Friendly staff, big clean rooms, comfy bed, nice pool. Only disappointment was that the breakfast used solely paper plates and single-use plastics - would have preferred a more eco-friendly option.

We had a very good stay here. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable & we slept very well. Good to have a sofa in the room to sit & relax. The breakfast was ok. We were able to park right outside our room,which was very convenient. The town of Rockport was pretty, with it's marina, art galleries & restaurants.

Rooms were adequate...beds are comfortable and bathroom is fine. But walls are thin, so late-night noises came through. Breakfast is typical hotel continental. The photos make the inn look better than it is in real life. But overall a decent value.

Clean, well lit, good parking, comfy beds, skimpy pillows, bring your own if you can. Quiet room, breakfast buffet was just okay. Lobby and staff very nice.

When we arrived we waited for someone to check us in, to find out they were the One woman person sitting in the dining area watching loud profanity videoes… to say it was a turn off is a understandment. The lobby was nice and pool wasn’t bad. However our bathtub had a rather nasty mark on it and the towels felt very used. Overall ok stay, could be worse but didn’t exceed the looks online that’s for certain.

Staff was friendly, general building and rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was nice for grabbing a hot beverage and a quick bite to start the day. The inn is within quick driving distance to local dinning, shops, and beach access. The pool build is spacious with nice pool set up. Pool is cooler in temp that one may want, but water is clear. For those you may have come here in the past and enjoyed the hot tub, it is no longer. The flooring is filled in where it once was positioned. The sign exists, but nothing more. It would be a welcomed addition and competitive market strategy to bring the hot tub back. We have been here several times over the past few years but do think that we will look into additional lodging opportunities.

It was separated from the main building and you had to go outside to get to the desk, pool, and breakfast area. It was 15 degrees out with a wind chill of below zero so it was frosty going to the main building. Other than that had a great stay

The Rockport Inn and Suites is a very comfortable, adequate place to stay close to the center of Rockport. The name is a bit misleading, because it is really a motel. The rooms open from the outside, with your car right outside your room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculate. There were a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the room. Our only issue was the temperature of the room. It was 18 degrees outside, and the heater in the room could not compensate for that. We bumped the heater to 80 degrees, and it barely got to 65 in the room. The desk clerk gave us an additional blanket. So, if you stay here in the winter, dress warmly!

This inn is over priced and not in good condition. I do not recommend. Room had the feeling of being in a basement with low ceilings , bathroom was very very small and just plain cheap. Towels were rough. Breakfast was extremely limited. I will not be returning.

I did not realize the hotel didn’t have an elevator, I guess I assumed. I was woken up several times by loud noise and banging. I don’t sleep well when away from home so that was negative. Location was great for the purpose of the work business I attended.

This hotel was near the venue for my son’s wedding at Hammond Castle. Very comfortable bed. Includes coffee maker and microwave, as well as free breakfast with many options and fresh coffee. Very nice.

We have stayed here 4 years in a row. Each year the property becomes less maintained. It used to be a lovely get away in a beautiful area. Unfortunately, the staff really don’t have any interest in making guests feel welcome or taking pride in the upkeep and maintenance of the property.

Quaint, quiet place. We arrived on the off season and everything was great! Coffee, breakfast, fireplace in the lobby- the staff was super friendly!

Terrible 3 night stay They hosted a youth hockey championship and kids were running around until 1am knocking on doors, yelling, etc. Kids were jumping in the hotel room above us also. Part of it is like a motel and no employee stopped them despite calls to office. Then our toilet clogged the next day and overflowed- office didn't answer our call to help and we had to evacuate the room and go to the office to complain and ask for another room. The young man at the desk was kind and helpful, but I would never stay here again!

Very rarely is any hotel even close to what we pay to stay there. In this case, for the cost, I think it was lacking. The bed was flimsy. I've slept in worse, but definitely slept in better.Since COVID there is no more housekeeping,but I think that the staff could at least have mentioned that if we needed something we could ask. While this place advertises that you have a pool, it was inconvenient. I would not go back there.

Hotel was very nice, comfortable and reasonably priced. The bed may have been one of the most comfortable I have slept in while traveling. Service was great. The only problem, and it was big, was sound transmission. From the hallway and from the room next door it was as if I was part of their very loud conversations. It was compounded by rude guests who did not control their kids in public areas, even after being politely asked at 11:30 to please keep it quiet in ghe hallway. I thing the basic problem was lack of sound insulating materials but unfortunately not sure what would have really helped. That said it was s great central location and I would stay again but ask for a more out of the way room.

Nice place. Only negative was we were told we would get a call when our room was ready and never received a call. When I said something upon check in I was told "sorry, the previous person worked 12 hours" not acceptable--I worked 12 hour shifts every time I work so I'm not feeling sympathetic-- if you say you'll call them you call

We were baiting NYC but wanted to visit Salem, and this came up as a good value option nearby. It’s a beautiful town and Bearskin Neck was amazing. Lots of lovely little shops and a stunning coastline. We took the train to Salem which was a great way to visit. I’d highly recommend this hotel and the town itself.

Rockport Mass is a super cute town and the Inn was a great find. We got into town after most things closed, but we decided to go for a walk to get a feel of the area. It was about a 10 min walk into the main part of town. It's a sleepy New England town and so glad we chose the Inn to stay at.
