Terrible false advertisement my room was not ready for me as I had anticipated and paid for the pool was closed and there was no Jacuzzi will not recommend To anyone

The place was ok. They did not have an ironing board or microwave did not work. We stayed at the 2 queen bed suite.

Really bad experience: The bed felt like it was broken. Shower head would not turn on so I had to sit there pouring water on my body from the bath to bathe. Room smelt like smoke. Area is sketch along with some of its guests. I had to keep looking out the window to make sure my car wouldn’t get broken into.

Pillows were flat, bed is comfy overall room is clean with a slight smoke smell, beautiful mirror with decent sink shower heads have slight build up of calcium, overall 7/10 check in was easy good amount of parking

The only thing that sucks is that the TV wasnt in good condition because I wanted to watch a bit of TV. But over all i enjoyed my stay.

The front desk were all very friendly, however, I probably will never stay here again. The rooms were completely filthy. The shower head looked like it had so much build up, the room smelled so bad, the floors looked dirty, and the room was so dark even with the all the lights on. We had just been on the road for 8 hours and really just needed to sleep. Otherwise, we would’ve left right away.

This room was DISGUSTING. Not cleaned correctly, dirty bed that smelled like pee with cigarettes. I didnt even stay 30 minutes in that room. Went down the street to embassy suites in downey instead. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Just spend the extra $40-$50 for a hilton/doubletree. Im sure there was bed bugs i just did not want to check, carpet was gross and restroom too. Never again

Over all it was decent stay, except for the room key kept having issues opening the room and having to go down to the front desk and reprogrammed it twice. Of course room had no accommodations of complaintary waters or coffee or anything in that sort..

Great spot to stay! More modern rooms than a few other in Downey I’ve stayed at. Just a walk away from a lot of great food! Upstairs was nice and quiet, it’s the best I’ve slept in a non Vegas trip room.

Me and my wife really like staying here. Super super close to shopping areas and chain restaurants. It’s small and good enough to stay. You can tell it was remodeled butttttt like a lot of stuff it just kind of half ass fixed if you know what i mean. Like the bottom of the bathroom door was lopsided, and painted sloppy. It doesn’t bother me but I thought I’d put it so people who do care about that can understand. It’s quiet and lots to do around there. This is our second time staying here and we would stay again!

Rooms were clean. The only downside was the parking. Yes they have free parking but a limited amount of spaces so they run out and you have to park on the street outside the hotel. It’s free and doable but not what you’re expecting when it says free parking on site. Overall tho a great deal for the quality of room and it was clean

Everything seemed like it was going great until someone from staff just walks in our room and just stares at us saying she didn’t know we were in there . Very disturbing to my partner and I. She had clearly seen when we walked in as she was doing housekeeping in the room next to us .
