2 bedroom suite though, spacious.

Nice, quiet hotel. TV was a bit smaller than my recent experiences, but channel selection was good. Restaurant in the hotel is very good. Water pressure is good in the shower.

I didnt like how the front desk agent had confirmed the pool was open and after i had checked in i was told the pool was closed for maintenance.

Comfortable. Especially breakfast was nice.

The staff had to move my room due to noisy neighbors fighting in two rooms next to me. The restaurant food is good but the hours of operation are not convenient. I start work at 7:00AM which is when they open for breakfast. The cleaning staff failed to clean my room one day, and when they do, they do not do a good job. ie. toilet not washed, floor not cleaned, etc. Also, there was no alarm clock in the room. When i asked for one at the front desk, I was told to use my cell phone. Not convenience when you wake up early and want to know what time it is. The front desk staff that moved me to another room were very nice. I ended up moving to another Hotel down the road.

Nice place, staff were very friendly. The bathroom’s definitely need to be fixed up though.

Pool was too cold and hot tub was too hot

Where do i start? This was one of my worst experiences in a hotel. The gym was a disappointment, very minimal equipment. The pool was not heated like the website says, it was very cold. Both the pool and hot tub have sand/rocks in the bottom and smelt very strong of chlorine. The absolute worst part of the stay was breakfast. Sitting by the window where the food gets past from the kitchen and i looked over and the cook was doing inappropriate things to himself, he then came out of the kitchen and told the waitress he was going to the restroom. We spat out our food, paid, and left. This is absolutely disgusting and we will never return. The only good was the staff at the check in counter and the waitress (5 stars for them), they were great. Room was ok, sink doesn't drain well and there was hair on the shower wall. I dont ever leave bad reviews but you can thank your disgusting cook for the poor review.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. Overall made for a pleasant stay for our anniversary.

We loved our room, however the toilet kept running, the bathroom door locked us out accidentally at 4am and the tap leaked. But nothing terrible to report

Good hotel but the bathrooms need an update, the bed could be replaced soon, the towels felt like they were from 2000’s and the gym could use a refresh and new equipment/roof is too low. Otherwise the breakfast is good, the front desk is friendly, it’s quiet, good location for my needs, reasonably priced, has a fridge, etc.

Our room was hot when we arrived, set the ac but it only blew warm air. We opened the window and even though it went to 3 degrees outside it was 75 degrees in our room still in the morning. Definitely out of my comfort zone!!

Decent hotel but rooms have Extremely uncomfortable beds with pillows that feel like they’ve been used by hundreds of people for several years and never replaced. Shower was not much more than a trickle and bathroom was very tired and in need of a refresh. Ok for a night or two but would not recommend anything beyond that as there are many option’s available in the same area.
