Amazing from start to finish. A very chic, small boutique hotel right in the heart of it all. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived, all the way through. We had room 903 and the view of the Bosphorus was mesmerizing! Breakfast was delicious (the tomatoes are the juiciest, and yoghurt with spinach dip is divine), room service was the fastest we’ve ever had and the quality of food was 5 star. Would highly recommend and we will stay again in the future. I didn’t use the spa but my friend said the jacuzzi was a little on the cold side, but I cannot comment. A great find if you like a cool, chic, modern hotel, but not the crowds

It was an amazing experience with very warm welcome and excellent services starting from the day we entranced. Very supportive crew members with knowledgeable information. Felt like home. Mouth watering foods and in house services. Excellent view from the room. What else can someone ask from a hotel experience far from home. Highly recommended. Will stay in the same place next time ❤️

The hotel is really modern and the rooms are large and well maintained. The restaurant has good food options and really cool views. The only downside is that the streets are really busy and honking/sirens are an issue. Also we had a concert near by and it was quite loud but fortunately it ended by 11 pm.

Nice stay at Gezi hotel, for three nights in October. The hotel decor is nice, restaurant with a nice view. Location near Taksim Square. The staff was very service minded. The only down side was a very, very noisy concert right in front of my room balcony on Friday evening (there was a cultural event that weekend). The staff did not inform about this on check in - I learned that a second concert was scheduled for Saturday evening, I asked early in the day to change rooms and they did with no issues. But of course would have avoided a noisy Friday evening had I known, or at least had I been informed it advance I could have planned to be out of my room. All in all I would go back for the nice decor and location near Taksim - plus the nice staff in spite of the concert issue :)

Everything was perfect, the friendly and helpful staff, the location of the hotel, and the cleanliness and quietness of the room. The standard room is a bit small but cozy and well designed for solo travelers.

Prior we stayed at the Ritz Carlton and paid triple the price which is 2 minutes away from the hotel. We got a corner suite with a beautiful view all because of the nice lady that hooked us up. She has short dark hair. We would highly recommend staying here as its clean, service is nice, and few minute walk to the Tasim sq shopping area!

One of the best hotels I’ve been in. We stayed 4 nights. The view of the Bosporus form the room is breathtaking. The people from the reception to the waiters and beyond are friendly and attentive. The room service is excellent. Strongly recommend downloading and using the App while staying. Finally their Spa is very nice.

Everything was good until : My wallet got stolen from inside my locked safe. I never ever take my money wallet out of hotel room it has my spare cards and cash. The day i was checking out, realised it was taken. Hotel admin got extremely defensive and made it seem like i lost it. It was literally an hour or so before my flight so i couldnt really call the police and im pretty sure they knew that. So i had to cut my losses and leave. Nearly 1500 dollars cash and other cards.

Great location and exceptional service. Spent 8 days at the Gezi Bosphorus and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was cleaned and refreshed daily and hotel staff were friendly. A special thanks to Buraq at the front desk who entertained our requests as well as concierge Murat for his exceptional service. Would definitely stay at this location again.
