Old facility, Less cleanness, Terrible service

My Parents love it there beautiful and they just love it

The people working there were amazing, so kind and informative. But the beds and pillow were in need of upgrades. The rooms got surfaced cleaned daily, but definitely could have used a deep clean. The room smelt moldy, because the humidity and the old building materials is my guess. Food was decent, but could have used more veggie options and glutton free.

A little apprehensive to stay in dorm, however it was clean, comfortable and quiet at night for sleeping. (Slightly too cold but rather that than too hot) Local bus stops in front of the accommodation.
Enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel as any other guest would (Restaurant, activities, tour arrangements, pool, beach….). Beach was wonderful. Always seemed to have the whole beach to myself. Amazing sunsets

Tiny room, loud people in adjoining rooms, dingy common areas. Decent as an overnight crash pad, but I wouldn’t stay for any other reason.

Stains on comforter and sheets. Saw a couple cockroaches. Service at restaurant and bar was really slow, had to ask them to come take our order.

The room was clean, the bed was ok. The room was small and basic as you’d expect from a 3 star place. Adequate for a one night stay before flying home.

Directly at the beach which is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar are nice as well and there are many life music events every week. Moreover, there are a couple of nice restaurants in the proximity giving some additional options.

Smugglers cove itself was really nice, however, the food was quite pricey and not really good. We had scrambled eggs for breakfast and it was soaked in oil, could not taste the flavor of the eggs, egg and bacon roll, again was soaked in oil, club sandwich was soggy, again with oil, fish and chips were tasteless, watermelon juice tasted like water. The staff were very friendly but unfortunately we chose to dine elsewhere for breakfast and dinner, generally had lunch on the run. The room was really nice clean.

This hotel is a little beat up and could use some TLC but the staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Also the restaurants available were good and there's a convenience store located within walking distance. Overall great stay and would book again!

Nice and affordable, you get what you pay for. The staff were exceptional - excellent customer service. Location is accessible and they will accommodate to your needs such as airport transfers, transport to port denarau etc

The place was perfect. Right on the beach.

Right on the beach, beds were quite confortable and staff was great. Rooms are dated, but confortable. Hot water took at least 15 minutes and the laundry facilities are no longer available. Staff were freindly and very helpful with tours taxis ext. Dining was good and not too expensive, live entertainment included some nights.

The staff were all very helpful, room was on the small size but worked well for one night. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and both were very good.

Food can be a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. Some staff were kind and others not really. But I enjoyed the view outside and the rooms are well maintained. The night performances are also great to watch!

More affordable option than the fancier resorts. By the beach. Black sand but still good for swimming. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to supermarket and other dining options. Short bus ride into Nadi and Port Denarau, or also affordable by taxi.
