if you’re looking for a historic and cozy place to stay at in the heart of Charlottetown, this is your spot. It’s a charming 9 room boutique hotel run by a man named Todd. He is so helpful and so personable. People writing bad reviews are clearly squares and they are looking for a boring cookie cutter hotel.
The bed is so comfortable, the shower does take a few minutes to heat up because it’s an old building but it’s totally worth it when it does! The pressure is perfect.
There is a sink, microwave, coffee pot (with coffee and tea), toaster, glasses, cutlery, a tv with a few apps to watch movies and a beautiful wall fireplace! The wifi was totally fine for me, I was downloading and uploading no problem!
10/10 recommend, I hope to stay here every time I go to Charlottetown.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to have 2 pillows per person and extra blankets. The electric fireplace in our room would only blow heat for a few minutes and then shut down. The internet was not good, the tv system failed to work due to poor internet. The booking, checkin and checkout process was easy and our host was great with communication.

Location was good, parking available but tight, no elevator, the bathroom was so small it was almost unusable, the faucet in the bathroom moved which was annoying when washing hands, there wasn’t proper hand soap, there was a clean room sign on the door upon arrival which worried me however the room looked new and cleaned, the toilet had a hair on it when I opened the lid.

Just not what is advertised. There were legit holes in the floor, the bathroom was unfinished with exposed insulation, bathroom door didn't close. Water damage and mold on the celling. Frat house next door, they partied until 7 in the morning. Dust and the floor are not that clean. I don't like being negative but spend the 40 more dollars and stay at a chain hotel you know will be fine.

Unique suites experience, clean and well priced.

Student rental next door …partied all night. No sleep for us. Strange odour in the property. Uncollected garbage stacked outside by parking….a mess. On a positive note, from the street the outside of the building is quite attractive.

My wife suffers with claustrophobia so she booked based on the photos thinking the room looked bigger than it actually was so she felt it was very “tight quarters” and parking was a challenge unless you were driving a small vehicle. It looks nice and is well maintained from the street.

This hotel is in a great location; it's right in downtown Charlottetown, so it's close to dining and places of interest. Check-in was interesting - the room keys were in a locked box and the code was sent by text and voicemail from the owner. There's guest parking on the property.

We never saw the caretaker/management for the property, which was fine. Able to access the key via a key box, however, no instructions what to do when leaving. The facilities were in need of a refresh. The work that had been done in the past seemed to have cut corners. The old wooden floor (painted) felt sticky underfoot. The bedding was clean, but well worn- pilled sheets. The bathroom was barely functional- sink well below standard height, the holes that were cut in the wall behind the toilet should have been covered, patched and the bathroom painted. The shower had nowhere to put anything and the height of the shower head was too low. Parking was limited. The actual location was fine- downtown core only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. I would not reference this place as a boutique hotel.

Staff was friendly and quick to help. There was a problem with the air conditioner and as soon as we let them know they jumped right on it and sent us to another room with the air conditioner already set up and ready to go.
A very quaint, and comfortable place with great service… Will definitely be back!

Arrived during a storm and the smell of mould/mildue was over powering, could not stay in the unit. Once the storm passed the smell improved. Shower dripped constantly and had to take the head out of the holder and let it hang to not hear the constant sound on the shower floor. No cover on the great patio which make it unusable during the bad weather. The location and price are amazing but.....

A cute old building with lovely bedroom furniture, conveniently located. However the list of positives is short.
The door for our room had recently been kicked open, and had not been repaired, so there was a visible gap to the hallway, and it was not a secure lock.
The bathroom lights were on a track, and 3 of the 5 lights were burnt out, including the one for the shower. Evidently this meant the cleaner was not able to be thorough for the shower (hair from the previous guest was still there). The shower curtain is too long, so it sits on the floor and can’t dry out. Bring your own soap as the one provided is quite small. There are no shelves in the shower so people put their soap bars on the top of the divider wall, and the cleaner can’t see those to remove the old ones.
The toilet is not secured to the floor on one side, so be careful when you sit down. No evidence of leaking, luckily.
A few quick fixes to the items above would make this a quaint and positive experience. Securing the door would be the highest priority, in my opinion.

A very pleasant stay at Suites of Euston. Beautiful old building. Our suite had everything we needed. It was also handy to have laundry facilities on site. Location and parking was easy to find. I would stay at this location again.

Property is close to all downtown amenities, and within walking distance. Check-in was simple, building was quiet. Room was decent if you’re looking for a quaint experience. Unfortunately the front door is not secure (may not close behind you and lock), and we had an incident where an individual from outside kicked through our door on the third floor at 4am. Luckily he did get in due to the security door chain. Police had to come get statements from multiple rooms. Parking is adequate, but the driveway is shared with the next-door unit so at times was tight to fit all vehicles. Luckily we received a partial refund for our stay after having to ado about. Overall, the building would be okay for a one night stay.

Quaint little room , but a little tight on space around the bed. But overall ok for a couple of days .
The host was nice and brought us extra pillows.

I enjoyed my stay and will certainly consider staying there again. Very good walking access to downtown and the Centre for Performing Arts.

The room was spacious, bed comfortable and clean. The property’s location is great for accessing Charlottetown’s downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. on foot. There are various outside patio seating areas to choose from to have a drink with friends or to enjoy your morning coffee. We would definitely recommend this property to friends!

Our only issue was the TV. Not able to access without our provider home numbers. Not made aware of this , so we didn’t bring them.

It was only a few blocks to downtown historical and shopping and evenings out...nice sitting area on balcony to relax and for my friend to smoke. I would have preferred an extra step to go in on the second floor (I have short legs) but others were ok. The room was clean and owner friendly.

Liked quiet, safe, convenience, parking.
Did not like 33 steps up to my unit, no advanced warning - no elevator. Poor room checking, e.g. coffee-making packages never replaced. Never was able to get TV to play more then one channel.

I really liked the layout of the house its was really cool and the patio area was fun to chill in and its it a super convenient place to walk places

The smell in the entry way was unbearable. Rooms were livable but needed flip flops for the shower. Would not stay here u less you are up for a rustic adventure. About 2 blocks away from downtown nightlife where we wanted to be.

Perfect location, walkable to waterfront and shopping. Quiet. Rooms on lower floors looked nice but ours on top floor was a hodgepodge of furnishings with spotty hot water and water pressure.

Very cute place! We enjoyed our stay.

Lipstick on a pig. The pics were super cute but the musty and mildew smell was horrible. Door to the bathroom didn't close and no bathroom fan. It took several hours to get the internet fixed and parking is truly tight. Cobwebs around the bottom of furniture and decor. Expedia was zero help when we tried to get out and get a refund so will not be using them in the future.

It’s a shame this property was so terrible despite a friendly and wonderful owner.
To start, the door to our room was stuck shut, and the floors in the bathroom were squishy, felt like you could fall through at any moment.
Very fun down and smells of mildew, we tried our best to avoid the room except for sleeping.
The shower was gross and I’m so glad we only stayed one night so I didn’t have to actually use it. I’d rather stay on a park bench.
