Breakfast was eh. Hotel room was average nothing special.

I knew it was a cheap hotel, but I expect clean sheets and towels. Bed spread had stains and towels were not fresh.

This property is a decent distance outside of Saratoga Springs proper, and even from the park itself. It's a motel at best. While my room was no smoking, it had a musty, smoking scent to it. There were only three or so rooms booked in the bank of rooms facing the road, and they placed us all together, so I could hear the race fans who were tailgating outside my window.

Will definitely be back!!!

The room smelt of cleaning materials covering up cigarette smell had to have the windows open all night in the winter to air the place out

Upon check in guy behind the counter was rude.. i asked him questions and he had zero clue about anything. Got to the room and it smelled like a swamp, had to clean the shower when i stepped in it it was soft and felt like i was going to fall through it. If i wasn’t running late for my event i would’ve went some place different

Very quiet place. Hardly anyone else on my floor. Continental breakfast was very adequate for my needs.

Close to town. A bit aged, leaking faucet.

carpeting was wavy in the hallways. Tub did not drain easily. Had to go to front desk late afternoon to get our room cleaned & remade. Keys needed to be reset to open our room. Continental breakfast was very limited & had to ask for milk for cereal 2 days in a row. We will Not be returning!

Our Bathroom fan was broke or way too noisy Needs to be looked at(not a big deal Tho )

The place was fine. Very comfortable and the amenities are great. Everything is a little dated and streaky mirrors and bathroom tiles make you wonder. But the nights are quiet and I had a good night sleep. I would stay there again anyway.

The first room they put us in was not cleaned. We asked to move, which they did and the second room was better. Carpet was still dirty but at least the bedsheets and bathroom were cleaned in the second room. Pool closes at 8 pm, which is kind of early.

They did have WiFi. They just don’t tell you. 😂 no handicap accommodations bc everything has at least a large step up to sidewalk and no handicap parking, even though there is a dip.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Modest but filling breakfast included.

it was a regular motel, a little old and warn, but ok.

The view was delightful. The main problem was a major lack of handrails. Had told them of mobility issues, yet had two large steps with no handrails. Also thought the soap dispensers gave out too little soap. Didnt partake in breakfast the second day, cause was just average the first day.

The property was very quaint. Old school vibes. Very nice! Close to all!

I have been trying to find an email address for this place because I’m furious about the condition of our $220 a night suite! The dirt in every corner, the corroded and nasty faucets, shower head, bath tub jets, the last guest’s coffee still in the maker, the stained sofa, was all bad enough. Then I opened the couch sofa only to find bed bug remnants! No thank you! They’re lucky I didn’t find that until the morning as we were leaving, or they would have dealt with my mouth at the front desk! I was so skeeved out and angry! And all I could focus on was how to get my stuff home and safely unpack without bringing any pests home. I’d like a full refund to be honest! Never again!

Clean and comfortable

Upon checking in the property from the outside was very old. The inside was cleaner at first but upon further inspection we saw the shower curtain was stained all along the bottom. There was no hand soap provided and 2 bath towels. The bedding was made up of a set of sheets and a small blanket. When I went to call the front desk I realized the phone was broken. I then went to the front desk to ask for soap, mention the phone situation and inquire were the pool and ice machine were. The younger gentleman at the desk said the outdoor pool broke and they were unable to fix it due to costs. I then asked where I could get ice and I was told their ice machine was broken, but they could get me some from the back area. We then went to go to the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The indoor pool was not heated as stated and the jacuzzi jets were not working. A female employee mentioned the jets do work, but they just don't have them producing bubbles because a previous patron fainted. Upon returning from dinner, the hotel had approximately 4 police cars and a police van in the parking lot. There was a police officer interrogating an individual right in front of our room. When we went inside to ask what was going on. The property manager, Mike Patel, was incredibly rude and aggressive to my sister and I. We tried to explain that we had our elderly mother with us and that we were not comfortable walker her past the police and the individual being questioned.

Very expensive, but okay for a room.

Property was just ok. Room was fine. Mattress was awful. Shower curtain was moldy.

Not a place I would choose to stay at again.
