Traveling with our pups has become a real hassle finding hotels first that will allow second ones that are clean. We appreciate our stay at this very cleanly hotel and we will definitely been staying again. Just a reminder for folks traveling with their pets please be courteous and clean up after your pets, make sure to leave the hotel room as clean as you found it and this way the hotels will welcome us with pets 🙂

Great stay. Our only problem was when I started to get out of the tub/shower, the bathmat in the tub went out from under me. 3 stitches later everything was fine, but grab bars would be helpful. Everything else was first rate. Great breakfast with lots of choices, and the lady charged with keeping things tidy did a phenomenal job and was sweet as she could be. Checkout was almost instantaneous.

Great location, safe area which is important for hotels in Memphis; lots of parking, clean and updated room; good breakfast-not a fan of the sausage links that taste like they’re cooked in water though, but the waffles are always good; close to good restaurants-Texas Roadhouse very close by; ample grassy area to walk dogs-which isn’t covered with other dogs messes like a lot of dog friendly hotels; room smelled nice. We stayed here while attending a rodeo at the nearby Agricenter Showplace which was about a 15 min. drive with traffic and red lights. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel for the family, very clean and comfort. It is not a 10 since a new shower is required at the room I was, everything else was amazing.

The 2 rooms I had were ok but I was not very pleased. The pull out bed had stained filthy sheets leftnon it and the guy at yhe front desk said well what do you want me to do about it as if I was annoying him. The rest of the staff was nice but I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi did not work and pool time is limited to an hour. The location was good and night security on sight monitoring the parking lot made us feel safe. I still enjoyed my birthday here.

Great staff. My wife left her purse in the room. She realized it after about 15-20 minutes on the road. They already had called and left 3 messages on my phone. My phone was on silent. They were waiting on her when she walked in. All in order.

We paid for a dog friendly room. It smelled sanitized but the walls were filthy. The bathroom door had what looked like lip gloss smeared on it and some thick creamy substance. Behind the toilet was something that looked like red pizza topping or chunky sauce. It was unsettling and gross. The furniture looked terribly aged and worn but I’m guessing that was because it was a dog friendly room. There is no excuse for the filthy walls.

Upscale, friendly, very accommodating. Looked for a safe spot on the road trip for our move from California to Tennessee. Would stay here again. Comfortable. Clean.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this is the 1st time I've ever had to go to the front desk to get a special key to get into the pool room because the room keys don't open it or to get the safety key to use the treadmills because they aren't left in the fitness room.

Traveling via an electric vehicle is challenging enough, so it would be nice if the e hotel or security could at least enforce proper parking of actual EV vehicles in those very few dedicated spaces. There was an inconsiderate vehicle owner who parked in the EV charge spot I needed. Fortunately there was enough space that I could park near the front door in the entrance area along the curb and still charge the vehicle.

Loved that it was dog friendly! Hotel was easy to find in a great location next to lots of shops and eateries. Room was clean and cozy, exactly what I needed after a 10 hour day in the car.

Comfortable beds, clean, nice rooms. We traveled with 2 pets and it worked well & was reasonably priced. My only comment it the toilet is LOUD! It had a very powerful, loud flush. 😳

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. There was a family that walked in and there was a language different and she was very rude to them. The gentleman who arrived later was very friendly and willing to help. He looked at you and greeted us with a smile. We checked into the room and we lost power twice. The moved us right away and gave us a bigger room. The breakfast was …..well their breakfast needs lots of work. We stopped off at a Crackel Barrel.

I was on a road trip from Dallas to MD so this was just a place to stay for the night. Checked in at 11pm and out by 6am. Nothing fancy but just a spot to lay my head.

Check in - slow- was told updating system, but no complication. Lobby, dining area, hallway, elevator, room, bathroom very clean. Cabinet doors/ fronts- at refrigerator area - luggage shelf were very scratched up, needs to be replaced- one bed very comfortable, one bed made noise everytime you would lay down on it - but comfortable Breakfast selection- least I’ve seen in awhile, typical waffle maker with only one syrup type( no sugar free)- no bagels, no bread for toast Tiniest muffins ( one variety I’ve ever seen) , cold biscuits on a shelf, powdered eggs n sausage links No cold case for yogurt, butter, jelly yogurt sitting 3 levels deep in ice bath with only bottom layer staying cold- - 3 variety of cold cereal. Milk sitting out on counter - no ice bath to keep cold No hot cereal such as oatmeal or grits was a microwave n toaster (?) to heat biscuit lots of bananas n tangerines area was very clean Would stay again- just know breakfast selection bare minimum

I found live roaches in the bedding. I told the front desk and they moved us to another room. The rooms have hardwood floor and you can hear every noise in the hallways. We were on the first floor with a dog and I think that floor is where all the pets stay. We could hear cats and dogs making noise. We were facing the parking lot so we could hear the car passing by. I have not heard back from the manager about a discount for the inconvenience of having roaches in the room.

The king size mattress was in bad shape. It was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Not the staff fault but should have reacted faster. There was a domestic dispute that started about 11pm and lasted for 2 hours. Could not reach the office on the house phone had to use my cell phone..

The property was great. I appreciated the well-lit parking and security. There seemed to be many restaurants in the area but we were only there for a quick overnight stay. My only issue is that I was charged $40 for my two dogs, 50 and 75 lbs. There is a $25 per night charge for up to two pets up to 75 lbs per the website and I had just paid $25 at the La Quinta in Amarillo the night before. At the Memphis La Quinta, I was told that the pet charge FOR ME was $40 due to their size. The website specifically said that it was $25 for 2 pets max 75 lbs each. So. Why the upcharge? I was too tired to argue over $15 but I felt like the check-in guy was making it up and put it in his pocket. There were quite a few other guests with large dogs so were they all charged the $40? And that's fine if that's the policy but it needs to be stated on the website and consistent. Or did the manager just make another $15 per guest for himself?

Hot tub was cold and not working properly, pool was hot, and had to sign in to use pool? Very unnerving pool situation. Mattress was cheap and hurt my back. Motion sensor in room turned TV and lights off if you sat for more than 5 mins. Breakfast was terrible scrambled egg soup and uncooked sausage, no bagels, no toast, same 4 day old pastries that were there everyday during my week long stay. Coffee only if you were lucky or got up early. I stay in this area quite frequently, this was my first and last time staying here. There are MANY other options in this area, all much better than this cheap hotel with high prices. Very deceiving based off rating.

We enjoyed. Location was great for dining and attractions. Space for parking a trailer worked well. The pool was closed for repairs which really was our only dissapointment. We booked this hotel because it was losted as a pickup point for one of our city tours. But they will not pick up there. Call ahead.
