The room we got is spacious enough for a family of 6. The location is surrounded by restaurants and stores and even by the movie theater.

The pool area was prefect for our grandkids. We got a suite room. Also perfect for the kids.

Check in was fast and simple. Hotel was crowded with families, not many places to park and people sitting in camping chairs and playing ball in parking lot. Room was not clean. Fridge and microwave were dirty. Ants in the bathroom. Mold on the wall from water dripping from ceiling. Windows dirty. My son went to the front desk twice to get towels and no one was there. I called and let it ring about 50 times before someone finally picked up. Two great things were that beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious

Two things that may be trivial to some but mattered to me: mattress was REALLY firm, like wake me from my sleep, lower-back-pain-the-next-day firm. Also, aftermarket cheap TV remote did not have any way to turn on closed captioning.

Great place for family. Came here to visit my daughter at UWO. I also have a younger child. He enjoyed the pool. Pool could have been cleaner though. They have a new game area with table tennis, pool table, and more which kids enjoyed. Rooms were nice and clean. Dining area for breakfast was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast in morning. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back when we come to Oshkosh again.

Zero parking spaces for hotel guests. I had to park at the Jimmy John’s next door. Property has seen better days. The building is older and has a bad facelift. Beds were great and room was large. Good place to stay as a plan B

Extremely dirty bathroom, wasnt confident sheets were changed so i asked the front desk for clean ones to change them myself. Outside cameras dont work and lobby doors are not locked at night. Breakfast wasnt great.

We stayed here after a night game at Lambeau. It was easy to get to and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot. Would stay again.

Our room was ok for the most part. The outlets didn’t work so we had to switch some things around. The bathtub had holes in the wall I assume from a previous fixture. The water pressure was awful! The floors/carpet were very dirty. There could be some deep cleaning to be had. Also not that it affects me but there was a huge bag of garbage sitting next to the elevator for 2 days.

Hotel had a slight smell upon walking in. Got to our room and the bathroom sink was clogged with candle wax. Maintenance was able to take care of it right away. Otherwise our room was ok. Entire hotel could use some TLC.

Front desk had to fix my lights and my outlet in the bathroom, they were awesome though. It’s surrounded by construction and on the last day I was there they had zero coffee to offer. There was an Aldi up the street they could have bought some to offer at breakfast. My coffee maker in the room had an old used coffee filter pod in it, so I was nervous to use that. It’s an average hotel, I never felt unsafe.

Tried three different times to check in. Room was never ready but our friends room was ready after the second time we checked back. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower curtain was full of mold. The water pressure was barely enough to rinse the shampoo from our hair. I did report the mold on the shower curtain to the desk when we checked out.

The hotel was reasonably priced and I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff, ease and speed of check-in, cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds and pillows.

Overall it was a really nice experience but one room was dirty and some features broken. The other room felt like it had sand or dirt between the sheets but otherwise was in good condition. The handicap accessories were very helpful, though we had to put a towel down in the tub because the floor got real slick if soap was used.

Very nice spacious rooms, very clean! The breakfast attendant did a great job keeping that area clean and we enjoyed the game room. We will definitely be staying there again!

Room was very dirty. Shower had mold on the curtain. Asked them to change it, took them 2 days to finally address. Also lack of water pressure and no hot water only Luke warm. Hallway on my floor had muffin crumbs the entire 3 nights I was there.

If I can give this place 0 stars for cleanliness I would. When we walked into our room it was obvious that the room has not been cleaned. The TV was still on and the room key from previous guest was still in the room. There was crumbs on the floor and table tops. It’s really sad that this newer hotel is so understaff. We asked for a new room and staff told us they didn’t have any rooms available, they didn’t have staff to clean our room either, so they just gave us all new linen. We stayed for 4 days and they only had 1 cleaning person. The room next to us was being cleaned in the morning and we didn’t hear the vacuum go off once, that explains why I had allergies the whole time we stayed there. We came from out of state and checked in very late and didn’t come for pleasure just for business, so we just bared with it and stayed all for days. The staff was really nice, but due to understaffing there wasn’t much they can do. Even the “Manager” Tyler was cleaning room.

When we arrived the person at the front said she already had checked us in even though we just got there. When we got to the room it smelled bad and the TV was on. It seemed like someone was in there right before we got in. The toilet was dirty. My husband requested another room and they did switch us. The floors were dirty and probably hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Will def not stay here again.

Room was large to accommodate our family of 5, but that's the only good thing about this property. It's dirty. Carpets stained in hallways and our room, dirt and hair in corners of room, pool walkway was so gross and covered in hair. The fitted sheets on the beds were far too small, and just sitting in the bed caused the corners to pop off. We battled to keep those sheet corners on all night. Our toilet's tank sprayed water all over the floor every time we flushed it (we used every single towel in the room to sop up this water by the time we had stayed there only one night. SO MUCH WATER on the floor). I told the front desk about this right away and nothing was done about it. We didn't get moved to a new room and the problem wasn't fixed. For the cost of this room, I expected a much better experience. Disappointed.

Between constant issues with room keys to the bland breakfast construction noise at 6 am and the unfriendly front desk attendant and the icing on the cake was being charged twice for the room

Bed was clean, but room wasn't properly stocked. The pool looked unkempt. The breakfast was well stocked, but again not clean in dining or serving area. Staff was courteous, but looked and acted overworked.

The door to get in the bedroom was very tough to open/close. The TV did not work in the bedroom. Beds were very comfy. My previous stay, the room smelled like an ashtray. When asked to be relocated, was told no other rooms. Asked for a refund, they found a room, which also smelled like an ashtray.

The room was spacious and quiet. The shower was slow to drain and the handle did not work properly. The apple cinnamon waffles for breakfast were delicious.

Being so close to the highway, this is the perfect place for you if you sleep to white noise. (I don’t). The water feels nice- almost like it’s softened- but the shower head cuts it down to about 1/5 gal. per min. My wife couldn’t get her hair rinsed, it’s ridiculous. Also the toilet flapper in 424 leaks. Check-in cookies were very good.
