The room was clean but bathroom door needed to be adjusted, so hard to open/close & was loud which woke us when used at night. Also booked a room for 5 people & only 2 Q beds & no pull out & no roll away was available when we got there so youngest slept on the floor with our coats & a blanket. Breakfast was excellent & kids enjoyed the small pool. Only saw 1 staff person who was friendly but could tell he was overwhelmed with a busy weekend.

It was a great stay with a clean room and good service.

Was alright. Kids running back and forth in hallway around midnight and had to open the door and yell at them to stop as the parents laughed from down the hall. Also an eyelash stuck to bathroom walls.

Check in at the Hampton Inn in Shakopee Minnesota was super quick & easy. Our room was clean & oh so comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, quiet and comfortable. Several dining establishments nearby (did not visit). Only complaint, we could not lower the room temperature to our preferred. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet rooms with helpful staff. Good location for access to activities in the area. Only downside was that beds are comfortable but so high that they're hard to get into.

Very clean...nice location...only problem-morning hot water was luke warm for my husband so I didn't want to shower after him.....that was only concern...

My stay at thr Hampton Inn was not great, but not terrible either. The beds are comfortable, the noise level is decent,slept like a rock after I fell asleep. Although I woke up to a big box elder bug staring me in the face!!! The shower head and faucet in the tub were very old and leaky. The shower head also had a lot of grime around *and probably in it* as well,so I didnt shower. I havent tried the breakfast, but Im sure its good. The customer service is great, no issues!

Clean room with large TV. Bathrooms and very nice. Staff was wonderful. Young lady at the front desk made me feel welcomed.

Everything was great. Left a message to get new towels but they never arrived. Had to go to the front desk to get them. Otherwise all was good. Would stay here again.

Very nice staff if we needed help they were there to help us. Fan in bathroom did not work and there was no hot tub but all in all I would stay again. Very good breakfast

Our stay was great. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. We had a family gathering that took in Valley Fair and the location was super close. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel itself, was great! However, the reason I chose this hotel was because it claimed to offer complimentary shuttle services to and from local destinations. When we arrived and checked in, we were told they no longer offer shuttle service. Had I known prior to booking that this service was no longer available, I would have booked a room closer to our destination.
