It was a great stay for wrk

My hotel room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty bath towels on the floor of the bathroom and none of my bathroom washcloths were restocked. The bed sheets did not smell fresh either.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was very clean. Housekeeping wanted to make sure I felt the room was clean. I would recommend it.

Property is dated. Carpet needs to be replaced. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Will stay again

My first experience staying at this hotel. I would recommend it as a good quite place to enjoy some down time. This hotel was located very close to shopping and restaurants.

The property is fantastic. But the room I was in had a few issues that if I were staying for more than a night, I would have not liked. The outlet near the bed only had one part that worked. My shower did not drain and there was hair in it from another person's stay. There was a large stain on the carpet near the air conditioner. You practically have to slam the door to shut it, which disturbs the hall because the walls are so thin.

Always pleasant staying there. My go-to in Flowood.

It smelled so bad we had to go buy an air freshener, none of the outlets in the bathroom worked, only half the outlets in the rest of the room worked. The shower barely had 2 steams of water, no trash cans, the sink was backed up

The front desk lady never got up in the 3 times I went to the desk, first upon arrival at 2:45 rudely told me that room wouldn’t be ready until 4. When I came back at 4 to check in, still stayed at desk. When I checked out today, same lady and same thing, stayed at desk which was a good distance from counter. Man that had the night shift was very friendly and was at the counter each time I saw him. Our air was not working but I didn’t complain for that, the guest laundry room was not the cleanest but the man at front desk was kind and gave me the tip to do a rinse cycle before I washed our things.

The room had dust all around the tv and no tv remote. In looking for the remote, I found a pair of shoes under the bed and one sock by the bedside table.

Near family. Very clean room. Comfortable bed.

The room was very dirty and not maintained. Hair in the drains, stains in the carpet, dust piling up on furnishings. Terrible.

Said none smoking hotel well they just changed that last month carpet lamp shades and ceiling all felt gross and orange from all the smoke very terrible place to stay if you don’t like smoking rooms…

Hotel was comfortable, but in need of a facelift. Enjoyed the kitchenette!

Cable wasn't working. Room was dirty and I had to wipe down the counter, table, and nightstand.

Needs a little TLC. Would recommend as an extended stay for construction type workers, but definitely not for a family trip. Employees were very helpful and the quickest service I’ve ever had.

Listen to people all night long downstairs in parking lot having a party. You think in Floowood the police would have showed up and ask them to go to there rooms!

The location was great for our family reunion. The room had items missing including a shower curtain and light blocking drapes. The carpet in spots and the tile entry was loose and buckling. It was a pet room.

First time in MS and this hotel was recommended. The room was very open and bright and EXTREMELY clean. Amenities were great. I would stay again if I am back in the area.

Had issues with my card key working after checking in and had to keep getting it reprogrammed. Colleague and I went to dinner and came back around 11 pm and both our keys didn't work again. No one was at the front desk. Called corporate customer service and they didn't help at all. After a couple of hours, a person that's been living/staying in the hotel for awhile heard us and told us no one works the front desk at night and people end up sleeping in the lobby until the morning front desk person comes in around 7 am. This person knew of people that are employed by the hotel that live in the hotel and they were able to get one of these people to reprogram our keys. During this time, other people needed soap, towels, etc. and the front desk phone was constantly ringing. I've been traveling for the military for decades and never had a situation like this occur. This is totally unacceptable and corporate should shut them down due to the customer neglect and unsecure building. Never stay here.

The room smelled so I had to get something to make it smell better, had to go back downstairs to get a remote, but friendly staff.

Dirty, garbage was piled up in the hallway. Room smelled of body odor!

I like the hotel it’s self due to the convenience. However, it was really out dated and every time we opened our door, it sounded like the metal was scraping the floors. It was extremely loud. Also, the didn’t change the toilet paper out.

Building does not feature controlled access for guests. Exterior doors to hotel were not secure, allowing transient people to come and go as they pleased — even though they were not guests. These rent-free individuals felt comfortable enough on the property to approach guests in the parking lot. Additionally, the front desk was often left unattended. Odd mix of yellow light and white light bulbs throughout the property (sometimes in the same fixture), reinforced the feeling of complacency from the staff. None of the remotes in our room worked & the window in our room had been left open when we first entered. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, and the furniture is pretty beat up. The “marketplace” closes at night & there are ZERO vending machines, so make sure to get any snacks or drinks you might want before settling for the evening. We appreciate pet-friendly accommodations, but only when the grounds are, at least, somewhat maintained. The green spaces were covered in dog waste and large ant beds. Could have paid about $45 less and received comparable accommodation elsewhere. This place is… OK, and the security concerns will make you feel uneasy only a few times. You brought mace, right?

Amazing service at check-in. Great customer service. The representative greeted us with a smile. I truly wish all check-ins went that smoothly and were that pleasant.

Room smelled. No I’ve machines, very dated on the inside. Would not recommend versus other hotels in the area.
