This is a nice hotel for the price. Really good breakfast.

I really like the rooms. They have separate room for the toilet which I like. They have a. separate sitting and desk area which is convenient too.

Hotels.com did not have anything on reservation about a $19 per day charge for parking. It just said parking available

At first, I felt like I made a mistake booking this location since it felt like there was nothing around the area. I was wrong, less than 1 mile away, there was plenty of shopping, dining, and conveniences. Add to that the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.
We got assigned an ADA room (we are not disabled) and it was fine, however they may want to look in to roll in roll out showers. The tub already felt like it was caving in and had some soft spots.
All in all I would definitely book there again.

We stayed in Irvine for a volleyball tournament. Hotel was close, very convenient. 5 min drive from a shopping center with restaurants and entertainment.
Hotel was clean, and comfy. Staff very friendly.
There was only one tiny little thing I didn’t like: breakfast opens at 7 on the weekend. And when you have to be on the courts at 7, it’s not convenient.

My only complaint would have been the room next to us kept me and my partner up all night. Called the front desk multiple times.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming. Rooms felt dated. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool which was unfortunately very cold despite being indoor. We won't stay here again.

Very convenient hotel, there have been a few noise problems here. But other than that it’s been very nice and a smooth stay. 3/5 of the staff we very nice and accommodating as well. The lady at the front desk was a little rude. However everyone else was fairly nice and hospitable.

This is a great property, will definitely come back. Facility is good, staff is friendly and it offers breakfast. Only minor downside: It’s close to the airport so in the morning you may hear sound from flights.

Thank you everyone! I happened to talk to one of the staff at the reception during breakfast before we leave thinking we can stay for another day. But she said “we are fully booked.” When I
checked Expedia, there’s still an available rooms.
So I decided to book to Marriot Arcadia.
Suggestions:
1. Please dont let your guests pick up the extra blanker downstairs.

We were very impressed with the staff. Woman who checked us in was very patient. We arrived at 11 am, fully expecting ‘sorry we can’t check you on yet. ‘ to our surprise, we got an excellent suite right away!

We had to use the laundry facilities and let's just say they could use an upgrade. Also, Breakfast closes at 9:00, 9:30 on weekends. We missed all of them. I wish there was an option for people with different schedules.

This property is very close to the airport. The area is in a business district.

It’s unbelievable and first time.
I sent my 12 year old to take a shower.
He came back and told me that he thinks shower is dirty.
There was towels on the floor, rags in the shower, soap open on both sinks.
Front desk was very responsive.
But in my opinion I should have not been charged for stay or have a free nights.

Cu service was exquisite but the room it set had a few errors as of Tv/Cable also sink and bathroom.

Not much value for the money.
Breakfast is so poor, no vegetables or fruits, lack of choices of every kind of food.
Most annoying is that you have to pay 20$ for parking, and there’s no parking available anywhere so you’re actually having no choice.
