Close to train/subway and bus…7/11 located below hotel and Lawson across street…Ramen alley right around corner/behind hotel…walk to underground Pole town and Aurora town…plenty of restaurants close by

Very convenient location in Susukino. Walkable to Nijo as well as Pole Town and the new Cocono shopping mall. Two subway stations close by, and not far from the airport limousine stop.

The room itself is very modern. Polite front desk staff,The bed was very comfy for a good night sleep.Everything was perfect the moment we checked in, a great stay for our entire family.

We will there for 4 nites. The first day we check in and realized the air con is not cold. Contacted the floor manager and he immediately came to check. As all the non smoking room are fully booked, my husband suggest we stay one nite and see. The floor manager make the initiative to follow up with us the next day to check on the room. Very prompt service by the floor manager. 👍👍👍 Approached the reception to book a cab to Sapporo station and also got to check on the bus stop location to Onsen. The guy staff in his 50 very prompt and helpful in providing the information and service to me. Will recommend to friends 👍👍

Convenient walking distance to attractions like Nijo Fish Market, Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and Susukino train station. Many dining options. Little further walk to Odori Park (or catch the commuter subway line, exit is 1/2 block from hotel). Excellent value and amenities for the price.

Though is near to subway and train station, but most of the exit/entrance is not tourist friendly. No elevator is available. Need to go out from susukino station exit 4 for the elevator. Very near to shopping street and variety of foods available nearby.

The front desk staff was so happy and welcoming. They thought they had made a mistake by forgetting the third person in our party so right away they gave us a bag containing 1 extra of everything. They also have us some spa quality face masks to use since Sapporo is so dry. We lost our card and right away they helped us get a new one with no fuss

Nearest station no escalator or lift, if you carry heavy luggage need to go sususkini station. Opposite hotel bus station have bus to Mitsui outlet. No water dispenser provided in hotel. Unless you choose no clean for room then you can get free coupon for redeem a bottle of mineral water.

Hotel location quite convenient, easy access to shopping locations, airport bus stop only few mins walk, staff very polite and helpful, room is clean and tidy, however, noticed mattress abit thin and not as comfortable as it seems, otherwise, all good with this hotel.

Booked non-smoking room and checked in at 10:00 pm, but the staff said there was no non-smoking room available. Then I accepted, but I finally found that it was a tail room. Then I returned the room. Amazingly, another staff gave me a non-smoking room. Bad customer experience.

Room was clean and spaces. Location near subway and major shopping areas. Hotel lobby at level 2 and no proper loading/unloading area for those who drive. One of the reception staff at the lobby was very rude, he even uttered "This is Japan, if you not happy don't stay here".

The hotel was conveniently located, with a convenience store attached to it. The parking however was problematic as the lots tended to fill up pretty quickly. The room was decent. enough space to leave two luggage open throughout the stay.
