This was our 4th stay at this hotel and overall it meets our needs for a stopover night enroute to/from Florida. In general, it’s good value and although it’s getting a little worn, the room was clean. The cleanliness of the hallway carpets and elevator floor looked liked they haven’t been cleaned in ages though.

We travel frequently to and from our winter home and our summer home so we see a lot of different hotel rooms. I’d say this hotel was nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff but the one downfall were the pillows. We had a room with two queen beds and a total of 8 pillows, which was nice but…. The pillows were so firm I barely slept all night. They were so thick and hard my neck still hurts from trying to sleep on them. They’d be fine for people who like an extra firm pillow but it wasn’t good for me. I’d stay again but remember to bring my own pillow in.

Lavonnya at the front desk was pleasant and extremely helpful. After checking in. We went up to the room and it was not clean. It had one bed stripped but not made, and there was a water glass left out. After explaining this to Lavonnya, she jumped into action getting another room for us, and was apologetic for the mix up. Her professionalism and genuine concern was a delight. We will keep this location in mind for future travels because of Lavonnya.

I liked that the a/c worked well and it was quiet. I did not like that the bathroom was not very clean, the soap dishes were full of slimy water build up and there was NO water pressure, water from sink tasted disgusting . Trash cans dis not have bags in them. For the proce per night, at $250, i would think this hotel would step up a notch. I usually l9ve Fairfield but this 1, i will not stay here again

There was mold in the shower. The room was outdated, didn't have usb outlets or accessible outlets to plug in your phone. The hairdryer was old and barely worked.

The improvement could have been better breakfast it was no fruits no toast and no my cream wave to heat your cereal in the pool was out of commission which that is why I booked that hotel but overall it was OK we were there for a funeral in the Beds we’re nice they didn’t give us towels for the next night so got the one’s out of the weight room

The rooms are due for renovation. Bedding and linens worn and wrinkled, bathroom tile grout looks dirty, noisy fan, cracked toilet tank cover. Breakfast selection very limited. Creaky elevator. Felt more like a budget hotel experience than Fairfield.
