No hot water on the third floor. Overall the property could use a renovation. Very dated

other than an elevator not working everything was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive - the breakfast was great. Close and convenient to everything. will definitely stay here again.

We booked the hotel as two couples with identical room requests 5 months prior to our stay. One of the rooms was definitely inferior in terms of size and amenities. When speaking with the desk manager, and a Hotels.com customer service representative, we were told nothing could be done about it. One of the elevators was out of service for the duration of our stay, as was half of the equipment in the fitness room. Each of the rooms, as well as the common areas were below standards for cleanliness and maintenance. The furniture was many years outdated, with the wood surfaces very chipped and damaged. The mirror on the sliding closet door was broken, and the doors would not slide without coming off the track. (While letting the front desk manager know, he said don’t worry about it, we won’t hold you responsible). The carpet throughout was stained, and the carpet in the corridor was loose and wrinkled up. (This was definitely a trip hazard). There was damage to the drywall in every room, and throughout the common areas and fitness room. The faucets in the sink and tub were pitted and corroded from the hard water. There had been water damage to the walls around the shower that had been repaired, but the repairs and finish caulking were poorly completed. We stay in Hilton properties around the entire country. This location fell far short of Hilton standards, and our experience with those standards.

Property needs updating. Very bad Scratched furniture, sheets felt like they’ve been washed 1,000’s of times, bath needs new chalking, etc. hotel has been neglected. It was clean though.

No hot water. I took cold showers my entire stay. Other than that I would stay here again. Great staff!

Here for football game. Would be nice to have transportation to game!

You all did not communicate with the hotel and my reservation was messed up!! I had to wait over an hour to finally get a room.

Friendly service, but the room was stuffy and no warm water for the shower.

Located very close to ATT Stadium, this is a perfect place to stay for the Cowboys or Astros. Make this your go to place for Dallas, Fort Worth and Six Flags.

We had to wait an hour for check in. We did not get into our room till 4:10 when check in was at 3:00

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! The hotel and area was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Workers kept trying to open our door way before checkout

There were some signs of wear and needed upkeep in the pool area, but the room and hotel in general were very clean. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and diverse. This was our second year staying here for Red Zone at AT&T Stadium, which we also treat as a mother-daughter weekend and though my daughter wishes there was a hot tub, the stay was excellent.

The room was ok. Walls and room just seemed dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were worn out and hard to sleep on. This was one of the worst Hampton. Would not go back. Room next door people were extremely loud half the night.

Our experience this at weekend at the Hampton was great. From the time we walked into the door until we checked out. The front desk staff was very welcoming and warm. They were also very helpful in recommending us transportation to and from the Cowboys game. The location is prime, we didn't have to travel far to restaurants and stores. The room very clean and spacious. We will definitely book with them again.

Mini family vacation. Had a late check in due to traffic. Contacted the location and Mr.Teddy was aware of our late arrival. Once we finally arrived check in was a breeze. Common areas were clean and the pool and work out room was available at this location. Room service staff were super friendly, even spoke to our daughter in Spanish as she is learning the language. Rooms are fine, beds are pretty firm if you like FIRM. Breakfast was simple, make your own waffle and a juice bar and cereal. Overall our stay was great and would recommend this location.

Older hotel. Staff was polite and helpful.

Room was not worth the price. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was terrible.

The staff here was super friendly and the place was very clean. I have no complaints at all.

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the people in the room next to you to cleaning that started at 8 in the morning from the floor above you. Door are self closing so you can hear every door slam around you. Walls and shower were dirty. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned and was molded.

Room 207 shower needs improvement, walls need paint refresh, armchair needs replaced (very soiled). Unlike Hampton Inn.

I location and room rate. Service and nice room. Comfortable beds.

They tried to give my room away after I already paid for and reserved it! I had to spend about an hour on the phone fighting them and then somehow miraculously my room was available again.

Outdated. Somewhat run down. Water did not get hot. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Convenience stores also within walking distance. Will not stay here in the future.

They finally came through with rollaway as promised

The hotel is very run down. There was a lot of damaged walls and stained bedding. It was disgusting! Would not recommend this hotel!

window was broken and had been taped. Chair had major stain on it. Carpet in hallway had rolls in it which presented a tripping potential that you had to watch. I liked the location near the Globe life field. Air conditioner worked which was important that day. The desk clerk who checked us in was very pleasant and fast. Breakfast was fine.

Very very outdated hotel. Had alot of things in the room that looked like needed replacement or maintenance.
