It was a great stay. The only drawback was the amount of children in the pool and lack of towels due to the amount of people in the pool.

The hotel staff were great and friendly to all. I brought my dog and they were very kind to her as well. A lot of people from sports teams were there so breakfasts in the morning got a bit crazy with longer lines… but overall we enjoyed the stay.

Attended a conference. Hotel facilities were very good. Staff did an incredible job of serving lunch to hundreds of people in a very timely manner, and food was very good! Definitely can recommend as a conference site. Adequate room without overhearing lecture in next room. Hotesl rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Food was good. All staff members were polite and professional. Hotel has excellent breakfast. Room service food was very good and reasonably priced especially for hotel restaurant. Also offers evening beverages and snacks as courtesy. Looking forward to staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We do this every year and overall it’s great! Our room was hot last night and the only choice in the room for coffee was decaf. Shampoo conditioner pretty much empty.

Room 624 needs a deep cleaning, bathroom cabinet, baseboards etc covered in dust, outside windows loaded with fingerprints. Was not made aware one needed to request housekeeping until the second day. Breakfast was very good, afternoon reception was okay. Staff were customer friendly with request for extra blankets the room was always chilly, difficult to adjust the thermostat, other family members in other rooms concurred about the thermostat.

We booked here specifically for amenities of pool(entire softball team was very sad) and it was closed and has been for a month but it was not disclosed at booking. The heat in the hotel lobby was intermittently inoperable and the interior coffee shop did not keep posted hours with no reason for closing early.

Charged $30 for 2 cars to park in their lot?? Why is parking not included in your stay? That is absolutely ridiculous. Then I had booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. My granddaughter who is five was looking so forward to going swimming until we arrived and saw a note at the desk, saying that the pool was out of order. Very disappointed especially at Christmas time. And then to get overcharged for something that shouldn’t be charged in the first place. Will definitely not to go back here.

Love the way we were greeted and our check-in went really well. Our room was comfortable and was fine, except for the usual issues with our stays at Hilton Hotels…the mattresses are always shot! My husband had a serious back surgery a couple of years ago and it is extremely uncomfortable for him. Also, the breakfast food was delicious, but COLD. This was due to the eating area feeling like you were outside. Many guests were in coats at their tables. Your food simply did not stand a chance of being warm once you served your self and got back to your seat. Overall, our stay was just fine.

While Embassy is typically great to stay at, this location needs an overhaul or remodel. Pull out couch bed had red powder residue and cooked ramen noodles stuck to the mattress. The bar tender seemed to ignore the three people at the bar while check in on them every 15 minutes so if you order a drink order two because the next time he comes around it will be a while. The front counter girl was very nice and accommodating to everything we had issues with. She was the first person we talked to when arriving and made it her priority to help us get settled in which she did a superb job of doing. I won’t stay at this location again though, it’s a little disheartening when you pay so much for a room and then get charged for parking.

The room was amazing. It was very spacious. There was a sitting area that was useful for late night tv watching. There was a $10 parking fee that we did not expect. Also, no early check-in unless you are a Hilton Honor member. Even if you were, early check-in still might not be an option. The breakfast buffet was great- one of the best that we had ever experienced.

This is the third time I have stayed here while attending a class reunion at the Webb School in Bell Buckle, TN. Great location with accesses to the Nashville Airport and the school campus.

Hotel was very clean and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a full breakfast buffet in the mornings, and a happy hour in the evenings with complimentary drinks and snacks. The room next to us had music playing very loudly late at night, but the hotel staff took care of it immediately. We would definitely go back.

The hotel was very outdated in rooms. We never got housekeeping the whole 5 days we were there.We had to take our own trash out every day. The rooms were very dark. We picked this hotel for a indoor pool, and the pool was freezing my kids could only last 30-60 minutes and their lips were purple and they looked misserable.

We enjoyed staying at the Embassy Suite by Hilton- Nashville SE Murfreesboro. We wished we were able to stay longer. We came in for a visit all the way from OKC and they accommodated our stay by allowing us to check in early as we prepare for a funeral. Room was spacious, view was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, and just the service was overall was outstanding. Really enjoyed our small time here.

The atrium of the hotel looked amazing. The rooms really needed updating. The carpet looked older, the couch in the living room had an awful urine odor when I laid down on it. Later I noticed housekeeping cleaning other rooms and leaning the cushions up on back of couches to air out. I had to ask for towels twice, toilet paper, and to remove garbage. We had water spill on bed and I asked to have bed changed and mattress pad changed. Housekeeper came up and changed sheets but left wet mattress pad on bed. I found another housekeeper and was explaining it to him. He looked at me and didn’t respond. I finally had to call down to front desk again to have housekeeping change mattress pad. It was done right after third try. The tap water tasted nasty. Even when heated for tea and coffee from room or breakfast area. The managers reception was very good complimentary drinks and nights food. The indoor pool was freezing cold. For the room rate this was not at all worth it.
