2 Stays in a row at a Marriott and something is up with there water, this time low pressure, hard to take a shower, last time no hot water

There was a loud outdoor patio party that went past 12 midnight, and even after calling to ask the front desk to quiet it down after 10 PM, nothing changed. It took 3-5 minutes for the hot water from the tap and shower - lot's of wasted water. Worst motel stay of all time!

We really enjoyed our two night stay at this Springhill Suites. The room was large (we got the two queen bed with pullout couch room) and very clean. We really appreciated the split bathroom with a toilet and sink in one room and a shower and sink in the other. It made getting ready in the morning much easier. Breakfast had very good hot and cold options - my son said the scrambled eggs were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had (and he is very picky about his eggs). Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location and building felt safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again!

Found Bedbugs in room. I had one bite me. Room 207. Had no choice but to change rooms, which was not a problem but was a lot smaller room and my wife and did not get much sleep as we were afraid that room might be infested also.

I loved the hotel . It was my first time staying in a Springhill Suites. There was a dirty sock that belonged to someone else which means the housekeeping didn’t do their job correctly.

I was not able to check in until 5:50. They said rooms were still not clean. I told them to call me once a room was ready becase I had an infant and they forgot.

They wasn't sure if my rm was ready I ask for more towels and blankets which never received it i finally called front desk I had to go pick up cause housekeeping was gone front person was very nice

Stay away! The night staff at the hotel can barely operate the phone... The fire alarm went off from 1 am until 4 am and I've never seen such cluelessness and absolute incompetence. The Hispanic lady at the front desk also decided to put away the coffee pots that are normally out there 24/7 to further aggravate the lobby packed full of half asleep guests.... SHE NEEDS TO GO! The parking lots are also covered in bird droppings to the point that you can't see the painted lines. Tiny pool. Breakfast is very basic. Rooms are old and like many others have mentioned, there is a musty urine smell everywhere. They will also charge you extra if you book directly through them for some dumb reason. I regret not have chosen the Holiday Inn down the street for the same price... never again Springhill Suites.

The hotel was nice, close to a lot of places to eat, and even though I could hear people while I was walking down the hall I couldn't hear them in my room. That being said. The 7:30 am false alarm fire alarm when I was planning to sleep in till 10 was a bit alarming, no pun intended. And then my pillows smelled of cologne. Not the cases. The pillows. I ended up taking them to the front to get new pillows and even the front desk person said they dont smell like their normal refresher spray.

This is a decent property, good for those who are traveling for work snd need to stay in that area. Overall, the property is old. It has been renovated but the signs of wear are still very obvious. I must admit that the shower was my major issue and the water. I had a feeling that I was pouring oil on myself in the shower. The water was very soft and the shower head barely produced any water. There was simply no pressure. Also minor, but having lotion in the room would have been great. All the rest is just normal nothing special.

There was no hot water in the hotel AND no compensation for it. They put us in a room knowing there was a problem and continuously told us it was being fixed. It was never fixed. we asked to speak to the manager, daily. we were never contacted or acknowledged. the breakfast was awful. eggs tasted as if they were made with sea water. the bacon was cold and grizzley and the oatmeal was brown water, with oats (the oats never softened?) and the coffee was burnt and bitter. the hotel was clean. the room was clean. comfort level of the bed was less than adequate. the shower had a broken soap dish that hung by the only screw that was left. we were told we would NOT be charged for the room until we were contacted by the manager. That was also a LIE. They not only charged us for the room, $80 more was added!
