Morning clerk (Lady with braids) completely unfriendly and unprofessional. Should not work with the public. Night clerk was amazing..

Overall frustrating due to the Wi-Fi connection issues and only being able to use one device and first shift at checkout was very rude. Not really worth the price paid.

Travelers need to realize that Woodspring hotels are used for cost effective extended stays, and are very often home to local citizens who treat the hotel as a home. Many come and go at all hours, stay up late and play louder than normal music . The walls of many of these hotels lack quality sound insulation allowing one to easily hear guests in adjacent rooms, often late into the night. * * * THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THERE TO JUST SLEEP. FOR A NIGHT AS TRAVELERS DO * * * Should you happen to be assigned a room adjacent to long term locals as I was, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
About the room: Poor quality. It felt and looked like an outdated college dorm. Cupboard doors were missing above the counter, a chair did not sit level, and the bedding was very low par. The carpet-less floor was beyond filthy as I noticed the scum on my feet in the morning.

We had a roach come out from an electrical outlet, and the mattresses were not comfortable.
4.0
Cleanliness was terrible, no warm water in wintertime, everyday cops called by someone and it feels very unsafe

The hotel was fine for what we needed except for the bed. It wasn't comfortable and I have back problems and it did hurt my back quite a bit. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy and had just about everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check-in and out went very well.

I was not impressed with this hotel. Right off the front entrance was shabby. When I got to my room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. No way was I going to sleep in that bed. I booked another room at a different hotel and left.

it's hard to know where to start. are keys would not unlock the door to the room. after three trips down to the desk we finally got another room. the hallway floors were dirty. the elevator was filthy never cleaned the two days we spent there. the floors in our room were very dirty. we will never go back. give your review a title don't stay here

Understand this is an extended stay facility.
Finishing Installing new flooring upon arrival. GOOD THING, slight inconvenience.
Room smelled like cigarettes.
Old school outlets/switches, no USB. No amenities like soap, shampoo or hair dryer in room. Drawers had different types of debris in them.??!,?
TV remote was sketchy.
No ice machine. (Ice trays available upon request).
Front desk closes at 10pm
Full size Refridge/freezer worked great! (Allthough beat up pretty good).
Parking was adequate.
Fortunately we just needed a place to flop while attending Bristol race

There were several people standing at the back of the hotel drinking and partying on two separate days. This happened between 130 and 430 AM. They woke us up being so loud. They are contractors for a large company and apparently nothing is ever said to them about they're behavior. Someone received a haircut at the back entrance and hair was everywhere. Very nasty. The floor of our room was disgusting. A beer bottle was left in the elevator. Not sure if it contained beer or urine. Absolutely gross. Fire alarm went off around 640 Am on Sunday. We went out to our vehicle to wait and noticed a guy smoking a crack pipe. I could go on and on about how terrible our stay was, but I don't have that kind of time today to leave details.

The elevator was very dirty. The room was sparse - two towels, two washcloths, no hand towel. Though this hotel is advertised as a Suite with a kitchen, there were no utensils, dishes or pans. Nothing on the website said to bring our own. The room smelled like urine. The caulk around the bathroom sink was cracked and rolled up. When I asked at the desk if there were dishes we could sign out, I was told they had dishes for sale. Also that this hotel is not for leisure. It is for long term rentals, especially for construction workers. Nothing that I saw on the website conveys this message.

Room was sufficient and clean. Had a kitchenette but no utensils or pans or anything to use and no usb charger port. But overall good room for the money

2 employees is all I ever saw, when I saw them. Never had my room cleaned because I stayed 2 weeks. They never answered after hours calls. I saw 3 different people sleep in their vehicles because their card key didn’t work. Yes it was $100 cheaper then the oghers (per week). Worst savings in my life. Never again!

It was a good stay, room was clean. Room had full size refrigerator and a 2 burner stove. Staff was attentive and friendly. Value for area was good. If I was needing a place to stay again in Johnson City TN or other nearby areas I would definitely consider them again.

Checked in at 4:35 pm and room was not ready. Housekeeping was short handed and laundry was behind to ready the room. Don’t expect much from this hotel as room are poorly accommodated and run down. Unfortunately it was the only choice on a race weekend at Bristol. Paid 3x the normal price for a substandard room and service.

Arrived 3:10pm ten minutes after check-in and room not ready. Staff said room was not cleaned, what did I want to do. I proceeded with kindness that we would be at race and they could clean while we were away. Got key room when returned to hotel 11:30pm no one at front desk. We had key went to room, trash from previous stay not taken out, bathroom had bar soap previously used on sink, hair in bathtub. Towels stained. No other option decided to stay, bathtub clogged water accumulated fast when on.

Checking in took a while due to they only had 1 housekeeping lady doing the entire property. The 2 at the receptionist desk did their best to get me checked in as soon as they possibly could. Got back around midnight and needed another blanket it when I called and went to the front desk no one was anywhere to be found nor did anyone answer the phone. Poor management on the general managers part who was not present at all

From the moment we arrived it was an unprofessional, unclean, and unacceptable hotel environment and staff. Would NEVER stay here again. Service, condition of room, etc...all very poor.

Seems like the staff was over worked and was not helpful in anyway. We had a late check in because they didn’t have the rooms ready. I have never had a experience like that, we waited in line for a hour to get check in. We arrived early at 1:00 pm trying to get a early check in. Front desk told us it would be 3:00 pm before we could check in, so we sit in the car for 2 hours then stood in line for a hour at front desk. I will never book a room again with this hotel.

We stayed on the 4th floor. The hall carpet had clumps of dog hair on it and obviously had not been vacuumed in weeks. The hallway smelled like cheap cigarette smoke. The bed was a twin, barely big enough for two. Good size fridge, small microwave, a two burner range, but no pots, flatware, dishes, no shampoo, no lamps, dog hair on vinyl covered metal chairs and faux wood vinyl floor, no screen in window. It had a nice good size TV and 55 cable channels including a commercial free movie channel. The one housekeeper we saw worked for an agency. I do not think they have any housekeeping staff. It also seems to have a high turnover at the front desk. In just passing through the tiny area they call a lobby, we overhead two irate customers complaining about their reservations falling through and other complaints. All in all, it was bare-bones accommodations and it costs us $320 for two nights. We will not stay there again.

Dont like they only clean the rooms every 2 weeks other than that its a great hotel

I am very disappointed int the facility. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel updating computer application, room did not have the following: Iron or ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, coffee pot, microwave had rust on the inside, no doors on the cabinet above the sink, carpet in the hallway need cleaning, no lights bulbs were available for replacements. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I assumed it was similar to some of the Staybridge hotels I used; however, it was a huge disappointment. For $99, I would have expected more.

I didn't realize that with the "kitchen" each room had nothing else that came with it. These rooms are mainly filled with long-term guests working in the area. Everyone brings their own kitchen items. No amenities at all.
The fridge smelled like fish. It had an old take-out box with moldy food in it, spilled milk in the bottom drawer, and leftover cheese. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom and when the bathroom sink wouldn't drain I saw some plastic stuck. Plastic like a soap wrapper. I used a Q-tip to lift out the plastic. It came out bloody!
The desk clerk gave me the manager's number and I left a message. NO callback.

It was noisy at night time.
Only the small stove top worked, so it would take a very long time to cook something

There was no ice machine for guests, and the area around the outside of the building clearly needed some cleaning attention.

They needed cups for hot drinks. There was a microwave in the room but nothing to heat water in.

It was terrible! First of all, it's suspect when the staff is behind glass when you check in. Very dirty every where. Dust bunnies in the room. Toilet had a ring where it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. My bed was missing a top sheet. Tub had burn marks. NO ICE MACHINE! Never stay here.

The room was fine beds were comfy actually. The biggest issue was I’d been driving for 20 hours and finally needed to sleep. I snagged the “last room” at 10:56pm. At checkout on the hotels.com website it said check in ended at 11. I bought the protection insurance just incase and white knuckled it to the hotel. I arrived at 11:11 to be relieved that there was a sign that said “Checking in after hours? No problem! Call this number!”We did and the woman was very helpful, after giving her my confirmation number she said someone would come to the front desk. Someone shows up and we’re promptly told “you can’t check in after 11” After giving her my confirmation number I asked her to look when I made the reservation, 10:56pm. Begrudgingly I was checked in.It was a lot of hassle for a room I just paid for. Id add a gentleman behind me was also checking in at 11:11pm and for some reason it was perfectly acceptable.I was far too tired to be given the run around. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else unless you just have no other choice like I did.I have no clue why they would have a sign and a phone number to facilitate after hours check in when it’s an issue?
