The gentleman working the front desk was very helpful and considerate. I was there because of being stranded in a blizzard and he was very kind. He even let me borrow his phone charger overnight! He went above and beyond, and for that, I am grateful!

Although the property owners recently changed their pet policy to "no pets," they allowed Margaret, me, and our dog Olive to stay there because we had stayed there with our dog prior to the policy change. That was a great relief after driving from Lincoln, NE to Dodge City, KS.

The only problem I had was when I checked in they told me they had a no dog allowed policy. That is clearly listed wrong on Expedia's website and needs correcting. They graciously allow me to check in with my dog in spite of their recently changed policy about allowing pets.

Super nice staff. Got a good nights sleep which I didn’t think I was going to because at first didn’t think that the bed was going to be comfortable. Some bugs in room from a small gap at bottom of door.

No frills. Comfortable bed. Hot showers. Basic cable. Room cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Can’t beat it for the price.

I checked in very late however the Manager Paul was very helpful and pleasant.
Had requested a ground floor room as had a broken arm. Even though the facility was almost full Paul, managed to find one room on the ground for me.
The room was top notch and should be rated a lot higher in stars than indicated. In my opinion.

The bed felt like a stack of cardboard. The mechanical bathtub plug was broken so i had to use a wash cloth. It's right by train tracks and a very busy intersection with a load of semi traffic. Very much unimpressed.

Pretty run down. The price was right, if you just need a bed. Truck stop across the street was convenient and it is away from the business of downtown. Room size was good.

Asked for handicap room but none available. Recommend that 1st floor room tubs have a safety / handicap bar installed to assist applicable guests.

Let me start by saying for the price I really shouldn't be complaining. First when we got to the room it didn't have the a/c on so it was extremely warm in the room and took about an hour and a half to finally get comfortable. Second I must've killed like 7 or 8 flies. I'm sure it wasn't cause the room was dirty. The door was probably left open when the housekeeping cleaned the room. Last thing is bring your own pillows, we had 2 very small pillows.

Google Maps advertised an outdoor pool. The girl at the desk laughed and said it has been gone for three years. I indicated they need to fix the Google listing. She said it was not her problem. BS, it is false advertising. In addition the whole area smells like Cow pee and dung. There is a beef processing plant next door. Also zero coffee. Have to walk to the Flying J across the street.

This place was really great for the price. The people were nice and the room was clean and big. My only complaint is very very minor, but I am in person that likes to soak in the tub sometimes and when I see pictures of the room including a bathtub. It's disappointing when you get in the room and there's no way to stop the water from flowing out. But that is very minor. This place is awesome

The young moan was very impatient. Woke up a little late . Was packing up to leave when a police officer came to the door. Well I guess we was slow on getting out so the same impatient young man called the police. We spent 2 nights there with no problems. So the treatment we got was so uncalled for.

It certainly wasn't a dump but it also isn't a 5 star hotel. Room for improvement, sure but at the price I paid for a last minute work trip on NYE, I'm not complaining. Was very quite and easy access to get downtown.

Parking was a bit of a hassle as they were parking slots a little too close to ours which was a bit of criss-cross pattern where backing out took extra caution and having to use frequent pull ups.

The hotel is next to a meat plant, so it smells terrible and there are flies everywhere. The room itself was gross: a dead spider was smashed into the ceiling, the walls were discolored, and the bathroom ceiling had a giant hole that was inadequately patched. The room smelled like stale smoke, as though the carpet and drapes have not been cleaned in decades. I’ve stayed at cheap hotels a lot, and this place is among the worst. Do not stay here.

While I didnt expect much from the budget friendly hotel, I still found myself disappointed. The fridge would not cool, we never had one bit of hot water to take a shower, the beds were hard and very springy, and the a/c made a rattling noise the entire night . Tried to call the office from the room phone and no one answered. We gave up and just washed up with a washcloth in the sink (no hot water there either), got ice for our food, and went to bed. This was just a stop over on a ling trip through the midwest. Probably wouldn't be back at this one unless i had no other options.
