When we first got there I went in to check in and there was this guy who took forever to check in he didn’t really seem to know what he was doing and he kept talking and holding everyone else up. But once it was done I was checked in quick and easy

It was a good stay Doors are with entry scanned cards secure. Comfortable generally and 10m away from Ceasars casino. Not enough outlets only one and another in WC I was unable to charge my phone by my side but no worries charged it overnight. Morning breakfast was good and parking was free. I would go back..

The property was under construction. The hallways were filled with construction materials and debris. Paint and plaster all over the hallway floor. Toilet was loose and leaking toilet water. There was a loud beeping noise all night that the staff couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. One of my rooms didn’t have sheers to get light in.

Staff was great and accommodating, site was being remodeled, was given old stinky room asked for a room change and was granted one.

It was only a 2 star hotel and I can understand why. They don’t shovel the sidewalks but did plow the parking lot. Our room had a big crack in the floor.

Heat off upon entry to room on cold winter day. In-room heater not able to raise temp higher than 17 degrees. Breafast included but dining area very small. Renovations underway and newly renovated rooms look nice.

Lady working during check in made a rude comment when I asked for a late check out time. Regardless of late checkout payment, we had cleaning lady pounding at the door before our checkout time and also make a rude comment. The next day while checking out a guest was yelling and belligerent in the lobby. Hallways were loud during the early hours of the morning as well

Photos showed non carpeted rooms so I chose this hotel — both rooms were small with inconvenient spacing in bathroom, dirty carpets and doors that were loud and hard to open/close- the adjoining room doors were almost impossible to open. Breakfast was very limited — finishing at 10:00 the staff brought out waffle batter & yogurt and bananas at 9:45. Very disappointing

Was very clean though daily housekeeping and replenishment of coffee would've made it much better. Very icy at the entrance, could've been safer. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff is friendly. The hotel is run down and needs lots of upgrades. My room was filthy. The carpet wasnt clean and we needed to put a towel down so we could walk. Dirty tables, hair every where. Toilet keeped running. Terrible experience

Found a roach in the microwave, the window curtains were torn, and the hallways smell terrible. The hotel shares the same parkinglot with an abandoned building. The hotel is in disrepair inside and out. However the breakfast in the morning was well staffed and the food was suitable.

On entry to the room a musty smell hit. I became stuffy. I presumed the smell is from the carpet. The bathroom is also very tiny. We were not impressed at all. The room didn’t smell hygienic enough for us to even take a shower. We were scared to walk bare feet. The pillows were also small and lumpy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

As always, lovely check in person greeted up on arrival. Hotel was warm and comfortable. Room is what we always expect and the bed was comfortable. On our adventures to Windsor we have stayed at other hotels and motels, but Howard Johnson is like coming home. Perfectly imperfect

We were in Windsor for a conference and were just staying one night. The room was definitely dated - the furniture was showing signs of wear and there were black marks and dings in the walls. There was an unpleasant odour that we noticed in the hallway as well. We do understand that we got the room for a good price, but I think a good coat of paint would go a long way.

The hotel is extremely used up and filthy, there were horrible scents and smells in the hallways. Way past a renovation date. On my last night gangs of kids were partying, drinking and smoking dope. This went on and off all night! I will never stay there again

The staff were nice and friendly, the free breakfast was very organized and convenient. There is major renovation going on at this hotel, the parking lot has many potholes, the bathroom fan is very loud, the couch in the room should be replaced as it is not very safe to sit in the middle.

The room certainly had some issues. The faucet had no aerator thus spraying randomly in your general direction. The toilet rocked on the floor, obviously not secure. There was evident water damage on the bathroom door frame and door, and the door had a notch cut out to pass by the toilet. To top it all off the desk had pieces missing from its plastic top creating sharp an uneven areas.

This hotel is highly over-priced. In the name of breakfast they keep very limited items. Not recommended at all.

The breakfast could be better, no scrambled eggs or sausage. There was no salt for the boiled eggs which is too cheap not to have for your guests. Overall though the room was ok.

The towel rack , the mirror and the grab bar in the tub were hanging precariously. So much so that we avoided touching these area. There was debris stuck to the ceiling above the bed- easily overlooked but once we saw it we couldn’t stop seeing it. Otherwise the bed was comfortable
