Charged me for water damaged. They said I left the water running in the bathroom sink. I supposedly damaged the floor from the 3rd floor to the lobby. They would not provide me videos or photos. The manager would not call me back. Spoke to customer service twice. They wouldnt help either because this hotel was a franchise. Stay away!!

Every single employee I came across at this hotel was SO NICE!!!!!!!!! Literally makes or breaks a hotel for me. The hospitality was awesome. Bed was super comfy. Everything was super clean. I really enjoyed my stay!

The four-night stay was great with the clean room and excellent service.

I stayed for 1 night as I had to work in the area in the morning. I would suggest not having a first floor room as it was very noisy inside the hotel as well as my window faced the bust street. If staying here I'de suggest staying on a higher floor and as close to the back of hotel as possible to not hear the street traffic. Room was clean, shower hot, front desk very friendly.

Our stay was good, we had no complaints. When we arrived we were told that they were having Hot water issues and had automatically upgraded us to a suite which was appreciated. We rented 2 rooms and 1 room had hot water ours did not but we were able to shower without it being hot and being a bit lukewarm. It was a very clean room and convenient to shopping and eating places. Breakfast was good. We will return there.

Beautiful & clean hotel and great continental breakfast. Just had minor issue with bathroom. Other than that we would visit this location again.

I LEFT 2 REALLY NICE POLO SHIRTS IN THE CLOSET IN MY ROOM AND NO ONE FROM HOUSE KEEPING TURNED THEM IN AS OF YET AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK REGARDING THIS ISSUE. IF YOUR HOUSEKEEPING STAFF CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING,,, I WILL NOT STAY WITH THIS GROUP OF HOTELS EVER AGAIN

Service is great, hotel is a little outdated so I believe is kind of pricey.
It seems to me that for an average hotel $331 per night is too much.

Air conditioning did not work well. Washer did not work, had to restart our load in another machine.

The reviews are too kind for this property. I checked in but the hotel smelled extremely smoky as soon as you walked in and the rooms smelled horribly of mildew. I felt sick within 30 minutes of being there. Rich was kind and helped with my request to change rooms, however the additional room he had also smelled and the bathtub faucet was leaking. His solution to my problem was that he could spray “smoke out” in my room. You can tell this was a run down hotel that got a “facelift” with a fresh coat of paint and updated bathrooms. It was not very clean and was extremely stinky. He could not offer me a refund and it was so bad that I left anyway. I only stayed for about 30-45 mins. I stopped at a gas station to grab a water on the way to find another hotel and when I got back in the car it smelled terribly of smoke and mildew from just that short amount of time. I had to shower and put my clothes in plastic bag to get rid of smell. I picked this hotel as it was close to my conference and was just for one night. I do not recommend. Find another place!

The Hotel in general was good. The room was clean but the carpet not so clean (not shampooed). The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. The mattresses were not very comfortable. It was hard to have a good night rest. Very noisy in the corridor even at late hours of the night. Thank you.

Hotel was convenient for visiting Tropicana Field. Friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out process.
Rooms could use some updating. Due to the carpet in the rooms there is a musty smell. Otherwise clean.
Close to plenty of chain dining options, movie theater, and shopping.

The1st room that I was assigned was dirty with hair all over the floor and shower so after being on hold for 20 minutes with the front desk they asked me to come get the key for a different room. The 2nd room that I was sent to was actually already booked to someone else so I had to go back to the front desk to get a 3rd room key. The lady at the front desk made zero effort to apologize or offer any compensation. After about 15 more minutes of standing in the lobby with ALL my stuff, I was given a 3rd room key to "TRY'. It finally worked... The morning of check out, I went to the elevator to leave and it was "OUT OF ORDER"... As several elderly people were leaving at the same time, I felt it necessary to help them with their luggage being that it had to be carried down 3 flights of stairs... OVERALL---- I will NEVER book with this location again!

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and bedding definitely needs to be replaced. There were no sheets in my room for the sofa bed and when asked there weren’t any available. This is my last stay at any country inn property. Three times won’t be a charm for me.

For country in and suites… this is a disappointment. The room smelled of urine. The carpets was filthy. The bed skirt had some sort of substance on it. Yuck! Didn’t stick around for the breakfast.. just wanted out.

Overall, it was a really good stay. The rooms may be old in some places but are taken good care of. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choices and variety during the two days we stayed in.

The trip purpose was to visit and care for a family member in the hospital. The hotel provided a safe and convenient location at a reasonable price. All desk staff were incredibly helpful as I extended the stay again and again to adjust. Hira and the others were great! The breakfast was intentionally designed with healthy options, including a fresh omelette. I would stay here again.

The elevator was out of service, not a completed breakfast the juice machine were out of service on the OJ, no hit water to drink tea, when the water came was weird looking. Couldn’t sleep because of the next room noise.

There were some hairs on the bed sheet. Then I asked the front desk for a new sheet. It still looks dirty... (see the pictures).
