The service was great. I left behind a blouse and was told they would mail it to me. Very nice staff!

Overall, our stay was awesome. The room was very clean , but a bit outdated but that’s what to expect when staying at a lodge in New Hampshire.. Staff was very polite and caring in the restaurant on site was pretty good. The location of the property was perfect. I will definitely be back staying here next year

Staff was friendly and beds comfortable enough.
We never had hot water to shower. Staff said it’s likely because many people were showering…not good as it’s a motel and they should be prepared to provide all guests with hot water at all times. We tried showering at different times with no luck. Also The sink was always hot so doesn’t makes sense. The worst part was the pool. Water was over chlorinated…all my kids left with rashes and red swollen eyes even though they had googles and did not open eyes under water.
We will not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Kancamagus lodge. It was exactly what I expected, comfort, cleanliness, affordability, and convenience to local attractions and restaurants

Needs an update. Room smelled musty

The check in was smooth and the owner is very pleasant. It is outdated, but clean. The parking is a challenge especially with the restaurant sharing the parking with the hotel. The walls are VERY thin so we were kept up most of the night. We were on the 1st floor with no privacy. People were walking by our room at all hours and even found people looking in our window. The room above us had guests that were SO loud. The restaurant on site had good food but was a bit out off to be told by a server that they were not taking take out orders because they were too busy with eat ins. I waited and the bartender was kind and helped me. The hotel is on a busy road so traffic was pretty noisy in the morning. Beds were comfy and water pressure was good. Not sure we would stay again, only because it lacked the privacy we like.

Not bad overall but the last too nights the overwhelming stench of Marijuana throughout the hotel was a huge turn off. No monitoring of the non-smoking room policy which was an annoyance to me for the safely of my three year old.

I was very impressed with the accomidations

Older location but well maintained with a beautiful balcony view overlooking loon mountain. With a bar and restaurant on sight plus a Plaza right across the street with multiple restaurants which was very convenient. Never have to get in your car ifvyou choose not to. Our only gripe was maybe indoor heated pool could be a little warmer.
Last but not least i cant say enough about the staff. Some of the nicest and helpful people. I think they may actually be the owners. Not sure.
Overall we would definitely stay again.

The property was everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a getaway. The pool was awesome too. The location was great.

Friendly staff, fun sports bar on site with other dining options within walking distance. Very centrally located. Clean. Our only problem was the shower curtain was a little too small and it was difficult to keep water inside the shower. Otherwise we had a great stay and will absolutely return.

We just needed a nice place to stay overnight. The owners were quite accommodating. The room was clean with a cute lodge look. We enjoyed the swimming pool and laundry. It's an older property but is well kept and clean. Close to several restaurants.

I would not recommend this lodge. Not at all how it was described. Very run down and disappointing.

Shower was like a pressure washer with no water in middle. Rot around tub and floor walls and bathroom just too small. Beds and pillows super uncomfortable. Disappointing based on other reviews I read.

The location
3.0
Room was clean and small, no closet. Very close to many area attractions and restaurants which was great. The bed was a bit too hard for me and I found the area to be noisy. We had issues with parking because of the bar. There was no assigned parking for hotel guests and so the patrons of the bar would take up all the spots and we would have limited options depending on when we got back to the property.

The room smelled of wet dog.

The king size bed very worn and uncomfortable, Three sleepless nights, A/C unit very loud could not sleep with unit on (Went to Walmart to purchase a fan) slider door to balcony loose handle very hard to open, door sticking, blinds blocking no light making it very hard to sleep had to ask for a blanket to hang over blinds to block light from outside. Definitely not worth the price, We will search for a better lodging location next time we visit the area.

This place was perfect for a long weekend stay! Plenty of local accommodations close by, restaurant on the property, nice indoor pool the kids enjoyed! The room was great for just us and we loved the porch to sit on at night and in the morning with our coffee. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Close to activities and sites.
Room could use updating of furniture to include the bed.
Bigger tv, replace ripped chairs in rooms and microwave in room.

Very nice little place. Decent size pool. A bit outdated facility but for what it is a very clean little retreat. You get what you pay for. Will stay again! Thank you!

This place is just okay. It’s near town, although a farther walk than we expected. It’s clean, but everything is pretty dated. There was a fridge and coffee maker in the room but they expected us to go to the lobby to use a microwave.
Loud at night, due to the fact that the hotel is right on the road.

This was such an impressive older property. We were amazed at how clean it was which is a testament to the fabulous housekeeper whose name we don't remember. The rooms are very quaint and comfortable and the linens and fantastic. The real bonus was the shower which turns into a steamer - just like a steam room in a gym! It was truly incredible. This places is also a small family run operation and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in an unassuming motel.

Clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent. Price is a bit high for the type of accommodation, but not totally unreasonable.

House keepers are very kind and helpful. Room was ok and tidy, would need some refurbishing. Bed was not very comfortable.

The location was great! The balcony was great! Sat out on it enjoy the view.

The Lodge is situated right at the start of the Kancamagus Highway but also on the edge of quaint Lincoln. It’s an easy walk to several reataurants.
3.0
Good location. The place is run down, needs a face-lift. Inadequate outlets for charging electronic devices.
3.0
For the price it should be nicer. There is no cleaning service during the stay. The pool area needs updating.
4.0
The only disappointment was that there were ants in the shower. Not sure if that's because things are opening back up after the winter months.
