In generaly I was satisfied with the hotel. They didn't help us for VIP acses option. Even though we got a non-smoking room, the room smelled of cigarette

Location was convenient. The bed in the room was horrible. The mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. When I complained, they did bring a soft padding, but that did not help. These mattress needs to be changed.

Though my room was nonsmoking , it smelled like cigarettes badly . Air conditioning was working only as a heating warm , not cooling . My room temperature was about 28C degrees , barely could sleep . I could here neighbors opening and shutting a very heavy window in their rooms all night long , felt like walks in room shakes every time . It is definitely 2-3 star hotel , not 5. Please be aware before making reservation .

Our stay was wonderful. We booked the king suite for two nights but because of the amazing staff and location we stayed another extra night. The staff was beyond helpful. They provided great recommendations for places to see and restaurants.

The location is good, the front of house staff can be unhelpful, breakfast expensive You can get a better breakfast for 1/4 the price within 50 metres), bed comfortable, shower had a tendency to leak across floor due to poor seal, wall paper peeling in places, good cleaning, good wellness centre (although pool under maintenance), difficult for visitors to park nearby (used Armada shopping centre car park). Quite expensive hotel, there are others nearby that appear to be cheaper and will not likely use Movenpick in future.

Second to none, I can honestly say that it was one of the best stays I've experienced in many years. Could not have asked for more friendly, polite, kind, and helpful staff. As for the location and area, it was very convenient with all one could need and want in varied food outlets and services. I'd definitely want to stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in Ankara again.

Staff was great ... including house keeper, front desk and the restaurant. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I stayed because of location to work and restaurants but I enjoyed my stay here.

I am satiesfied with this hotel. The buffet breakfast was various kind and the real orange juice was delicious as well. It has very clean room and sauna including small swimming pool. Also the massage was very good and reasonable price. Thank you.

Although I called them in advance to confirm that I could get my invoice on my company name when I do the booking over hotels.com, they said it is not possible during my check in. Thats horrible.

This is obviously a good hotel but every other 5-star hotel I stayed at was better. The shower (of my first room) was dirty and the door hinges were missing their covers. My second room was much better. The shower in the sauna area was not working at all. The breakfast was weird. I had to ask for thing many times while in other hotels, things are in front of the customer and they can pick what they want- even at much cheaper hotels.

Everything wonderful at hotel room breakfast, hospitality, hotel location except only 2 things. 1-Hotel is pet friendly so that I selected it but they requested additional fee for the pet nearly 300₺ which is not an issue but it should be informed at the booking process of hotels.com 2-Room is very clear actually but when you try to open window or air conditioner the dust is starting to fly which is not good for me who has allergies.

Çocuğumla 1 gün kaldım, temizlik, personelin ilgisi ve yemekleri çok güzeldi. Gelmeden bir gün önce arandım, çocuğum için ek yatak ve geç saatte geleceğim için istersem yemek hazırlanabileceği gibi nazik bir teklifle karşılaşmak beni memnun etti, odanın temiz ve kullanışlı olması ve güleryüzlü personeli nedeniyle bir dahaki seyahatimde tekrar tercih edeceğim.

The hotel is very nice, new, clean, comfortable. During COVID times, the breakfast buffets of other hotels were horrible but Mövenpick still serves a decent buffet. Whenever I come to Ankara for work purposes, I stay at this hotel.
