This is a really nice hotel I travel every week for work and I would and will stay here from now on when I am in Hailey. People were helpful the room is well set up and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well.

This hotel is a fantastic value!! Rooms were decorated with a home-like feel! Beds comfortable. Area around hotel decorated cute. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and roomy. We were there for a ski race for my son and we had a lot of gear. We were able to move the furniture around in the room to make it fit and work for us. The beds are low to the ground but overall comfortable.

Sandy the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. We loved the clean rooms and the breakfast. The pool and hot tub were clean and gave us a very relaxed atmosphere. A great effort to detail and comfort was given to this place and it shows. We will definitely be back.

It was a good location and awesome amenities . I just wished the room carpet would have not smelled so bad . Needs re carpeting as it is an older inn.

Wonderful! Michael greeted us and very welcoming. Just an fyi to housekeeping. The wall to the right of room sink filled with dried toothpaste splatters, which was gross, and no lotion in dispenser. Room 233

We did love their breakfast. Especially breakfast buritos! The staff in the break room is very helpful, accomodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in River Wood Inn.

We had a great experience here. The place to eat that they recommended was within walking distance and very good. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. When we discovered a flat tire when leaving they cheerfully stored our luggage while we had two new tires put on. They were just so nice and really went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was served so that the contact with so many people and the food was curtailed. Great place!

We were passing through as a family of four and just wanted a cheap stay. My son and husband had the breakfast and said it was really good, far better than all similar places. My son enjoyed the pool and game tables. I really appreciated the water bottle refill station. The front area had nice plants that were pretty and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The location was great if you want to walk to get dinner or stretch your legs.

The hotel was impressive in its cleanliness. The breakfast was great. The rooms comfortable. The staff that checked us in was not friendly or helpful. She seemed to be having a bad day. When checking out no one was around at the desk. The staff running the breakfast was friendly and courteous.

This was a last minute trip and reservation and I feel like I hit the jackpot! Staff was extremely helpful and professional. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel is eco friendly down to real coffee cups! Breakfast is included. It’s a buffet deliciously served by very helpful staff. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it!

The property is in a great location, easy access, and ample parking. Our only complaint is that the A/C unit is so very loud. It's cool when it's running, but gets hot quickly when it's not blowing.

This was a nice property in a good location. All was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was varied and excellent. Bikes were available to use for free. Walkable and next to market.

Old property and paper thin walls . Did not get any sleep because the noise level was so high . Would never stay here again and don’t understand the high ratings .

Staff was very courteous, breakfast was good after you figured out how it worked (cafeteria style), loved the seating out front to enjoy the great weather and others and convenient to many restaurants you can walk to. We will definitely stay again.
