I’ve stayed here many times for work, staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and bedding is soft and comfy bed.

It feels like a bait and switch. They advertise as a hotel and have a newer part that is indeed a hotel... however they also have an older motel. We ended up staying in the motel portion which is smokers paradise because they can just step out of their room and smoke. The doors didn't seal very well so you could hear traffic noise. The hot tub didn't work and hasn't for some time.

Room smelled musty because air was not on. Got some air freshener from front desk and turned the air on. Went out to eat came back everything was Ok.

Nice spacious room with a comfortable king size bed. It was very quiet and didn't hear any noise from other guests. The only noise was from the traffic outside. I felt very safe here, and with a Starbucks 20 feet away it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

in st George to watch grandsons baseball team compete, Room was clean and bathroom was in good shape. Furniture was old and worn. bed was in need of a new firmer mattress. water faucets was piped wrong with hot on the right and cold on the left as you face them.

My favorite was the amazing sheets. I didn’t like their shampoo or lotion. The keys were very frustrating because as a female having to keep it away from my phone wasn’t easy.

The electrical had issues, plugs, lighting. Room smelled like smoke but was supposed to be non-smoking. Room was clean. Grounds were well groomed.

We were really impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but was adequate and what we expected (normal hard boiled eggs, waffle machine, bagels to toast, etc.) We will definitely be back and stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years when I visit my grandmother. It has always been a great stay. Super convenient location with shopping and dining within walking distance, clean rooms, easy parking.

Great place to stay, close to shopping areas, Easy access from and to the freeway. Breakfast was good, enjoyed being able to get a regular cup for my juice instead of having a coffee cup for it. Pool looked nice but was closed during our stay.

Great location and very clean. Rooms have been slightly updated but unfortunately our room had a smell to it. I can only assume it used to be a smoking room and the carpet still smells like it.

Not a bad place to stay if you’re just looking for a bed. We were road-tripping and got there around midnight. Wanted to just decompress for a few minutes watching TV, but TV didn’t work and phone didn’t work so we couldn’t even call the front desk to trouble shoot. I wouldn’t stay here for a couple nights if you’re wanting a comfortable place to hang.

Not worth the price! The door didn't close securely, so my wife and I slept with one eye open. The room is lableled as non-smoking but has definitely been smoked in. Lamps wouldn't turn on, the shower barely turned on and then screeched the whole time it was on. For what I paid, I expected MUCH MUCH better.

This hotel was staffed by only one employee and the same employee when we arrived and when we departed. He was tired and overworked! He did it all, checked us in, dealt with our challenges, TV didn't work at all! and handled the breakfast as well as checking us out the next morning:( We learned that the remotes for the TV's do not work and they were unable to make it work even after visiting our room twice. The hot and cold water didn't operate correctly on the two sinks and we discovered that the controls under the sinks were either turned off or turned down. Easy fix. The facility was tired in some areas and we didn't like the first very tired room and were offered a newer one in the other building. We were grateful there was another option which turned out to be much better! All in all an OK place, just be patient. The eating breakfast area extremely crowded and tiny and offerings just OK. Not great coffee:( Only saw one protein option for breakfast: hard boiled eggs. Would rate this a B- or C stay. Very noisy as it backs up the interstate which zooms all night long, however we had our window open and maybe it would not have been quite so bad if we didn't.

We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked great! Breakfast was a nice surprise...much better than many similar hotels!

For the price, we were really disappointed by the room. It was a non-smoking room but reeked of old cigarettes. It was outdated and moldy. We didn’t even want to shower. Glad we were there only one night.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Negatives: a map of property would have been helpful in room or at check in. Laundry needing download of app to pay is ridiculous. Breakfast needed someone paying attention to restocking.

Our room had no water in the shower/bath, and we did not determine this until the morning we checked out. No compensation from the hotel, no “I’m sorry”, nothing.

The room really needed to be repaired. There is a hole in door frame around the bathroom door, the shower stall had a crack in it, so when you stepped in the shower you could hear water sloshing.the towel bar fell off the wall.the shower stall itself looked dirty.
