Our stay was nice. Our room was nice, too. Carpet a little worn, but overall, nice room. I loved the idea of the kitchen!

We have stayed once every year for my daughter and her friends to go swimming. Every single time, the sheets have been dirty and you can see the hair and whatnot from other guests inside the sheets. It would seem they don’t change them unless it’s more evidently dirty. It’s gross, and I’ve taken to bringing my own sheets. We would go to a different hotel but this one has the best pool for Helena.

I stay here whenever I'm in Helena because its got everything I need to feel at home, plus a decent gym. I'm able to cook something simple when I don't feel like going out and it's close to lots of eating options. Breakfast is pretty standard, which works for me, but if someone is looking for more this wouldn't be the place. Basically I feel safe, comfortable and prepared to go about my day.

We had a suite with a fireplace. The suite was great with a small kitchen area, fridge and stove etc. We didn’t really use that. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the bedroom was extremely cold. We had to turn the heat way up and keep the door open for it to warm up. I slept in my parka all night.

Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We loved the room. It was clean and in great shape. Our only one complaint is that the bed was too hard. Will stay here again though..

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and always try to get rooms here when we visit family in Helena. The only reason I didn’t give it the usual 5 star rating this time is because the rooms we were in were rearranged from the original design to accommodate 2 queen beds. It makes the room feel strange and the plugs for your devices are no longer easily accessible. This could be alleviated by putting a nightstand lamp(s) with usb ports on it or some desktop type of charger. Also, these rooms appeared older and more worn. They were as usual spotless.

Well there was pink mold around the top of the tub, the walls are very thin and people obviously left their dogs unattended in the rooms. We brought our dogs, and we never leave them in the room alone, but got charged $75 cleaning fee. Also the door was broken the lock would engage itself when opening the door so it wouldn't close unless you turned the handle on the inside of the door. There was a countertop when you first enter that literally wobbled so I wouldn't even put my purse on it. The water heater closet in the room made an ungodly squeaking noise that sounded like tennis shoes on a gym floor. They had a pull out bed that we attempted to sleep on because of the noisy upstairs people, but it was not a mattress by any standards. We stay in Helena many times a year and we will not be staying here again.

We booked a king studio, upon arrival we were told had to upgrade you to a suite. We opened the door to a small room handicapped, difficult to operate door, small lower everything. Misleading like we were getting something special. Being handicap is hard enough not a conciliation prize from Marriott. You should give refunds on breakfast. The past two stays - horrible

The room was perfectly comfortable and spacious. The Pool was great and warm the splash pad for the kiddos was a very nice touch. I might suggest more kid-friendly foods for breakfast but everything else was spectacular We had a wonderful stay there and will be back

We had an issue with the air conditioning not working. A portable unit was in the main living area but nothing in the bedroom. This was when temps were in the 90's-100. They did bring a fan for the bedroom but did minimize the comfort of the unit for our stay. Staff did respond to our concern but no other option was available but the fan as the hotel was booked.

Desk clerk was super nice. Ended up in a handicap room. View into the pool and hot tub area. Bathroom was large but the room hasn't been taken care of in awhile. One bed had sunk onto the bed support so it was much lower than the second bed. Comforters could be seen through. Pillows were super thin. No tissues in the room, limited paper towels and no dish soap available. Cabinet under the sink had a door falling off. Severly dented fridge. Breakfast wasnt cooked, waffles were cold and hard, eggs were ice cold in spots and the coffee cream had a sour smell to it. Sad, since this is my favorite hotel in Helena.

This was a GREAT place for family during a basketball tournament - the pool, the suite with a full kitchen, etc. The only negative was that we had an early game and the breakfast was not ready by 7am, as advertised. Otherwise great.

The rooms are large and spacious which was nice, however, when we checked in the toilet had not been cleaned (was dirty & gross) and the trash was full. Disappointing for the price. Hot tub was dirty & there were no towels both days we went. Front desk agent was friendly.

We called 2 hours on the way to confirm rm 108. The front desk said yes we were in room 108 as per our request. Medical issues make it difficult to get around. We had been guests 2 times in the past month and this was # 3. We arrived went to check in and the male clerk gave our room to a very young girl with a dog. He raised his phone and was belligerent when I asked why he gave our room away to another person. We’re they worse off then us. I was told we do not guarantee any room. But you did, 2 hours ago. We called. He continued to get loud and eventually said we needed to speak with the manager tomorrow. The next day I received an email from someone at the hotel that knew nothing about the incident. That’s what happened, we managed, but disgusted with the treatment from the employee.

This hotel had a full modern kitchen and a tv in the living room and bedroom. It was comfortable, had easy parking and was near plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Also had free coffee in the lobby all day and free breakfast.

I didn't like the pet friendly, there was dog waste on the side walk, a large dog came up and pushed against my hands on the way to dinner, and the (3) dogs next door yapped every time we made a noise.
