Good stay ,but 2 nights no air ,they offer to change us to another room but it was to late ,they provided fans ,place clean ,pool great ,jacuzzi good ,breakfast excellent.

Employees very nice and helpful .
Room had plenty of space .
We would stay again . Both times we have stayed are due to going to Rolling Stones concert .
The only thing was the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

i dont know if it was just the room i stayed in , but my room didnt get any colder than 68 degrees and even then it still just felt very warm. Dont get me wrong, it wasnt SUPER hot but i definitely had to sleep with a thin sheet so i wouldn’t get hot at night. Besides that it was a good hotel and they do free dinner and breakfast buffets.

A surprise in our accommodation. In addition to the excellent location, the structure is very good, with gym, swimming pool, bar, ample parking, breakfast and dinner included. The staff are extremely polite and helpful at all times. Worth it!

Staff was absolutely the most curteous, helpful friendly staff ive ever seen anywhere, they were amazing! Hotel was spotless with lots of conviences, pool area was very nice and well maintained. It was great to have a Universal Studios representative on the property and tge shuttle to and from Universal was great.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Cesar at the front desk. Our room was large and clean. The evening food and drinks and breakfast in the morning weee all good and definitely added value to our one night stay. We would absolutely stay here again

We came for Spring Break, and really enjoyed it. The staff was nice, the food was good, and the location was excellent.

Only real issue we had was the hotel is near heavy traffic roads and at night on weekends its a drag strip for modified cars and their exhausts

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The pool wasn’t heated so the water was a little cool for our personal preferences in April but there were plenty of kiddos enjoying it and the hot tub was great! Breakfast and afternoon food options plus soda and popcorn in the evenings saved us so much money on takeout that we were able to do more on our trip. Andrea in particular was friendly, remembered us throughout our stay, and just made us feel so welcome. She helped us out a couple of times, and really provides above-and-beyond service. She’s a fantastic asset to your company!

Great stay. I would stay here again. Free parking, breakfast, popcorn, pop, evening small meal. Lots of traffic at hotel intersection. But Orlando has heavy traffic everywhere.

Great choice to make if going to Universal properties or a long weekend. Rooms with separate bedroom added a nice extra space for the family. Clean and had everything, even though a touch dated on furniture and such. Pool is not heated but nice hot tub and outside lounge area. The (kickback) was very enjoyable. 3 drinks per day per adult. Evening food buffet to snack on was a big hit and unique. Breakfast buffet is way larger then most hotels. Location is 5min to Universal and less then that to attractions on International Drive. I had limited interaction with staff but all seemed professional and greeted me with a smile. A true lost art in today's world.

Good stay for the price we paid. AC was a little stinky (like cat urine). Everything else seemed clean. Bed was ok. Breakfast was good. Worth the money. Free parking.

Anytime I travel, I try to find a Drury Hotel in the area I am going. Have stayed in many hotels in my lifetime and have found none better than Drury. Have even stayed at a brand new one in Kentucky when visiting the ark. From the employees to the kickback to the popcorn to the breakfast to the soda machines and coffee to the room to how quiet to the bible in the drawer, to the pool, I cannot possibly find one negative thing to say about this chain!

For front desk service… when it came time to leave we still had 20 minutes left until check out my little grandson needed his diaper change so my daughter took him to the bathroom in the lobby and there was no changing table and she asked if she could go back to the room they said no she had to figure out another option… Stayed at this place many times but will never go back because of the rude front Dess service

Listen, not only was your free breakfast awesome, free snacks and three free drinks in the afternoon, also awesome, but your best asset are your people, ALL your employees go out of their way to be nice, big thank you to Andrew at the Front Desk and Super Woman in the back, Jess, this young lady is phenomenal, she was every where, breakfast, dinner, she was our bartender too, always with a smile and a great attitude. Yes, we're definitely coming back here, thank you all for everything.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The amenities were quite nice. Enjoyed the ease of free hot breakfast, free parking, and free "kickback" which is 3 free drinks (wine, cocktails etc) plus a simple but tasty hot buffet from 5:30-7:30pm or thereabouts.

The hotel was clean, modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for easy access to all the theme parks. Overall, it was well worth the extra cost for the exceptional experience we had. We can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!
You get 3 free drinks in the evenings during happy hour and that also includes the buffet snacks, free pop and popcorn! This place was a hit and I will absolutely book again! Cannot recommend this place enough! 5 stars for sure- best hotel we stayed in throughout our 2 week vacation in Florida!

Drury Inn was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub area were exceptionally clean. The location was great and staff were friendly. A hot breakfast was an added welcomed bonus. Overall a great experience.

Hadn't stayed there for a few years. The good staff, the morning and evening meals, the cleanliness all made it worth the higher cost. It was a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Excellent and convenient location for Universal & tons of dining and shopping options. Breakfast included, social hour, pool and hot tub, shuttle to Universal...all a major plus. Very consistent experience with a recent stay at Drury Inn in Colorado. I would certainly stay here again.
